-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (other, unknown). Stolen was a Jiminez .380 semi-automatic pistol valued at $189.
-Damage to property from Birmingham Tobacco Company (commercial). uDamaged in the amount of $500 was a windshield on a Toyota Tacoma.

Stolen were copper pipe valued at $50 and a metal air conditioning unit door valued at $50.
