-Recovered property from 400 Snow Drive. Recovered were a printed check valued at $234 and a United States Treasury check valued at $300.

-Criminal mischief from 100 King James Circle.

-Criminal mischief from the 9600 block of County Road 17, Maylene. Damaged in the amount of $50 was a window screen.

-Found property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered were a purse, wallet, credit cards and $8 in cash.

-Damage to property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade parkway (commercial). Damaged was a 2004 vehicle.

-False reporting to law enforcement from Thompson High School (school, college).

-Harassment from the 1600 block of Kent Dairy Road (commercial).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was less than 1 gram of marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 2200 block of Kent Dairy Road (commercial). Confiscated, seized were four Lortab 10-milligram pills (pills weighed 4 grams) valued at $40.

-Recovery of stolen tag from County Road 26 and Michael Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a license plate.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 8300 block of U.S. Highway 31 (service, gas station). Stolen were four wrecker chain tow hooks valued at $157.96 and fur salvaged batteries valued at $8.

-Theft from the 100 block of Spring Street. Stolen was a concrete calf painted black and white valued at $75.

-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of County Road 87 (construction). Damaged was coated electrical cable in the amount of $400.

-Criminal mischief from 1212 Kensington Blvd. (construction). Damaged was copper wiring in the amount of $1,250. Also damaged was copper wiring from 2056 Kensington Court in the amount of $770.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 217 Supercenter Drive (department store). Stolen were four pure exchange hair weave products valued at $40.

-Domestic violence from Stonecreek Way.

-Theft/criminal mischief from 766 County Road 87 (storage facility). Damaged was a door/dash from a 1997 Southwind Motor Home valued at $1,500. Stolen was an AM/FM stereo cassette valued at $100.

-Theft from 5100 Supercenter Drive (department store). Stolen were four DVD movies valued at $91.83.

-Theft from the 1000 block of Kerry Drive. Stolen were two baseball caps valued at $10, three hooded sweatshirts valued at $60, six North Carolina T-shirts valued at $90 and a University of North Carolina toboggan valued at $5.

-Harassment from 1844 19th St.

-Domestic incident from 1434 County Road 201 (highway, street).

Dec. 14

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from 766 County Road 87 (storage facility). Damaged was an Allegro 23 motorized home in the amount of $400. Stolen were a 27-inch television valued at $320 and a Sony DVD players valued at $100.

-Breaking and entering a vehicle/theft from the 9700 block of Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were 108 Clozipan and other drugs valued at $81.

-Theft (motor vehicle) from Interstate 65 North at mile marker 229 (highway, street). Stolen was a Ford Windstar valued at $5,000.

-Domestic violence from 2055 15th St.

-Harassment from 900 North 10th St.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Waterford Drive. Damaged were a mailbox in the amount of $50 and a mailbox post in the amount of $150.

-Domestic incident from 2100 18th St.

Dec. 15

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from 766 County Road 87 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a flat screen HD television valued at $500, an in dash stereo valued at $100, a portable DVD player valued at $200 and a Sanyo flat screen HDTV at $300.

-Forgery/unauthorized use of motor vehicle from Dry Creek Road. Forged, counterfeited were 25 Central State Bank checks valued at $1,023.20. Stolen were 25 checks, a Marlin 60 rifle valued at $100 and a shotgun valued at $200.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Cove Landing.

-Theft (shoplifting) from the 5100 block of U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Recovered were items valued at $102.

-Theft of property from Movie Gallery, 225 Helena Market Place (commercial). Stolen were an unknown number of video games valued at $150.

-Damage to property (motor vehicle from the 1500 block of Oak Park Drive (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $200 was a 2003 Ford Explorer.

-Driving under the influence/carrying a concealed weapon from Highway 52 West at Squire Drive (highway, street). Recovered were a Para 1911 .45 pistol, 14 .45-rounds and a prescription bottle containing 13 Naproxen pills.

-Damage to property from Second Street at elementary school parking lot (highway, street). Damaged was a stock wheel on a 1998 Dodge Caravan.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol/minor in possession/consumption of alcohol from Highway 261 at Starky Street (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from Cahaba Lilly Park, Highway 52 West (government, public building). Damaged in the amount of $200 was a public restroom facility at city/county park. Stolen and recovered was a “Kidde” dry chemical fire extinguisher valued at $25 but with a recovered valued of $10.

-Public intoxication from Highway 52 at Cahaba Lilly Park (highway, street).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from 816 Highway 52 East (parking lot, garage).

Dec. 8

-Parked in a prohibited zone (Plantation Pipe) from Highway 95 at Plantation Pipe Company (highway, street). Recovered was a 1997 GMC Sierra pickup valued at $7,000.

Dec. 9

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 800 block of Old Cahaba Drive. Stolen was a personal GPS system valued at $200.

-Failure to appear-seat belt violation from the Helena Police Department (government, public building).

-Criminal mischief from the 1600 block of Old Cahaba Court. Damaged was a light bulb for a spotlight in the amount of $5 and four seasonal Christmas decorations valued at $35.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Old Cahaba Trail. Stolen were $52 in cash, a money clip valued at $20, an Amerifirst Visa, Social Security card and pocket change.

-Unlawful braking and entering a vehicle from the 900 block of Old Cahaba Drive. Stolen were a Sony in-car CD player valued at $100 and an Apple iPod Shuffle valued at $75.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1200 block of Nabors Street. Stolen were a Toro power sweep blower valued at $80, an extension cord valued at $25 and a Husqvarna chain saw valued at $230.

-Theft of services from the 400 block of Highway 206. Stolen was power from a residence.

Dec. 13

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1800 block of County Road 10 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a small plastic bag containing marijuana.

-Domestic violence from the 400 block of Highway 219.

-Death investigation from Montevallo Villa Apartments. Listed as damaged or destroyed was medication.

-Property damage-motor vehicle from Cahaba Valley Road at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Damaged was the rear bumper to a 2005 Kia Optima.

-Miscellaneous information from Capital One Bank, Slidell, La. (bank). Listed was forged, counterfeited was a check on an account.

-Theft of property from Wal-Mart Supercenter (supermarket). Listed as recovered with stolen values were an electric circuit tester valued at $4, three compact disks valued at $28 and gum valued at $2.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from Gofourth Homes (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were eight suspected Clonazepam .5-milligram tablets valued at $40, four suspected Northriptyline 10-milligram capsules valued at $40, two suspected Cyclobenzaprine 10-milligram tablets valued at $20, two suspected Hydrochlorothiazide 25-milligram tablets valued at $20, two suspected Gabapentin 400-milligram capsules valued at $20, one suspected Fexofenadine 60-milligram tablet valued at $10 and one suspected Promethiazine 25-milligram tablet valued at $10.
