Oct. 27

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Highway 471, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were a spare tire and rim valued at $100.

 

Oct. 30

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 5000 block of Cord 86, Calera (storage facility). Stolen were a Shindaiwa lawn edger valued at $700, a Shindaiwa tiller valued at $1,300, a Stihl weedeater valued at $300, a Rhobi weedeater valued at $100, a Shindaiwa chainsaw valued at $600, a Craftsman chainsaw valued at $400 and a Stihl blower valued at $600.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 100 block of Paleo Place, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was $815 via debit card.

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of Lake Circle, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was $438.06 via debit card.

-Domestic investigation (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1500 block of Sweet Apple Court, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

Oct. 31

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Autumn View Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Damages were done to a door between the garage doors. Stolen were a 32 inch Westinghouse valued at $250-300, a 40 inch Westinghouse valued at $560, a Toshiba tablet valued at $700-800, a 14 carat diamond and pear Tiffany & Co. ring in white gold valued at $500, a Pulsar women’s watch with green face and gold band valued at $165 and miscellaneous collectible coins.

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Heatherbrook Park Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property II and fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from Dana Place, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were an SSI debit card and approximately $353 charged on her card at various places.

-Theft of property II from the 4200 block of S. Shades Crest Road, Hoover (residence/home). Stolen were a bronze patio set valued at $750.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 1900 block of Highway 93, Helena (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from Camelia Lane, CR-17, Maylene (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 260 McDow Road, Columbiana (govt/public building).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of First Street North, Alabaster (govt/public building).

-Property damage from the 1400 block of CR-7, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $4,000 were done to a 12 foot by 14 foot wooden storage building with miscellaneous items enclosed.

-Domestic violence, harassment, from the 200 block of Cord 307, Shelby (storage facility).

-Harassment and criminal mischief III from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $250 were done to an LG smartphone.

-Missing person, juvenile runaway, from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation (highway/street).

-Public intoxication from the 900 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Civil dispute from the 1800 block of Morning Sun Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Overtaking and passing a school bus from Alabama Avenue, Highway 47, Columbiana (highway/street).

-Criminal littering I from Happy Hollow Road, Montevallo (field/woods).

-Willful abuse of a child less than 18 from unknown location in Shelby County (other/unknown).

-Theft of property II from the 4400 block of Chesapeake North (parking lot/garage). Stolen were four 24 inch Versante rims in blade style with four tires valued at $2,300.

-THeft of property II from the 400 block of Morning Sun Drive (residence/home). Stolen were a specialized mountain bike in silver with clip-in pedals valued at $550.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 3400 block of Heatherbrooke Road (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a hood from a listed vehicle valued at $500, two headlights from listed vehicle valued at $400, a Kicker amplifier valued at $300, a Kicker amplifier valued at $500 and two Kewood 12 inch subwoofers in gray speaker box valued at $600.

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Choctaw Lane, Indian Springs (residence/home). Stolen were $160 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was $1,150 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Canter Way, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a metal box containing personal documents, $200 in U.S. currency and two garage door openers.

-Property damage from the 300 block of Shoshone Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to a Ford Crown Victoria windshield and car roof.

-Property damage from the 300 block of Indian Trail Road, Indian Springs (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a window on residence.

-Domestic investigation from the 1600 block of Sweet Apple Court (parking lot/garage).

-Miscellaneous information from the 3200 block of Garden Walk, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

Damages in the amount of $300 were done via a broken window, in the amount of $200 via a burned couch cushion and in the amount of $100 via a burned bed comforter.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4000 block of Heritage Parkway, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Smith & Wesson BG380 Body Guard valued at $500.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 2500 block of Magnolia Place, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassing communications III, domestic violence, from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from Westover New Life Church, Westover (church). Stolen was a Galaxy S2 smartphone valued at $300.
