James Robert Hayes, age 44, of Vincent, passed away Wednesday, March 23 at Brookwood Medical Center.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 26 at 1 p.m. at Curtis and Son Childersburg chapel with the Reverend Russell Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Vincent Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, March 25 from 6:30-8 p.m.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Hayes and sister, Debbie Labin.

He is survived by his beloved companion, Flora Francine Stewart; children, Anthony Stewart, Christopher Stewart, Felisha Butler and Harley Stewart; grandchildren, Isaiah, Kennedy, Sophie, Zy-Leigh; father, Tommy Hayes; sister, Susan Miller (David); brother, Mike Hayes; nieces, Mandy Miller and Teresa Labin; and nephews, Joe Miller and Brandon Hayes.
