WILSONVILLE— To ring in the holiday season, the Magic City Choral Society’s Master Chorale will join residents for a free concert and carol sing-a-long at the Wilsonville Baptist Church Nov. 20 at 7 p.m.

This performance will be the first preview of the Master Chorale’s upcoming Holiday Concert Series to be performed Dec. 17, 18 and 20.

“The singers know how much joy music of season brings to people, and they love to sing that kind of music and (to) be part of bringing that joy to people,” said Dr. Jospeh Paul Dease, the founding artistic director of the Magic City Choral Society.

Dease said that one of the core principles of the choral society is “creating access to the arts, specifically the chorale arts.” He said the members attempt to get out into the community to share their passions.

“So you can imagine that we are very excited about traveling to Wilsonville and presenting a preview of (our) upcoming holiday concert series,” Dease said.
