-Driving under the influence, any substance, from Highway 119 at Block Street, Montevallo (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 8200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property I from the 5000 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a gold presidential day date Rolex watch valued at $30,000, a sterling silver Reed and Barton platter valued at $25,000 and a sterling silver Reed and Barton platter valued at $8,000.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the $16,000 of U.S. 280, Chelsea (dept store). Stolen was a debit card valued at $605.54.

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 4000 block of Highway 49, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a Savage .308 rifle valued at $400.

-Rape II from the 200 block of Edgeland Lane, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Harassment (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Narrows Creek Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Niven Street, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 5100 block of Weatherford Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Valleydale Road at Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Forgery II from the 400 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (supermarket). Stolen was a check valued at $190.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 6600 block of Whitetil Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from OMHS, 5476 Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school/college).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from OMHS, 5476 Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school/college).

-Identity theft from the 1100 block of 1st Street North Suite A, Alabaster (other/unknown).

-Theft of property II from 2nd Avenue Pine Grove Village, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a diamond ring valued at $400, a heart shaped ruby and diamond valued at $50, a diamond heart necklace valued at $50 and a pink stone with gold necklace valued at $260.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 block of Rolling Hills Road, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 2400 block of Yalleydale Road (school/college). Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.

-Assault III from Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea (school/college).

-Theft of property II from the 5300 block of Meadow Brook Road (residence/home). Stolen was an Apple iPad valued at $670.

-Domestic violence III, harassing communications, from the 400 block of Highway 260, Maylene (residence/home).

-Fleeing/attempting to elude and public intoxication from the 0 block of Shady Acres Lane, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 0 block of Shady Acres Lane, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Theft of property III and shoplifting from the 500 block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were 11 Energizer lithium AA batteries valued at $7.99, four Energizer lithium AAA batteries valued at $7.99, three Energizer lithium AA batteries (four-pack) valued at $8.49.

-Property damage from Valleydale Road and Indian Valley Road (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to a driver side window/windshield 2002 Toyota 4Runner.

-Theft of property II and criminal trespass III from the 3500 block of Coalmont Road, Helena (other/unknown). Stolen was #6 and #8 copper wire valued at $1,600 and a Genesis 12 volt gel deep cycle battery valued at $200.

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 100 block of Lawley Drive, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was approximately $300 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary III from Nelson Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Breaking and entering vehicle and theft of property II from the 0 block of Gilmore Nic Circle, Montevallo (other/unknown). Stolen was a Cobra 380 valued at $150.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Calumet, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 100 block of Raven Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 300 block of River Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were two concrete picnic benches valued at $30.

-Public intoxication from the 1100 block of CR-221, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen were two Gold’s Gym stress ball valued at $4.97, two SOG key knife valued at $7.97, two San Disk ultra micro disk 64 gigabyte valued at $57.88 and a Phillips wireless speaker valued at $24.88.

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 3000 block of Cord 26, Columbiana (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a 2013 Nissan Altima valued at $15,000, a snap on drill valued at $340, a pressure washer valued at $300, an Ethos scanner valued at $300, a drill set lithium kit valued at $155 and a Galaxy S4 cellphone valued at $300.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 300 block of Ventana Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Theft of property I from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a 2004 maroon Dodge Ram 2500 quad cab valued at $18,000.

-Theft of property I from the 700 block of Highway 221, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a washer valued at $300, a dryer valued at $300, a 10 by 10 chain link dog pen valued at $400, a Honda generator valued at $900, a Coleman generator valued at $400 and a trampoline valued at $100.

Stolen was a Samsung 32 inch widescreen valued at $600, a 14 karat gold ring valued at $500, a 14 karat gold 16 inch omega chain valued at $700 and a 14 karat gold bracelet that clips together with chain valued at $400.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from Kings Home (Hughes Home), 420 Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Theft of property II from the 700 block of Shelby Forrest Trail, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a stainless steel sie by side refrigerator valued at $1,800.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from Club Red, 155 Nelson Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).

-School employee having sexual contact with student under 19 years of age from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school/college).
