The Pelham girls golf team competed at the Hike The Hills Golf tournament March 31-April 1.  The team finished in 10^th place out of 15 teams at the difficult Highland Park Golf Course.

Grayson Gladden set the pace on Monday shooting 72.  That was good enough to lead the tournament by three shots after play concluded on day 1.

On April 1, sophomore Brittany Blue and freshman Courtney Tarrance played their best rounds of the season. With a two shot lead going into day two, Gladden shot 74 with three birdies to hold on and win the tournament.  This was the sophomore’s first high school tournament victory of the season and the second of her career.

Freshman Lindsey Oxley also had a career day on Tuesday firing a career best 107.
