WESTOVER–A single-vehicle crash on Friday, Dec. 2, at 4:09 p.m., has claimed the life of Sterrett man.

Kristopher Roger Gardner, 37, was killed when the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado he was driving left the roadway and overturned. Gardner, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred on County Road 55 four miles north of Westover.

Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
