-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Smoky Road. Stolen were a 1996 Saturn GL and a 1989 Chevrolet Silverado pickup.

-For information only from Whitestone Shopping Center, Highway 119 (supermarket).

-Found property from Buck Creek Park bathroom (government, public building). Recovered was a plastic bottle believed to be designed to assist in smoking marijuana.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the Internet (other, unknown). Stolen was a fraudulent charge to a Visa card in the amount of $3,820.95.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive, Maylene.

-Domestic violence investigation/menacing from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle.

-Robbery from the 100 block of Highway 119 (restaurant). Stolen were U.S. currency and personal checks in the amount of $336.

Aug. 6

-Theft of property from Head Start (other, unknown). Stolen was U.S. currency in the amount of $288.55.

-Domestic incident from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (other, unknown). Stolen was a Jiminez .380 semi-automatic pistol valued at $189.

-Damage to property from Birmingham Tobacco Company (commercial). uDamaged in the amount of $500 was a windshield on a Toyota Tacoma.

Aug. 7

-Harassment from Thompson High School (school, college).

-Information only from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Circle.

-Violation of leash law (canine) from the 200 block of Timber Ridge Circle.

-Forgery from Jimmy Gould Drive (bank). Stolen was $700 in currency using a check listed was forged.

-Damage to property (information only) from the area of Smokey Road (highway, street). Damaged were a windshield and a driver’s side quarter panel.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from Shelby Motor Lodge (hotel, motel). Listed was a 1992 Chevrolet Geo-Metro.

-Lost property from Lowes Alabaster (department store). Stolen were a leather wallet valued at $10, $400 in U.S. currency and a Central State Bank card.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic dispute from the 100 block of Carriage Drive.

-Criminal mischief from Mount Olive Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $50 was a driver’s side mirror.

-Theft of property from Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen were three T-shirts valued at $25, two T-shirts valued at $35.98, two pair of pants valued at $59.98, two pair of pants valued at $110 and three pair of socks valued at $36.

-Pistol without permit/recovered stolen property from First Avenue West and Navajo Pines Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a Smith and Wesson .38-caliber valued at $800.

-Welfare check from the 1400 block of Windsor Court.

Aug. 10

-Domestic dispute from the 1100 block of First Street South (parking lot, garage).

-Information only (surrendered property) from Alabaster Police Headquarters (other, unknown). Listed were assorted 38 special ammo, Winchester 32-40 rifle ammo, Remington 380 automatic ammo, Remington 357 magnum ammo and 5-20 round boxes of 7.62 by 39 rifle ammo.

-Information from the 200 block of 13th Street Southwest (other, unknown).

-Information from Colonial Promenade (department store).

-Overdue motorist from the 300 block of 12th Street Northwest.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Longfeather Lane and Longfeather Way (highway, street). Recovered was a metal pipe with marijuana residue.

Aug. 5

-Burglary-non-residence from Highway 20 Soccer Field (other commercial). Stolen were four 500 MC 35-foot wire sections valued at $302.29 and one 250 MC 35-foot wire section valued at $302.29.

-Harassment/harassing communications from 4601 Highway 31 (shopping center). Involved hands, fists, voice, etc.

-Domestic violence from 1311 Highway 304. Involved voice and kitchen knife.

-Criminal trespass from 2404 Dry Creek Road.

-Harassing communications from 2024 Kensington Court. Involved voice.

Aug. 7

-Domestic violence/criminal mischief from the parking lot of 5100 Highway 31. Involved a shopping cart. Damaged in the amount of $500 was a left rear quarter panel.

Aug. 8

-Criminal mischief from County Road 16, Emerald Ridge (highway, street, alley). Damaged in the amount of $75 was a large political sign.

-Criminal mischief/criminal trespass from 187 County Road 209 (other). Damaged were four fence gates in the amount of $200, three locks in the amount of $10 and three chains in the amount of $20.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 182 Little John Circle (highway, street, alley). Involved hands. Stolen were Maui Jims sunglasses valued at $300 and an iPod Nano valued at $300.

-Theft of property-yards/criminal trespass from 2131 Village Lane. Stolen was a pit bull valued at $3,500.

