-Theft of property from 218 Second Street Southwest (other, unknown). Stolen was a 32-inch LCD HD television valued at $402.85.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card/theft of property from an undisclosed specialty store. Stolen were charges on an account of $232.74, $353.88, $291.21, $108.95 and $217.92.

-Information only from 1101 Tulip Circle.

-Information only from the 100 block of Treymoor Drive.

-Theft of property from Thompson High school (school, college). Stolen were an Alabama driver’s license and a work ID card.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card (for information only) from Lithia Springs, Ga. (commercial). Listed as forged, counterfeited was use of a debit card valued at $844.

-Theft of property from 260 First St. Southwest (supermarket). Stolen was a bottom round steak valued at $9.07.

-Theft of property from Keller Wholesale Auto (other, unknown). Stolen was an Alabama dealer’s tag.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Allen Drive. Damaged (by graffiti) was a privacy fence surrounding a condominium dumpster.

-Harassing communications from undisclosed (other, unknown).

-Domestic incident from the 1300 block of First Avenue West.

-Information only from the 2000 block of Smokey Road.

-Criminal mischief/burglary from 739 Highway 17, Maylene. Damaged were a wooden doorframe in the amount of $125, Butler building door in the amount of $100, two outside screen windows and an outside mat.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1900 block of Kent Dairy Road. Stolen was a .38 Special “Police Edition” firearm.

Oct. 22

-Harassment from a school bus while in the area of Grande View Estates (other, unknown).

-Information from the 100 block of Park Place Lane.

-Criminal trespass from the 200 block of Kentwood Drive. Damaged were a glass door in the amount of $100 and French doors in the amount of $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 1200 block of First Street North (commercial). Stolen were a green cloth briefcase valued at $150 and three check books (two individual and one business).

-Information from the 500 block of Navajo Trail (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Eighth Avenue Northwest (commercial).

-Arson from the 8000 block of County Highway 17, Maylene (church). Burned was the west portion of a church exterior wall and door.

Oct. 23

-Domestic incident from the 1700 block of Arrow Drive.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Seventh Avenue Southeast at Seventh Place Southeast. Recovered was an unknown green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Theft of property/forgery from Highway 119 (other, unknown). Stolen was a check valued at $142.56.

-Information from the 600 block of 11th Avenue Southwest (school, college).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Park Place Way.

-Theft of identity from Alpharetta, Ga. (supermarket).

-Information from the 200 block of Eighth Street Northwest (government, public building).

Oct. 24

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were .5 grams clear plastic bag containing marijuana, a multi-colored glass pipe with marijuana residue and a pack of JOB 1.25 rolling papers.

-Menacing from the 500 block of Ninth Avenue southeast.

-Information only from Elder Drive.

-Information only from Interstate 65 North between mile marker 228 and 238 (highway, street).

-Leaving the scene of an accident/damage to property from Highway 119 at Highway 31 turn lane (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Windsor Court. Listed as confiscated, seized were a 19-inch color television valued at $300, a TV stand valued at $150 and $175 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from Thompson High school (school, college). Stolen was a tri-fold wallet containing a driver’s license, debit card and other cards valued at $25.

-Information only from Colonial Promenade South, JC Penny area (other, unknown). Listed were a wallet, Juniper and HSBC credit cards, Capital One and Wachovia Bank items.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Bermuda Lake Drive.

-Noise complaint from the 1200 block of Ash Cove.

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from State Highway 119 at First Street Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was one Mylan AI Xanax tablet.

-Information only from Alabaster Garden.

-Confiscated counterfeit money from Highway 31 at crossroads (traffic stop) (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was one counterfeit $10-bill.

Oct. 26

-Domestic incident from the 300 block of Simmsville Road.

-Welfare check from the 500 block of Treymoor lake Circle.

-Recovery of marijuana/recovery of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of First Street North (government, public building). Confiscated, seized were a wood “dugout” with pipe and a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana (total weight with dugout and marijuana 73 grams).

-Information only from the 1400 block of First Street North (restaurant).

-Noise complaint from the 900 block of Burnt Pine Drive.

-Theft of property from Highway 119 (other, unknown). Stolen was a Motorola Razor valued at $150.

-Failure to pay for gasoline/gas drive off from Murphy Oil from the 100 block of Supercente Drive. Stolen was fuel valued at $25.02.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Highway 304.

-Theft of property-vehicle/burglary-residence from S&S Development from a storage warehouse at the 7000 block of Highway 31 (other commercial). Stolen was a 1990 Chevrolet utility bed valued at $4,000 and an Echo weed eater valued at $129.

-Theft of property-residence from the 600 block of Highway 151. Stolen was a Rossi .22-caliber single shot rifle valued at $199.

-Theft of property-yards from the 400 block of County Road 305. Stolen wee a 1/4 drive socket set valued at $480, a 1/4 drive ratchet valued at $120, two 1/4 drive extensions valued at $20 and four pliers valued at $15.

