Mr. and Mrs. John Steven Fleming of Pelham and Mr. and Mrs. William Donald Hiltbruner of Alabaster are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Mary Elizabeth Fleming to Andrew Eugene Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Robert Brown of Alabaster
Mary is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Frank McAlpine Toole and the late John Dean Fleming, Jr. of Talladega and Mrs. Frances Allen and the late Russell Allen of Lincoln. She graduated cum laude from the University of Montevallo in 2008 where she served as Vice President of the Phi Mu Sorority and Senior Class President.
Andrew is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hilton Cahoon of Hoover and Mrs. Shirley Brown and the late Warren Brown of Hueytown. He graduated cum laude from the University of Montevallo in 2007. He served as Treasurer of the Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity and was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa honor society.
The wedding will be on Jan. 10, 2009 at Bluff Park United Methodist Church at 5 p.m.
