-Breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Cottage Lane, Sterrett. Stolen was a firearm.

-Theft of property from Squires Glen Lane, Leeds (other, unknown). Stolen were four tires and wheels valued at $1,800.

-Criminal mischief/theft from undisclosed. Stolen was a wood patio chair stool valued at $50. Damaged were a Tiki torch in the amount of $10 and a statelite dish.

-Theft of property from the Highway 61, Wilsonville. Stolen was a Smith and Wesson hammerless .38-caliber five-shot revolver.

-Obstructing justice using false identity from the 500 block of Highway 5, Wilsonville (highway, street).

-Lost/destroyed property from Interstate 65/Highway 119 (highway, street). uDamaged was a Southern Linc two-way.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station). Stolen were 4.46 gallons of regular unleaded fuel valued at $15.

Stolen were a Dynex 37-inch LCD television valued at $600, a pearl and gold heart necklace valued at $100, a digital cable box-Charter Communications valued at $30, a Way game console and controllers valued at 450, 100 DVDs valued at $1,500, a cordless phone valued at $30 and a checkbook.

-Theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen was a 2003 Range Rover valued at $35,906.

Stolen were a jewelry box valued at $100, woman’s yellow gold wedding ring valued at $750, woman’s engagement ring, yellow gold with 1/4-carat solitaire and two smaller diamonds valued at $1,000, two woman’s rings, yellow gold with sapphires and diamond valued at $1,000, a woman’s, white gold with sapphire and diamond valued at $750 and two woman’s rings, yellow gold with emeralds valued at $1,250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Woodbury Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were a CD case and 30 CDs valued at $50 and $20 in change.

-Found property from the 2600 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana. Recovered was a wallet containing a driver’s license, dollar bill and business cards.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2500 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea. Stolen were a Sprint HTC phone valued at $500 and approximately 2 change from an ashtray.

July 16

-Property damage from the 7200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Hoover (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria.

-Lost Fuel Man card from the 200 block of East College Street, Columbiana (other, unknown).

-Domestic violence harassment from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana.

-Criminal trespass from Highway 400, Shelby.

-Violation of protection order from Highway 70, Columbiana (other, unknown).

-Property damage from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Damaged in the amount of $1,000 was a 1999 Honda Civic driver’s side door and mirror.

-Theft of property from the100 block of County Road 442 Sterrett. Listed stolen was a Raver Arms .25-caliber pistol.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Bear Lane, Chelsea (highway, street). Stolen were a Gameboy valued at $75, two Dewalt cordless drills (18-volt and 14-volt) valued at $200, two Black & Decker power drills (1 1/2 horsepower, 1 3/4 horsepower) valued at $150, Dewalt power sawzall valued at $150 and assortment of tools valued at $200.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Mimosa Drive, Helena.

-Miscellaneous information from Shelby West Parkway/Highway 87, Calera (highway, street).

-Cruelty to animals from the 100 block of Highway 221, Montevallo (restaurant).

Stolen were a 14-karat two-tone ring guard containing 28 round brilliant cut diamonds .031/2-carats each valued at $1,000 and one round brilliant cut diamond 3/8-carat set in 14-karat yellow gold Tiffany ring mounting valued at $899.

-Civil dispute from the 700 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Stolen were two air conditioning units valued at $70, sofa valued at $150, entertainment center valued at $75 and dining room table valued at $150.

Stolen were tanning mists valued at $6.47, $7.86 and $7.12, Off bug spray valued at $4.46, Aqua Chem pool shock valued at $4.77. -Confiscated/seized were 3.3 2.3-gram Lortab.

-Possession of controlled substance/driving under the influence from Caldwell Mill Road at Highway 119, Pelham (highway, street). Recovered was one .5-milligram Clonazepam valued at $20 and 1 5-milligram Diazepam valued at $20.

-Fraudulent use of debit/credit card from the 9400 block of Highway 42, Shelby. Stolen was a check card.

-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville. Stolen were two Motorola items.

-Property damage from Highway 70 near McDow Road, Columbiana (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield.

Stolen were a Westinghouse 27-inch flat screen television valued at $800 (with DVD), a Sony 32-inch flat screen valued at $1,500, a Kodak Easy Share digital camera valued at $100, an HP laptop computer valued at $1,700, diamond solitaire earrings, $600 in currency and a Visa debit card.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of County Road 441, Wilsonville (other, unknown). Stolen were 30 6-foot gates valued at $2,400, five 10-foot gates valued at $500 and three round hay bail holders valued at $450.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 3200 block of County Road 61, Columbiana.

-Harassment/menacing from Heatherbrook Parkway, Birmingham.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Recovered were .5-grams of marijuana, a glass bowl used smoke marijuana, “.05 Herion” in a plastic clear bag and 1.5 grams white pills (Ketorolac).

-Harassment/criminal mischief from the 5300 block of Heatherbrook Parkway, Birmingham. Damaged in the amount of $150 was a doorframe.

-Unlawful breaking /entering a vehicle from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. Motorola Razor cell phone and a cell phone charger.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 300 block of Goldilocks Lane, Maylene. Involved a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Laredo.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo. Stolen and recovered were a Ruger firearm with scope, case, extra clips, earplugs, glasses, etc. valued at $350, a firearm, a black blow dart gun with arrow s valued at $25. Also listed as stolen were a Ruger P9.5 valued at $300, a silver money clip with a blue face watch valued at $50 and a bag full of knives valued at $100.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo. Stolen were $400 in currency, a gold sapphire and diamond ring with missing diamond valued at $200, an Airsoft rifle valued at $25 and miscellaneous PlayStation items valued at $100. Stolen and recovered was a Derringer pistol valued at $100.

July 19

-Civil dispute from the 3800 block of County Road 26, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 6200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $7,000 were a hood, grill, bumper, headlight, radiator and fan.

-Structure fire (residential) from the 200 block of Pleasant Place, Bessemer. Miscellaneous damage to a residential dwelling.

-Domestic violence from the 5300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from Brookhighland Lane, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). uDamaged in the amount of $600 were three automotive door locks.

-Public intoxication/carrying a concealed weapon from the 250 block of River Road (slab) Helena (lake, waterway). Recovered was a Kel Tec 9 mm pistol valued at $250.

-Interference with child custody/burglary from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1600 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Stolen was a 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle valued at $5,703.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of First Avenue, Shelby.

-Theft of property from Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were a leather purse valued at $10 containing items valued at $25.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of Highland Lakes Circle, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 5100 block of Heatherbrook Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a hood in the amount of $600, four doors in the amount of $1,500 and a trunk in the amount of $1,500.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from Chelsea Animal Hospital, Chelsea (commercial). Stolen was a credit card valued at $10,000.

-Unlawful breaking/entering vehicle from the 1400 block of Highland Lakes Tr., Birmingham. Stolen were two Sony 1200-watt amplifier, two 12-inch Kicker speakers and a speaker box valued at $700.

-Unlawful breaking/entering a vehicle from the 1100 block of Kingswood Road, Birmingham. Stolen were a Tomtom GPS system valued at $400, a Kodak digital camera valued at $250 and a Verizon Blackberry cell phone valued at $350.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Dewberry Lane, Maylene. Stolen was a 2003 utility trailer valued at $650.

-Miscellaneous information from Chism Circle, Montevallo.
