-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous incident from Bluegill Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a driver side door and driver side passenger door dented.

-Civil dispute from the 3000 block of Kinross Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a video camera and in the amount of $2,000 to assorted recording equipment.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Hughes Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Violation of a protection order from the 5000 block of Applecross Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassment from Old Buttermilk Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief II from the 100 block of Edmonson Lane, Alabaster (field/woods).

-Burglary III from the 3500 block of Petal Fall Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were checks and a credit card.

-Harassment from the 0 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 0 block of Star Trek Drive, Indian Springs (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $350 were done to a metal mailbox.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Spring Loop Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 1500 block of Highway 109, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Death investigation from Fowler Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property III from the 200 block of Inverness Center Drive, Birmingham (bank). Stolen was $480 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Identity theft from unknown (other/unknown). Stolen was over $1,000 in fraudulent charges accrued under alias.

-Assalt II from the 3400 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Civil dispute from the 2000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 3500 block of Petal Fall Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 3500 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 0 block of Lake Landing, Shelby (residence/home).

-Identity theft and forgery from the 500 block of Stage Coach Road, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was $338 via credit card, $409 via bank card and a title for 1995 green Ford Explorer valued at $1,000.

-Domestic violence III, menacing, from the 6000 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Split Rail Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5100 block of Split Rail Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from 5272 Cahaba Valley Animal Clinic, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 4500 block of South Shades Crest Road, Helena (residence/home).

-Harassment III from the 2200 block of CR-47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 at Resource Center Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property III from the 200 block of Inverness Center Drive, Birmingham (bank). Stolen was $480 in U.S. currency.

 

Dec. 5

-Domestic violence, strangulation/suffocation, from the 0-100 block of Autumn Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 49000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver (commercial). Stolen were two custom made covers for welding machines valued at $300 and approximately 400 feet of copper welding leads, large gauge wire, valued at $1,000.

-Domestic violence III from the 3700 block of Shoal Court, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 4200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a transaction in the amount of $348.78 via debit card.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 1500 block of Shelby Forest Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Kingston Road, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5200 block of Valleydale Road (school/college). Stolen were a large Dooney & Burk purse valued at $400, a driver’s license valued at $25 and a debit card and credit card. Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a vehicle side window and in the amount of $200 were done to two window trims.

-Quarterly registration violation (SORNA) and failure to pay registration fee (SORNA) from 380 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (other/unknown).

-Theft of property I from the 4400 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer (residence/home). Stolen was a lingerie set valued at $900, 1920s antique diamond rings valued at $4,000 and a bra/panty set valued at $700, a model .38 caliber Smith & Wesson valued at $500, a 1970s diamond cluster ring valued at $400 and emerald uncut stones valued at $2,500.

-Registration violation (SORNA) from 380 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (other/unknown).

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Highway 400, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a 10 foot open utility trailer valued at $600.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Emfinger Road, Apartment A, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information, damage to property, from the 3400 block of Sping Creek Road, Calera (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Arabian Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school/college). Stolen was an iPad with black case valued at $399.

-Domestic violence III from the 2500 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 1000 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Kahr CM40 .40 S&W pistol valued at $440, a black leather paddle holster valued at $50 and Swarovski binoculars valued at $1,850.

-Rape II from the 0 block of River Bend Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo (parking lot/garage).

-Burglary III from the 1000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were an Apple Macbook Pro laptop valued at $2,000, a Browning Citori shotgun valued at $1,400 a one carat diamond engagement ring valued at $5,000.

-Willful abuse of a child under 18 by a responsible party from the 2500 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a black leather purse valued at $100, a Nokia Lumina valued at $425, a Galaxy S3 tablet valued at $325, $550 in U.S. currency and two debit cards.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 5000 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 100 block of Creek Hollow Trail, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Cupid’s Lane, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Taurus judge public defender valued at $400.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 2000 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Mountain Crest Road at Old Highway 280, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Salisbury Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

Stolen were a box of Queen Anne chocolate covered cherries valued at $1.38, a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolate candies valued at $3.25, a Net Gear N600 USB WiFi adapter valued at $39.97 and an AC dual band WiFi USB adapter valued at $69.96.
