-Harassment from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Criminal trespassing from the 1200 block of Michael Drive.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Park Village Circle. Damaged in the amount of $150 was a front door, door threshold.

-Information only from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail. Listed was a 2000 Dodge Stratus.

July 7

-Lost property/fraudulent use of credit card from the 1100 block of First Street South (convenience store). Stolen were a credit card valued at $1, a check valued at $150, eight gift cards, $40 U.S. currency and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from Mitzi Circle.

-Damage to property from the 2000 block of first Avenue West (highway, street). Damaged was an approximately 8-foot section of dog-eared fencing and post.

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from unknown. Stolen was musical equipment purchase through a .com valued at $299.99.

-Violation of leach law from the 100 block of Hickory Hills Drive (restaurant).

-Information only from Green Valley Apartments.

-Burglary from 1167 Sixth St S.W. (specialty store).

-Domestic incident from the 500 block of Warrior Drive.

July 8

-Criminal trespass/theft of property from the 300 block of Mardis Lane. Stolen were two sheets valued at $22.98, blanket valued at $16.99 and a terry washcloth valued at $9.99.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were a package of sliced cheese valued at $2.50 and a bottle of STP fuel cleaner valued at $5.23.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 1600 block of Napoleon Drive.

-Information only from Montgomery.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was $800 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was $650 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (department store). Stolen and recovred were 17 household products valued at $72.90.

-Harassing communications from 1822 Wood Brook Circle, Apartment E.

July 9

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Apache Way (highway, street). Recovrfed was a small bag containing marijuana valued at $10.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive (highway, street).

-Information only from the 200 block of Bentwood Drive.

-Information only from Ninth Avenue Southwest (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Wagon Wheel Circle. Stolen was a Rossi .38-caliber firearm.

-Damage to property from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (bank). Damaged in the amount of $1,000 was a bank awning.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Hill Street. Stolen were a miniature motorcycle valued at $300 and two audio speakers valued at $50.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Mountain Parkway. Stolen were eight DVD movies valued at $135 and two VHS movies valued at $20.

-Violatin of leash law from the 1200 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Thompson Road. Stolen were HP 7400 laptop valued at $2,200, two spare hard drives for a computer valued at $300, a Sprint Internet card valued at $50, a leather briefcase valued at $100, leather wallet with outside money clip valued at $25, a Discover card and a Capital One card.

-Breaking and entering a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 800 block of Navajo Trail. Damaged were a passenger side window and panel in the amount of $1,000. Stolen was a purse valued at $20.

-Theft of property-public building from Gorgeous Hair and Nails, 1305 10th Ave., Suite C (other commercial). Listed was a doormat.

-Domestic violence from 10947 Alabama Highway 25 (other). Involved open hand.

-Theft of property-banking institution from 744 Highway 87 (industrial). uInvolved hands, firsts, voice, etc. Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency. Also listed were a Whitney Bank MasterCard debit card, Visa card, MasterCard, Home Depot card, Lowe’s card and Alabama driver’s license.

-Theft of property-banking institution from Alabama Power, 744 Highway 87 (industrial) involved hands, firsts, voice, etc. Listed were a MasterCard and an AT & T calling card.

-Criminal trespass from 211 Saratoga Lane.

-Domestic violence from 15147 Highway 25. Involved phone.

-Duty to stop and remain at scene from Highway 31 South near Seventh Avenue (highway, street, alley). Damaged in the amount of $8,000 were a front-end and rear body.

-Criminal mischief/possible attempted burglary from the 200 block of South Main Street (commercial. Damaged in the amount of $600 plus or minus was a commercial tempered door glass.

July 10

uTheft of property from East College Street (convenience store). Stolen were 2.5 gallons of gasoline valued at $10.

-Domestic violence from Town Creek. Damaged in the amount of $150 was a Panasonic stereo.
