-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Advance Auto, 693 1st Street Southwest, Alabaster (highway/street). -Recovered was a crack pipe valued at $1.

-Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II from CR-17 at Knox mobile home park, Alabaster (highway/ street). -Recovered were seven alproazolam pills, eight methadone pills, marijuana, two marijuana smoking pipes and a scale.

Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Hicks Street, Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Stolen and recovered was an Alabama driver license valued at $20, a pink and black striped wallet valued at $20, a West Financial banking card and a prepaid debit card.

Criminal mischief II from Graham Street, Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $1,500 were done to the left doors and hood of a 2004 Acura TL.

Stolen and recovered were a pair of ladies socks valued at $7, a pack of sausage patties valued at $10, a pack of Italian sausage valued at $4, a bottle of body wash valued at $5, two packs of glazed honey buns valued at $2, two pies valued at $2 and a package of rolls valued at $4.

Violation of municipal ordinance, dogs not to be allowed at large, and violation of municipal ordinance, dangerous or vicious animals, from the 400 block of Ballantrae Road (residence/home).

Jan. 3

-Theft by fraudulent leasing from Pelham Parkway, Pelham (commercial). Stolen were a 17 foot U-Haul truck valued at $24,000.

-Property damage, vehicle, from the 2900 block of CR-52, Pelham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a hood, right headlight, right front fender and front bumper on a 1998 Infi I30.

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs and license required to conceal pistol from the 300 block of Racquet Club Drive (parking lot/garage). -Recovered was a .38 Smith & Wesson revolver valued at $700, a round white pill believed to be Promethazine 25 milligram valued at $15 and a white capsule believed to be Fluexetine 20 milligram valued at $20.

–Theft of property I from 2400 block of CR-35, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was a 1999 Chevrolet C1500 pickup truck valued at $7,500.

-Burglary II from the 4700 block of Chippewa Lane, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was an Apple MacBook Air valued

at $1,500. Damages in the amount of

$150 were done to a door frame and in the amount of $75 to a door lock.

-Theft of property II from Whitling Drive, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was a 16 foot dual axle utility trailer valued at $1,200.

-Driving under the influence from CR-52 East at I-65 Overpass (highway/street). -Recovered were a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard .380 serial valued at $300, a Smith & Wesson 9 Shield 9 millimeter serial with 6 rounds valued at $400 and a Ruger LCP 380 serial valued at $300.

-Obstructing justice using false information from Philip Davis Street, Pelham (jail/ prison).