-Identity theft over $250 or recurring from Wal-Mart (other, commercial). Stolen was an electronic money transfer valued at $622.20.

-Menacing from Dollar Tree, Supercenter Drive (shopping center). Involved hands, fists, voice, etc.

-Burglary-residence/theft of property-residence from the 1000 block of Garnet Drive. Involved hands. Stolen were a 37-inch flat Toshiba television valued at $1,000, a 42-inch flat Toshiba television valued at $1,000, jewelry valued at $700 and U.S. currency valued at $50. Also listed was a front doorframe.

-Burglary-residence/criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Garnet Drive. Involved hands. Damaged in the amount of $500 was a doorframe.

Oct. 24

-Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance/precursor purchase of methamphetamine from the 1100 block of Alabama Highway 25 (convenience).

-Burglary-residence/theft of property residence from the 1000 block of Emerald Ridge Drive. Involve hands, fists, voice, etc. Stolen were a 20-inch Dell flat screen monitor valued at $200 and a 27-inch Vizio flat screen television valued at $500. Also listed was a doorframe.

-Identity theft over $250 or recurring from the 9000 Block of N. Main Street, Columbiana. Listed as stolen was an M&F checking account for $3,202.13.

-Domestic violence from the 2000 block of Village Lane. Involved hands.

-Burglary-residence/criminal mischief from Authentic Building Co. L from the 600 block of The Highs Lane (Lot 84). Involved hands, fists, voice, etc. Listed were a front door and a front doorframe.

-Theft of property-residence from the 2000 block of Village Lane. Stolen were 56 prescription Suboxone valued at $1 and five Prescription Xanax valued at $2.

-Burglary-residence/theft of property residence from the 400 block of Camden Cove. Stolen were a .380 Bersa handgun valued at #330 and a 45-inch Sanyo flatscreen television valued at $2,500.

-Burglary-residence/theft of property-residence from the 500 block of Camden Cove Circle. Stolen were a HP laptop valued at $1,200, PlayStation 3 valued at $400, Fuji digital camera valued at $300, 42-inch Vizio flatscreen valued at $1,300, Bose wave radio valued at $500, iPod valued at $200, 37-inch Samsung flatscreen valued at $800, 20 blue ray DVDs valued at $30, 10 PlayStation 3 games valued at $50, and a coin container valued at $900. Damaged in the amount of $200 was a doorframe.

-Theft of property-shoplifting from Wal-Mart Supercenter, 5100 Highway 31 (shopping center). Stolen were five Blackberry cell phones valued at $337.88 and a Motorola cell phone valued at $260.

Recovered were a plastic bag containing approximately 7 grams of marijuana valued at $40, a “Blade” digital scale valued at $25, a glass marijuana pipe with marijuana residue valued at $15, a roll of plastic bags valued at $4 and a state of Mississippi traffic ticket.

-Criminal mischief from 2122 Old Montgomery Highway (commercial). Damaged in the amount of $100 was a mailbox.

-Criminal mischief from Comfort Suites, 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Damaged in the amount of $1,200 was a window on a Cadillac SRX.

-Property damage (vehicle) from the parking lot of Little Mountain Apartments. Damaged in the amount of $750 were a 2003 Ford Mustang rear bumper and taillight.

-Obstructing justice using false identity/unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance from 630 Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Confiscated, seized were a knotted white plastic bag containing marijuana valued at $5, an amber pharmacy bottle containing hydrocodone syrup valued at $10 and two marijuana filled cigarettes valued at $2.

-Menacing from the basketball courts of Huntley Apartments (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from Gold’s Gym (other, unknown). Stolen were jeans valued at $20, a leather bi-fold wallet valued at $10, $15, an American Express Card, Chase Visa Card, Compass Bank debit card and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25.

-Harassment from 3569 Pelham Parkway, Suite 3 (restaurant).

-Violation of barking dog ordinance from the 2200 block of Richmond Lane.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Lakeland Ridge. Stolen was a Powers Edge motorcycle backrest valued at $250.

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Alabaster (other, unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Southgate Drive (hotel, motel). Stolen was a Garmin Nuvi valued at $200 and damaged in the amount of $150 was a driver’s side window on a 2005 Chevrolet 1500.

-Burglary from Sport Clips-Southgate Village Shopping Center (other, unknown). Stolen was currency, hair-cutting scissors valued at $269 and keys to a register valued at $2. Listed as stolen with a recovery date were four cameras and a monitor valued at $2,000, a Canon printer valued at $300 and a Tennessee Volunteer trash can.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (hotel, motel). Stolen were an XM satellite radio receiver valued at $300 and a Tom Tom navigation system valued at $300. Damaged in the amount of $100 was a passenger side window.

-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from 2400 Highway 25 (convenience store). Listed were check checks in the amount of $200 and $220.

Oct. 17

-Burglary/theft of services from 60 Grant St., Apt. 12. Stolen a Playstation 2 valued at $215 and two remotes valued at $60.
