-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 1500 block of Applegate Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a Zune MP3 player valued at $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 1500 block of Applegate Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a Tom Tom GPS valued at $150 and a cell phone charger valued at $20.

Jan. 30

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 1500 block of Applegate Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a Sony Portable DVD player valued at $50.

-Property damage from Thompson Road at Shalimar Trace, Alabaster (highway/ street). Damages in the amount of $10,000 were done to a 2003 Ford F150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 1500 block of Applegate Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a Remington model 770 306 shotgun valued at $308, Remington shotgun shells valued at $17, two hunting knives valued at $40 and a Flambeau shotgun case valued at $20.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (govt/public building).

-Theft of property II and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 400 block of 3rd Street Northeast, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 500 block of 1st Street North, Alabaster (drug store). Stolen were 100 oxycodone valued at $24.40, 20 fentanyl patches valued at $60 and 50 5 milligram methadone pills valued at $1.95.

-Property damage and reckless driving from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order III and harassing communications from the 100 block of Acorn Circle (residence/home).

-Breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 400 block of 3rd Street Northeast, Alabaster (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a purse valued at $20, a credit card and $210 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from Warrior Drive at Thompson High School, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to an Infiniti EX35.

-Property damage from Warrior Drive at Thompson High School, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Theft of lost property II from Med Center Shell, Alabaster (conv store). Stolen was a Peire Cardan purse valued at $50.

-Property damage from Weatherly Club Drive at Alabaster Boulevard, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a Cadillac Escalade.

-Property damage from Weatherly Club Drive at Alabaster Boulevard, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1 were done to a Toyota Tundra.

-Property damage, vehicle, from I-65 North at MM-238, Alabaster (highway/ street). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a Honda Accord.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Henry Drive, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $6,000 were done to a Toyota Yaris.

-Runaway from the 150 block of Jasmine Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Harassment and domestic violence III from the 1100 block of Thompson Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Suicide attempt from the 400 block of 3rd Street Northeast (residence/home).

-Theft of property I from Highway 44 West at the water tank, Alabaster (highway/street). Stolen and recovered was a Chevy Silverado valued at $3,000.

Feb. 1

-Theft of property II from the 400 block of 13th Street Northwest (residence/ home). Stolen were a gold ring valued at $300, a GPS device valued at $150, $120 in U.S. currency and a recreational/sports equipment weigh bench valued at $300.

-Domestic incident from BP, Church’s Chicken, 10777 Highway 119, Alabaster (conv store).

-Property damage from Warrior Drive and Kent Dairy Road, Alabaster (highway/ street). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a Ford Ranger.

-Property damage from Highway 119 South and Veteran’s Park, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from the 1400 block of 8th Street Southwest (residence/home).

-Animal complaint from Buddy’s BBQ, 411 1st Street North, Alabaster (highway/ street).

-Criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Lake Terrace (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to a Nissan Maxima.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Meadowlark Place (residence/home).

-Animal complaint from the 200 block of Queens Gate, Maylene (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of K-2 (Wizard Weed, Spice or Serenity), possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication from the 1100 block of 1st Street South, Alabaster (highway/street).

Feb. 3

-Theft of property I from the 1100 block of Henry Drive, Alabaster (residence/ home). Stolen was a 14 karat circle of love valued at $1,200, a 14 karat past present future necklace valued at $1,200, a one karat drop necklace valued at $800, a thick rope chain with three charms (half of hearts) and a key necklace valued at $400 and a rope thick chain necklace valued at $500.

-Information only report from Alabaster Boulevard, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a Ford Fusion.

-Property damage from 1st Avenue West, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a Mercedes R class R350.

-Violation of a Family Violence Protection order from the 500 block of 1st Street Southwest, Alabaster (supermarket).

-Violation of leash law from the 200 block of Yellowhammer Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Property damage from 1st Avenue West, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a Toyota Tacoma.

-Theft of property II from the 8100 block of Highway 119, Alabaster (commercial). Stolen were two Central Bank checks in the amount of $600 and $700.

-Animal complaint from the 1300 block of Yellowleaf Circle (residence/home).

Feb. 4

-Theft of property II and unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Knox MHP, 9600 block of Highway 17, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen were a Wells Fargo debit card and a wallet valued at $50.

-Theft of property II and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Knox MHP, the 9600 block of Highway 17, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was

$20 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from the 400 block of 13th Street Northwest, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a Homelite chainsaw and case valued at $375, a Dewalt drill valued at $150 and a Weider weight bench and weights valued at $800.

-Identity theft from King James Drive (residence/home).

-Aggressive animal and violation of leash law from the 300 block of Simmsville Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Violation of leash law from the 300 block of Simmsville Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Identity theft and theft of property I from the 1100 block of 1st Street North, Alabaster (specialty store). Stolen was $3,000 in U.S. currency.

-Possession of marijuana II from the 100 block of 9th Street Northwest, Alabaster (parking lot/garage).

-Disorderly conduct from YMCA, Family Branch, 117 Plaza Circle, Alabaster.

-Theft of property II from Edmondson Filtration, 8300 Hundred Block of Highway 119, Alabaster (other/unknown). Stolen were vehicle parts valued at $1,500.

-Theft of property II from Target, 100 South Colonial Drive, Suite 250, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen were two Brightspot LG Optimus F6 valued at $579.98, two Brightspot Galaxy S3 valued at $699.98 and two Virgin Galaxy S3 valued at $ 759.98.

-Theft of property III from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen was makeup valued

at $175.24.

-Theft of property III from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen were three Polo shirts valued at $255.

-Property damage from 1st Street North at Cannon Oil, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Property damage from Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1,600 were done to a 2002 Mustang.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna-

lia from Old Highway 25 at CR-30, Columbiana (highway/street). Recovered was synthetic marijuana valued at $20 and four straws used for smoking synthetic marijuana.

-Vehicular damage from 47 South, area of Pitts, (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $2,500 were done to a driver’s side door/quarter panel.

Jan. 26

-Burglary III from the 500 block of Old Highway 25 West (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $25 were done to house hold keys and in the amount of $100 to a back door.

Jan. 31

-Assault III from the 200 block of Thompson Street, Columbiana (residence/ home).

Stolen were four management, finance, marketing and theater books valued at $1,300, a Dell laptop valued at $400, a Samsung Note tablet valued at $350 and a Swiss Army backpack valued at $100.

Jan. 26

-Obstruction of justice – false identity

– and unlawful possession of controlled substances from Pelham Parkway, Pelham

(service/gas station). Recovered were two syringes valued at $10, a rock of suspected heroin/methamphetamine valued at $50, a glass tube valued at $10 and 20 cyclobenzapine pills valued at $10.

-Driving under the influence from CR-11 at Cool Box Storage (highway/street). Recovered was a sealed box containing two vials of blood and a container of urine.

-Two counts of breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Commerce Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Dewalt miter saw valued at $300 and two boxes of assorted tools valued at $400.

-Recovery of stolen vehicle and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from I-65 Northbound at MM-246 (highway/ street). Recovered was a 1993 Nissan pickup 4×2 king cab valued at $1,000.

-Domestic violence III from the 400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III from the 100 block of Ivy Brook Trail (residence/home).

Feb. 5

-Miscellaneous information from the 2500 block of Chandalar Lane (residence/ home). Recovered were a HI-Point 9 millimeter Luger valued at $200 and an Uncle Mike’s nylon holster valued at $30.
