Jeff Fulton, the managing partner of the LongHorn Steakhouse in Inverness, has been presented with the company’s top leadership honor, the Best of the Westaward. Jeff is one of just four managing partners selected this year from the more than 460 LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants in North America, making this a truly outstanding honor.

Presented annually, this award recognizes managing partners throughout North America who have consistently demonstrated leadership by achieving top financial results, developing managers and team members, and ensuring guests consistently enjoy LongHorn’s food and service.

“Jeff embodies our core values of treating everyone with dignity and respect,” said Shane Lyell, regional vice president for LongHorn Steakhouse. “He puts a tremendous amount of effort into his work and is tireless when it comes to ensuring our guests have a memorable LongHorn experience. For all of these reasons, Jeff is extremely deserving of LongHorn’s Best of the West award.”

Jeff’s recognition is the result of his focus on the development and growth of his team members. In the past seven years, he has trained more than 40 managers, including many who started their careers at his restaurant.

“I am honored to receive the Best of the West award, and attribute this success to my hardworking employees, and supportive management and leadership team,” Fulton wrote in a press release. “Everyone is eager to learn, and I am proud to work with such a strong team.”
