-Criminal mischief III from Chinaberry Lane, Maylene (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $1 were done to the structure of a single occupancy dwelling.

-Theft of property III from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (other/unknown). Stolen was $37 in U.S. currency.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Setting Sun Lane, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III and harassment from the 1000 block of Fifth Avenue Northwest (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III and harassment from the 2100 block of King Charles Circle (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III (residence/home). Stolen were a 60 gigabyte iPod valued at $149 and $12 in U.S. currency.

-Animal complaint from the 800 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster (parking lot/garage).

-Theft of property II from the 1300 block of 1st Avenue West, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a Briggs and Stratton 6200 generator valued at $800.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive, Suite 250, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen and recovered was hydrocodone valued at $599, codeine and nitrofurantoin monohydrate.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III (residence/home). Stolen were Calvin Klein sunglasses valued at $350.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 2100 block of Windsor Court, Alabaster (parking lot/garage). Stolen were an Arizona red jacket with tags still attached valued at $20 and a pair of black North Face fleece gloves valued at $50.

-Theft of property III from the 60 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Suite 100, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen was an Apple HDMI cable valued at $49.99.

-Civil dispute from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to a cracked spoiler left front of a 2010 Camero.

-Burglary I and robbery I from the 100 block of High Crest Road, Pelham (residence/home). Stoen were a Ruger .380 pistol valued at $300, a nickel plated .38 revolver valued at $300, a Nevada wristwatch valued at $800, assorted pieces of sterling silver jewelry valued at $1,000, assorted pieces of gold chains and pendants valued at $200, a Dell laptop computer valued at $800 and an Avus laptop computer valued at $800.

 

Dec. 26

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Oak Forest Drive (residence/home). Stolen were three pairs of sunglasses valued at $650, a jacket valued at $85, a softball glove valued at $100, headphones valued at $75, a phone charger valued at $30 and a book bag with books valued at $300.

-Theft of property III from the 9000 block of Helena Road, Pelham (church). Stolen were a Husqvarna model 380BTS backpack blower valued at $480.

-Theft of property II from 579 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (restaurant). Stolen was $1,043 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Timber Cove, Pelham (other/unknown). Stolen was a ziplock bag containing approximately $600 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of lost property III from Applebees, 360 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (restaurant). Stolen were a black leather woman’s wallet valued at $25, a Wells Fargo debit card, a Sam’s Club credit card, social security cards and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Theft of property II from 1908 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were five Ryobi paint sprayers valued at $1,250 each and a Master Lock padlock valued at $25.

-Theft of property I from the 260 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a black 1998 Pace valued at $3,473 and a black 2002 BJS 5 foot by 8 foot utility trailer valued at $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Bowling Lane, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a Winchester model 70 rifle 7 millimeter valued at $550, a Winchester model 70 rifle 30/06 valued at $500, a H&R youth rifle .243 caliber valued at $200, a Smith & Wesson model SDE pistol .40 caliber valued at $400, a back synthetic semi-automatic pistol holster valued at $30, a Samsung laptop computer valued at $350 and a black leather purse valued at $45.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Hayesbury Lane, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were Gucci sunglasses valued at $100 and an iPhone car charger valued at $20.

-Carrying a concealed weapon from Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were a Glock 19 9 millimeter with two magazines valued at $500 and an expired pistol license valued at $8.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from CR-52 East and I-65 (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $2,500 were done to a rear bumper and trunk area of vehicle.

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Canyon Trail, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were a Vizio 60 inch LED television valued at $700.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from I-65 North at MM-246, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were four grams of material believed to be marijuana valued at $25.

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 100 block of Trumpington Way, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were an HP laptop, $3,000 in U.S. currency, a Central State Bank checkbook, a Regions bank checkbook, three Dooney & Bourke bags valued at $500 each, a 3 karat gold tennis bracelet valued at $5,500 and a 2 karat gold tennis bracelet valued at $3,000.
