HELENA–Helena residents who have Verizon Wireless as their main wireless provider will soon be able to shop for phones, accessories and more as a Verizon Wireless store is coming to the Helena Marketplace retail area.

The Verizon store will be located at 295 Helena Marketplace in Helena next to the Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Nicole Valentine, operations manager at Verizon’s corporate office, said the plan is for the store to open Monday, Nov. 23 in time for the holiday season.

“This particular store will have everything that would be available at a corporate store,” said Valentine. “This space will have the latest phones, accessories and more.”

The store will be a 1,200 square-foot-space and the hours of operation will be Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon-5 p.m.

The store will be open on Sundays for the duration of the holiday season.

Verizon Wireless is a subsidiary of Verizon Communications and is currently the largest wireless telecommunications provider in the United States, according to Verizon.
