-Public intoxication from the 13000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (highway/street). Damaged was a 2009 Chevrolet 1500.

-Criminal mischief from the 6000 block of Brook Hill Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was the front door glass in the amount of $700.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications and domestic violence-harassment from the 1000 block of Highway 419, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering from the 3500 block of Meadow Brook Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were Colt 45 caliber magazines valued at $50.
