-Theft of property from the 200 block of Alabaster Boulevard (construction). Stolen was lumber valued at $3,000.

-Damage to city property from the 900 block of Daventry Trail, Calera. Damaged was the left side mirror of a 2005 Ford Crown/Victoria.

Aug. 11

-Harassment/theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Promenade/700 block of Colonial Promenade (restaurant). Stolen were a Sony personal digital recorder valued at $60 and an Olympus wired microphone valued at $20.

-Identity theft/fraudulent use of credit card from Dorchester, Mass. (commercial). Listed as forged/counterfeited was a Visa debit card account number, and listed as stolen was $353.30 obtained by fraudulent use of credit card.

-Damage to property from Books A Million parking lot. Damaged in the amount of $1,000 was a sliding side door.

-Identity theft/fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Allen Drive. Stolen was use of a debit card (Regions Bank) and various purchases valued at $255.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Apple Gate Drive. Stolen were items valued at $939.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Grande View Circle. Stolen was a Spyderco folding knife valued at $50.

-Harassment from the 1000 block of Windsor Court.

-Criminal mischief/theft of property from Lowe’s Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a catalytic converter valued at $350.

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from 3592 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a catalytic converter from a 1999 Toyota 4Runner valued at $1,300.

-Domestic violence incident from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (supermarket).

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Meadowlark Place. Damaged in the amount of $10 was a mailbox.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from unknown (restaurant). Recovered was a Chase Visa credit card.

-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 100 block of Kentstone Way (bank). Stolen were fraudulent charges to a Regions Bank debit card valued at $1,040.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic violence/assault from the 40 block of Bare Tree Drive.

-Obstruction of justice (false ID)/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 31/Express Oil Change traffic stop (parking lot, garage). Recovered were four pieces of Brillo used as a filter and a sliver spoon used in heating narcotics.

-Possession of forged instrument/theft of property from the 1800 bock of Arrow Drive (bank). Stolen was a pad of checks (Mutual Savings Credit Union).

-Theft of identity/theft of lost property from Columbiana (other, unknown). Listed was a Visa debit card (Alabama Telco Credit Union).

-Theft of lost property from Waterford pool (parking lot). Stolen was a Longine watch valued at $1,300.

Aug. 14

-Harassment/criminal trespass from 2607 B, Highway 20. Involved hands, fists, voice, etc.

-Identity theft, less than $250 from 2005 Kerry Circle. Stolen was a Compass Bank Visa debit valued at $54.90.

-Theft of property-shoplifting from Wal-Mart, 5100 Supercenter Drive (shopping center). Stolen were carpet cleaner valued at $4.24, two lampshades valued at $13.96 and a window shade valued at $18.96.

-Theft of property/reckless endangerment from 22, Highway 222. Involved a truck. Recovered were miscellaneous pieces of scrap iron valued at $150.

-Theft of property-shoplifting from Wal-Mart Supercenter, 5100 Highway 31. Stolen were two packs of fitted sheets valued at $12.96.

-Domestic violence/disorderly conduct from 124 Cove Landing. Involved hands, fists, voice, etc.

Aug. 16

-Criminal mischief from Sumner Drive (parking lot). Involved feet. Listed was a hood.

-Theft of property-yards from 2057 Highview Way. Involved hands, fists, voice, etc. Stolen was a city of Calera trashcan valued at $100.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle by force/assault non-family from 132 Highway 87 (convenience). Involved hands and fist. Listed 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe.

-Domestic violence/failure to appear from 1080 Long Branch Parkway. Involved hands and voice.

-Identity theft over $250 or recurring from Biloxi, Miss. (convenience). Stolen was a Visa credit account valued at $2,000.

Aug. 17

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from Cracker Barrel parking lot, 199 Supercenter Drive (shopping center). Listed were a JC Penny credit card, Belk credit card, a tote bag, passenger side window, Colonial Bank checkbook and driver’s license.

-Criminal mischief from Waterford LLC, 187 and 188 Village Drive. Involved BB gun. Damaged were sheet rock in the amount of $100, glass window and frames in the amount of $1,575 and ceiling fan in the amount of $50.

-Harassment from 677 County Road 724.

Aug. 18

-Burglary non-residence/theft of property from 41 Ivanhoe Drive. Involved hands, firsts, voice, etc. Stolen were two gallons of gasoline valued at $3.60.

-Negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument from Sav-Mor, 11028 Highway 25 (shopping center). Recovered was a check valued at $21.08.

-Identity theft over $250 or recurring from Philadelphia and New Jersey (shopping center). Stolen was a Visa debit account valued at $438.36.

Aug. 19

-Burglary-residence from 1254 Eighth Ave. Listed was a JVC stereo.

-Domestic violence from 121 Camden Lake Drive.

-Burglary non-residence/theft of property (other) from 1122 20th Ave. Stolen were 80 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $4.51 and a 12-volt Tuthill transfer pump valued at $300.

Aug. 13

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Old Highway 25 East. Stolen was a personal checkbook with five remaining checks on a Regions Bank account.

Aug. 15

-Trespassing from Highway 25 (department store).

-Theft of property from West College Street (supermarket). Stolen were three cartons of Marlboro cigarettes valued at $98.97, two cartons of USA Gold cigarettes valued at $54.58 and one carton of Winston King cigarettes valued at $30.59.

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Highway 25 (other, unknown). Stolen were a driver’s license, $27 in currency, miscellaneous ID cards and a Social Security Card.

-Criminal mischief from Highway 47 (other, unknown). Damaged were two electric Cushman golf carts.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from Carter’s Lane. Damaged/destroyed were household contents.

Aug. 17

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Walton Street (commercial). Damaged was a mailbox and 4-foot by 4-foot treated wooden frame.

-Burglary/receiving stolen property from 3292 Rivercrest Drive south. Stolen and recovered were a Whirlpool 30-inch ceramic cook-top stove valued at $600 and a Whirlpool 30-inch built-in above the stove microwave oven valued at $300. Damaged in the amount of $300 was a wooden front door.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 655 Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged were front and rear passenger side windows in the amount of $300 each.

Recovered were a plastic bag containing approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana valued at $10 and a plastic bag containing approximately 1 gram of suspected cocaine valued at $100.

-Theft of property from 800 Valleyview Road. Stolen was a Visa debit card issued by Regions Bank.

-Illegal possession/fraudulent use of a credit/debit card via computer (Target Department Store internet site) (other, unknown).

-Property damage from Cole Equipment Company, 2805 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Damaged in the amount of $1,500 was 160 feet of chain link fence.