-Animal complaint/property damage from 1728 21st Ave. Damaged was a used mattress in the amount of $50.

-Domestic violence from 219 Holcombe Road. Involved a steak knife.

Aug. 10

-Reckless driving/traffic laws apply to motorcycles from 2534 16th St. (highway, street, alley).

-Criminal trespass from Calera landfill, Second Avenue (other).

-Assault-non-family from Wal-Mart Supercenter, 5100 Highway 31 (parking lot). Involved open hand.

-Harassment from 908 McAlister Drive. Involved voice.

-Theft of property-vehicle/criminal mischief from Victory Pontiac. GMC. Truck, 1150 George Roy Parkway. Involved a hammer. Stolen were three Goodyear tires valued at $90 and three factory wheels valued at $600. Also listed was one vehicle.

-Burglary-residence/theft of property-residence from Lowe Real Estate from 77 County Road 4. Involved hands, fists, voice, etc. Damaged were a wooden doorframe in the amount of $100 and trailer skirting in the amount of $50. Stolen were copper pipe valued at $50 and a metal air conditioning unit door valued at $50.

-Theft of property from Wal-Mart parking (other commercial). Stolen was a vehicle tag valued at $150.

-Criminal trespass/criminal mischief from 213 Meriweather Lane. Listed was a swimming pool.

-Theft of property/unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 273 Village Drive. Stolen was a Zune 30 MB valued at $250.

-Criminal mischief from 378 Shelby Springs Farms. Listed was an electric dog fence.

-Burglary-residence/theft of property-residence from 518 Waterford Lake Circle. Stolen was $800 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Burglary-non-residence/theft of property from 5106 Spring Creek. Involved hands, fists, voice, etc. Stolen was a 21-inch Snapper push mower valued at $600 and a men’s Mongoose mountain bike valued at $70.

Aug. 12

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from 10380 Highway 25(convenience). Stolen was $600 in cash. Also listed were a fanny pack, driver’s license, Washington Mutual item, Medicaid card and “Clonipin” prescription.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Hillsboro Lane. Damaged were in the amount of $1,000 a convertible top and in the amount of $500 a clear coat paint on the hood and trunk.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Publix parking lot. Damaged in the amount of $500 was a 2002 Honda Accord EX.

Aug. 10

-Found property from Amy Lane (highway, street). Recovered were three personal checks valued at $45 and one personal check valued at $13.

-Criminal trespass/criminal mischief from Helena Road. Damaged were a doorframe and lock strike plate.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from North Drive. Stolen were a men’s wallet valued at $20, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $18, a Social Security card valued at $20, three electricians’ licenses for Alabama, Georgia and Massachusetts valued at $75, $10 in currency, a Regions Visa check card and a Chevron Visa.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from North Drive. Stolen was a makeup bag with several cosmetics valued at $50 and $40 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Fieldstone Drive. Stolen and recovered were four personal checks valued at $58 and stolen was $225 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $5 was a Master Lock and stolen Stihl gas powered blower valued at $368.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument from Southgate Village (supermarket). Listed was forged was a Compass Bank check.

-Property damage from Meadowoods Apartments, 800 Valleyview Drive. Damaged was the engine hood for a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt in the amount of $500 and in the amount of $500 the passenger side fender of the same vehicle.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Lantana Circle. Stolen were $300 in U.S. currency, First Permier Bank Visa card, two Orchard Bank Visa card, Wii game system valued at $250 and an Xbox game system valued at $150.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stonebridge Circle. Stolen was a Honda lawn mower valued at $469.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Oliver Street at El Korita (parking lot, garage). Recovered were two cellophane bags containing approximately 4 grams of marijuana valued at $20 and one cellophane bag containing approximately 1 gram of marijuana valued at $10.

-Violation of municipal ordinance- accumulations unlawful from West Stonehaven Circle.

-Property damage-vehicle-non criminal from Pelham Parkway near Wittichen Supply Company (2100 block) (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $250 was a passenger door window.

-Theft of property from Publix-1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were a wallet valued at $25, $100 in U.S. currency, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $20, Compass Visa credit card, Compass visa debit card and miscellaneous cards.

-Theft of property from the drive through of Taco Bell (restaurant). Stolen and recovered was a Region debit card.
