The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Sept. 3-19

 

ALABASTER

Sept. 17

Theft of property second degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a cell phone in the amount of $600.

-Juvenile Contact from Ninth Street Southwest (government, public building).

-Theft of property second degree from Chilly Balls (specialty store). Stolen was an ice machine valued at $2,000.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Southfield Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $150.

-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Golden Meadows Drive (residence, home). Stolen were an AC motor fan valued at $200, attic turbine fans valued at $107 and squares of shingles valued at $483.

-Robbery second degree and theft of property first degree from the 7100 block of Highway 119 (convenience store). Stolen was $3,415 in cash, watches valued at $100 and billfolds valued at $100.

-Robbery second degree from the 7100 block of Highway 119 (convenience store).

-Property damage from the SCSO jail (jail, prison). Damaged was a motor vehicle in the amount of $100.

-Harassing communications from the 1400 block of Willow Creek Parkway (residence, home).

 

Sept. 18

-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of 11th Street Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was lawn and yard equipment valued at $500.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 50 block of South Colonial Drive (bank). Confiscated was a check.

-Information only report from Warrior Park (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $250.

-Harassing communications from the 1100 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Southeastern Pond Management (specialty store). Damaged was a window in the amount of $1.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 26 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $40,000.

-Distribution of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime from Alabaster (parking lot, garage).

-Distribution of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Alabaster (department store).

-Domestic incident from Betty Snow Circle (residence, home).

-Property damage from Highway 31 at Interstate 65 (highway, street).

 

Sept. 19

-Burglary second degree and criminal mischief third degree from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (bank). Stolen was an ATM machine valued at $2,500, $4,000 in cash and damaged was a glass door in the amount of $1.

-Domestic incident from the 500 block of Sugarberry Drive (residence, home).

 

CALERA

 

Sept. 12

Failure to appear from 10947 Highway 25, Calera (government/public building).

–Criminal trespassing III from 1900 block 10th Ave, Calera (residence).

–Death investigation from 1400 block Kensington Blvd, Calera (residence).

–Duty to remain at scene of accident from Highway 31/25, Calera. $100 damage was done to a Nissan Maxima driver side mirror.

–Property damage from 191 Slab Hill Rd, Calera. $50 damage was done to a Kia Sorento.

–Domestic incident from 1069 Co Rd 86, Calera (residence/home).

–Domestic incident from 513 Kensington Manor Dr, Calera (residence/home).

–Found property from 8th Ave, Calera (church). A Sansui TV and Samsung DVD player were recovered.

–Simple assault from 10380 Highway 25, Calera (highway/street).

 

Sept. 15

–Information only from 939 County Rd 89, Calera (residence/home).

–Harassing communications from Cove Landing, Calera (residence/home).

–Criminal trespass III from Meriweather Lane, Calera (residence/home).

–Unauthorized parking on private premises from Meriweather Lane, Calera (residence/home).

–Theft of property II from Kensington Manor Drive, Calera (residence/home). Cash and jewelry worth $660 was stolen.

 

Sept. 16

–Domestic incident from 100 Block Moss Stone Lane, Calera (residence/home).

–Fraudulent use of credit/debit card and theft of property III from 100 Block Village Drive, Calera. $65 worth of unauthorized charges were made (residence/home).

–Terrorist threat from 100 Calera Eagle Drive, Calera.

–Theft of property II from 9444 County Road 22, Calera. A black and green bag and $700 worth of cash and checks were stolen (church).

–Failure to pay for gasoline from 8000 Highway 31, Calera. $25 worth of gas was taken (gas station).

–Property damage from 11040 Highway 25, Calera (parking lot/garage) $500 worth of damage was done to a Chrysler 300.

–Theft of property III and criminal trespass III from 2700 Block of 2nd Avenue, Calera (field/woods). A Moultrie game camera worth $210 was stolen from the property.

 

Sept. 17

–Information only from 124 Summerchase Parkway, Calera (residence/home).

–Criminal trespassing III from 11431 Highway 25, Calera (convenience store).

–Criminal mischief III from 8124 Highway 31, Calera. $100 worth of damage was done to a garage door.

–Theft of property III from 160 Marketplace Circle, Calera (liquor store). $3.81 worth of Aristocrat Vodka was stolen.

 

Sept. 18

–Property damage from Smokey Road/Aviators View Drive from Calera. A deer collided with a vehicle causing $1,500 worth of damage.

–Domestic violence from Carrington Lane, Calera (residence/home).

 

Sept. 19

Sept. 11

-Criminal mischief III from Rolling Mill Street, Helena (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $199.98 were done to two tires on a 2012 Subaru Impreza.
-Warrant arrest from Highway 52 East, Helena (government/public building).

Sept. 13
-Theft of property III and criminal mischief III from River Crest Drive South, Helena (construction). Stolen were 10 boxes of Pricefixter brand plumbing fixtures valued at $400. Damages in the amount of $400 were done to a GE stove.

