-Theft of property III from Walmart, 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen and recovered were two curtains valued at $31.54, a sheet set valued at $29.88 and three dog collars valued at $17.30.

-Domestic violence III and harassment from cell phone and unknown location (residence/home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 31 at Oxley Road, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Property damage from 129 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1 were done to a rear bumper of a Kia Soul Base, $1 to a plastic rim and $1 to a right rear quarter panel.

-Harassment from the 900 block of Independence Drive, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III from the 900 block of Falling Star Lane (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a front right window of a Toyota Rav 4.

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from 466 Highway 119, Alabaster.

-Theft of property III from 1091 1st Street South, Alabaster (conv store). Stolen and recovered were a Four Loco valued at $3.26.

Feb. 21

Stolen were a waterfall cluster diamond gold ring valued at $2,000, an HTC cell phone valued at $100, 23 U.S. quarter books valued at $50 each, an 18 karat gold eagle ring and ruby stone valued at $1, an 18 karat gold silver inlaid in silver with diamond stone valued at $1, a garnet ring valued at $1 and an 18 karat gold heart shaped necklace valued at $1.

-Possession of marijuana II and driving under the influence of alcohol from the 800 block of Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Property damage from Shelby Baptist Medical Center, 1000 1st Street North, Alabaster (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1 were done to a front bumper of a Hyundai Sonata.

-Incident from the 8300 block of U.S. 31, Calera (drug store). Stolen were 60 hydrocodone 7.5 milligram pills valued at $60.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5100 block of U.S. 31, Calera (parking lot/garage).

Feb. 17

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 400 block of Marsh Circle, Calera (residence/home). Stolen was copper wire valued at $20. Damages in the amount of $300 were done to an air handler.

-Theft of property II from the 90 block of Marketplace Circle, Calera (drug store). Stolen was a black wallet with a smaller wallet inside valued at $20, a Florida driver’s license, a Regions debit card, a Regions Business account debit card, a Social Security card and $55 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from 18th Street, Calera (residence/home). Recovered were multiple pieces of clothing valued at $100, 89 DVDs valued at $13,350, an Xbox 360 slim model valued at $200 and Xbox 360 games valued at $150.

-Damage to city property – vehicle from the 100 block of Brookshire Lane, Pelham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a 2009 Ford Crown Victoria.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Holland Trail, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were a sholder bag style purse multicolored with New York on the bag valued at $30, a checkbook style wallet valued at $20, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a Barclay Bank U Promise Mastercard, a Sears Discover card, a Bank of America NEA Mastercard and a Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Texas medical card.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 2965 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (restaurant). Recovered were three used syringes for the purpose of intravenous heroin use valued at $1 and a burnt metal spoon containing white residue.

-Burglary III from the 200 block of Hidden Creek Parkway, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen and recovered were a Paul Jardin wrist watch valued at $300 and a gold wedding ring with diamonds valued at $1,000.

Feb. 20

-Public intoxication from the 600 block of Cahaba Manor Trail (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from Cahaba Valley Road at I-65, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was a baggy of green leafy substance valued at $30.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Creekside Circle, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Garmin Nuvi GPS valued at $100.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Bishop Circle (hotel/motel). Recovered were four scales valued at $80, one Xanax and pill container with several unknown tablets valued at $100, numerous jewelry bags valued at $10, approximately four grams of methamphitamine valued at $200, 24 syringes valued at $20, $1,605 in U.S. currency and a pipe, straws, plastic spoon, vial, lighter and torch valued at $30.

-Theft of property I from the 600 block of Highway 52 West (residence/home). Stolen was a 2001 Polaris UTV RZR XP valued at $16,000.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Cambrian Ridge Drive and Cambrian Ridge Trail (highway/street). Recovered were two glass pipes containing steel wool and burnt residue valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Somersby Circle, Pelham (residence/home). Recovered were two .05 gram Clonazepam pills valued at $30.

-Assault III from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 2200 block of Richmond Circle, Pelham (residence/home).

Feb. 22

-Safe Keeping from the 2700 block of Wellington Drive, Pelham (residence/home). Recovered were a silver Taurus Ultra-Lite .38 special valued at $300 and a black Beretta model 20 .25 automatic valued at $300.

-Switched tag from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was an Alabama license plate valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from 500 Amphitheater Road, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a brown purse valued at $50, five credit cards valued at $1 and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Driving under the influence from Oak Mountain State Park, John Findlay Drive and Campground Road (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (service/gas station). Stolen was a set of keys valued at $5.

-Criminal littering from the 1100 block of Yeager Parkway, Pelham (residence/home). Recovered were six used trailer tires valued at $25.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Recovered was a clear plastic bag containing approximately 1 gram of marijuana valued at $5.

-Burglary III from the 400 block of Cambrian Ridge Trail, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were a Milwaukee impact driver set valued at $110, a Ryobi router valued at $20, a Black and Decker palm sander valued at $40, a Craftsman jigsaw valued at $50 and a Milwaukee drill bit set valued at $20.

-Theft of property III from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were seven miscellaneous cosmetics valued at $66.

Feb. 23

-Property damage from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a 1996 Honda Civic.

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from the 200 block of Big Mountain Road, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was a manila envelope containing a plastic baggie containing 5 gram of suspected “spice” valued at $25.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3500 block of Wildewood Drive, Pelham (residence/home). Recovered were two plastic syringes valued at $1, matchbox containing a piece of a green straw with white residue valued at $1, two pieces of a drinking straw containing white residue valued at $1 and a piece of a clear plastic bag containing white residue valued at $1.

Feb. 24

-License required to conceal pistol from the 2500 block of Highway 52 East, Pelham (service/gas station). Recovered was a Ruger .30 Carbine Cal new model Blackhawk revolver valued at $450.

-Property damage from Pelham Parkway, Pelham (storage facility).

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Applegate Circle, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was a 2006 C and W 16 foot open utility trailer with silver toolbox valued at $1,501.

-Obstructing justice using false identity and possession of drug paraphernalia from Oak Mountain Lodge, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Recovered was a glass pipe containing a white burned residue valued at $10.

-Miscellaneous information, juvenile, from the 2200 block of Highway 33, Pelham (school/college). Stolen and recovered were two Apple iPhones.

-Death investigation from the 600 block of Overhill Lane (residence/home).

Feb. 25

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana II from Hampton Inn, Pelham (hotel/motel). Recovered were four 4 milligram Dilaudid pills valued at $40, approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana valued at $10, a plastic spoon containing melted Dilaudid residue valued at $10, a metal grinder containing marijuana residue valued at $15 and a glass pipe containing burned marijuana and residue valued at $10.

-Obstructing justice using a false identity from the 300 block of Bowling Lane, Pelham (other/unknown).

-Miscellaneous information from Montevallo (residence/home).

-Possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from I-65 Southbound Ramp at Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were a pill bottle containing two marijuana cigarettes valued at $20 and a red metal pipe for smoking marijuana valued at $10.

-Theft of property III from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (dept. store). Stolen were four Sunny Delight juice valued at $8, a package of chicken tenders valued at $6, a package of potato wedges valued at $2, a package of eight pieces of chicken valued at $6 and a whole cooked chicken valued at $9.
