Indian Springs hosts Kiwanis Club charter celebration

INDIAN SPRINGS VILLAGE – Alabama’s newest Kiwanis Club, the Kiwanis Club of Indian Springs Village, held its Charter Night Celebration on Thursday, Nov. 4.

Charter members are: Holly Rodgers, Brian Rodgers, Dale Elliott, Rosalyn Crawford-Kendall, Keith Kendall, Jake Guercio, Hub Harrington, Richard Harley, Bryan Hix, Matt Casey, Jennifer Kiser, Emily Casey, Brenda Bell-Guercio, Kathryn Harrington, Natalie Steed, David Egge and Eleanor Bennett, who is not pictured.

The club will focus on projects that improve the lives of children locally and throughout the world.

The club meets at the Indian Springs Village Town Hall on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month from 6:30-8 p.m.

Alabama District of Kiwanis International Gov. Keith Graham and Kiwanis Lt. Gov. Robert Brown presided over the event.
