Robert C. Baker, Sr., age 86, a resident of Childersburg, died Friday, Jan. 30.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 2 at First UMC Childersburg.  There will be a visitation from 1:30-2 p.m. at the church. Bolton Funeral Home of Columbiana is directing.
He was a 1951 graduate of the University of Alabama.
Mr. Baker is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Baker; daughters, Sharon B. Maddox (Michael) and Karen Wyatt (Terry); son, Bobby Baker (Marcella); grandchildren, Lauren Naile (Bryant), Rachel Holland (Kevin), Jonathan Maddox (Andrea), Grant Maddox (Whitney), Clayton Baker, Ashton Baker and Elliot Baker; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.
