Kent O’Shields, age 51, of Columbiana, died Sunday, Dec. 20.

The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 23 at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Fortenberry officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 23 at Bolton Funeral Home.

Mr. O’Shields lived in the Chelsea and Columbiana area and was previously employed at Alabama Power.

Mr. O’Shields is survived by his daughters, Brooke O’Shields and Chelsey O’Shields of Birmingham; sisters, Connie Kennedy of Columbiana and Wanda West (Mike) of Pelham; brothers, Warren O’Shields (Ellen) of Demopolis, Carl O’Shields of Columbiana, and Doug O’Shields (Tammy) of Birmingham.
