ALABASTER

Oct. 2

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 400 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Damaged was a power line.

-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Grande View Lane (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were bicycles valued at $150.

-Theft of property second degree from the 200 block of Norwick Forest (residence, home). Stolen was $1,900 in cash.

-Property damage from the Shelby Baptist Medical Center parking lot (parking lot, garage).

-Property damage from U.S. 31 South at Chevron (highway, street). Damaged was a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the amount of $300.

-Possession of marijuana first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Allen Drive (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were individually wrapped bags of marijuana and a plastic bottle with a socket.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a radio valued at $150 and speakers valued at $150.

 

Oct. 3

-Property damage from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was a Nissan Frontier in the amount of $1,500.

-Theft of property second degree from the 200 block of Falling Waters Way (residence, home). Stolen was a blower valued at $600.

-Domestic incident from the 400 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were clothing and dog treats.

-Driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were pills.

-Harassment from Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Menacing from 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Domestic violence third degree and attempting to elude a police officer from the 100 block of Second Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 9300 block of Highway 119 (drug store).

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

-Possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Confiscated were drugs.

-Theft of property third degree from Kingwood Christian School. Stolen was merchandise valued at $350.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Betty Snow Drive (residence, home). Stolen was an identity.

-Theft of property from Lowe?s Home Improvement (department store). Stolen and recovered were valves and a tee valued at $47.37.

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen was spray paint valued at $69.70.

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from County Road 52 at Interstate 65, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were one green packet containing approximately 3.6 grams of suspected synthetic marijuana valued at $10, one yellow packet containing approximately 2 grams of suspected synthetic marijuana valued at $10 and one cigarette containing approximately 0.8 grams of synthetic marijuana valued at $1.
