Wayne E. Zastawski, age 64, of Alabaster, died Sunday, Oct. 4.

Mr. Zastawski was buried in Pinelawn Gardens in Columbiana. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Zastawski is preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Zastawski; parents, Edward and Anita Zastawski and a sister, Mrs. Mock.

He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