Sept. 14
-Driving under the influence from Highway 261 at the Helena Post Office, Helena (highway/street).
-Criminal mischief III from the 1500 block of Timber Drive, Helena (residence/home).
-Found property from Briddlewood Parc Road, Helena (residence/home). Recovered was a Tony Hawk Jargon BMX bike valued at $75.

Sept. 15
-Theft of property II from the 200 block of Stonecreek Way, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were a Keltec P3AT .380 handgun with leather clip holster valued at $275 and a Bersa Thununder Plus .380 handgun valued at $275.
-Theft of property II from the 1100 block of Amberly Woods Drive, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were a Electrolux washing machine valued at $1,600, three Go Pro cameras valued at $650, three memory cards valued at $120 and a set of carbon fiber hunting arrows valued at $160.
-Identity theft from the 100 block of Chadwick Drive, Helena (residence/home).

Sept. 16
-Theft of property III from Dollar General #7175, Helena (specialty store). Stolen were two 20 packs of Mountain Dew 12 oz cans valued at $12 and seven 8 pack rolls of Angel Soft toilet paper valued at $40.
-Theft of property II and theft of property III from the 1400 block of Secretariat Drive, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were an Alabama Telco Credit Union credit card valued at $1and 4 cartons of Pal Mall White 100’s cigarettes valued at $60.
-Warrant arrest-failure to appear from 816 County Road 52 East, Helena (government/public building).
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Rocky Ridge Road, Helena (residence/home).

Sept. 17
-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from Highway 52 West at Cahaba Lily Park, Helena (highway/street). Confiscated were a bag containing around one gram of marijuana and a marijuana cigarette.

Sept. 3
-Criminal Trespassing III from Main Street, Montevallo (restaurant).

Sept. 4
-Possession of marijuana II and public intoxication from Main Street, Montevallo (drug store). Damaged was a driver’s rear door valued at $300.

Sept. 5
-Harassment from Pineview Road, Montevallo (residence / home).

Sept. 6
-Harassment from Graham Street, Montevallo (residence / home).

Sept. 7
-Domestic incident from Graham Street, Montevallo (residence / home). Damaged was a glass table top valued at $200.

Sept. 12
-Property damage-vehicle from Interstate 65 southbound near exit 242, Pelham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to the front bumper of a 2014 Mazda 3.
-Theft of property III from 2738 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (drug store). Stolen were two packages of Huggie’s diapers valued at $18.
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Cambrian Ridge Trail, Pelham (residence/home).
-Fraudulent use of a credit card/debit card from Regions Bank and Pelham Walmart Supercenter, Pelham (bank). Stolen was assorted U.S. currency in the amount of $1,107.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Hidden Creek Parkway, Pelham (residence/home).

Sept. 13
-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from 2181 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Confiscated were two plastic bags containing a brown powder like substance believed to be heroin, and a short straw.
-Domestic violence III from the 1400 block of Kelly Drive, Pelham (residence/home).
-Public intoxication and disorderly conduct from Oak Mountain Amphitheater, Pelham (other/unknown).

Sept. 14
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Eagle Cove Lane, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were approximately four compact discs valued at $40 and an unknown amount of change.
-Assault II from Saddle Run Circle, Pelham (residence/home).
-Property damage from the 5500 block of Highway 11, Pelham (field/woods). Damages in the amount of $1,500 were done to a fire hydrant.
-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Heather Lane, Pelham (residence/home).
-Theft of property II from the 300 block of Kilkerran Lane, Pelham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $525 were done to an iPad 2 and Customer Leather iPad 2 protector.
-Civil dispute from Valleydale Road, Pelham (other/unknown).
-Miscellaneous information from Bent Rail Lane, Pelham (other/unknown). Stolen was U.S. currency in the amount of $279.

Sept. 15
-Property damage-motor vehicle from Interstate 65 south mile marker 244, Pelham (highway/street). Damages of an unknown amount were done to the front windshield of a 2011 Nissan Maxima.
-Property damage-motor vehicle from 588 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $1,000 were done to the driver side rear corner and tail lights of a 2012 Nissan Altima.
-Found property from Kangaroo Express, Pelham (service/gas station). Recovered was one PNC Bank check card.

-Violation of municipal ordinance-unfavorable appearance from the 100 block of Brookhollow Drive, Pelham (residence/home).
-Theft of property I from Interstate 65 northbound at 245 mile marker (highway/street). Stolen was a 1997 Honda Accord valued at $2,000.
-Harassment from 655 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (restaurant).
-Harassment from the common area of the Kin Valley Apartment, Pelham (residence/home).

Sept. 17
-Property damage-structure from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (service/gas station). Damages in an unknown amount were done to the brick corner and door track of a service bay.
-Miscellaneous information from Interstate 65 north and Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were 21 Cialis 5mg pills valued at $100, five Phentermine 37.5 mg pills valued at $30, one Diazepam 10 mg pill valued at $5 and seven Oxycodone pills valued at $35.
