As December winds down and 2014 is just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about your New Year’s Resolutions. Yes, the holidays packed a punch to our waistlines. So, will you resolve to get healthy in the New Year?

According to the University of Scranton, Journal of Clinical Psychology, published Dec. 13, 2012, most people who craft New Year’s Resolutions vow to lose weight, get to the gym, and eat healthy foods. It’s hard to journey this venture alone. One location in the heart of Pelham to help with reaching your weight loss goals is Complete Weight Loss and Healthcare, LLC. With a friendly, educated staff, working towards being a healthier you in 2014 is possible.

“The number one health concern in Alabama is obesity,” said Beth Moore, office manager with Complete Weight Loss. “We have programs designed around your specific needs to aid you in accomplishing a weight loss and to maintain a healthier you. We monitor your progress and provide doctor consultation.”

At Complete Weight Loss, you’ll find attentive service.

“We are looking forward to expanding our services in 2014, which will allow us to provide more assistance for a healthier Pelham community,” said Melissa Salomone, clinician with Complete Weight Loss. “We’re happy to share that those using our services lost a combined total of 11,000 pounds in 2013.”

The clinic aims to surpass that total pounds number in 2014.

“We are one place with one focus, and that’s you,” said Moore. “Let us help you be healthier in 2014. What do you have to lose?”
