Incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office from Oct. 18-23.

Oct. 18

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Morrill Drive, Shelby. Stolen was a 1969 Chevrolet convertible.

-Domestic violence (assault) from Shelby Forest Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Colver Lane, Montevallo (two reports).

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 5100 block of Shades Crest Road, Bessemer.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card/theft from the 8000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Stolen was $52 in bank funds. Also listed was a check card.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 300 block of Wooten Road, Alabaster.

-Criminal mischief from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $250, the left driver’s side of a van was spray painted.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/public intoxication from the 100 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville (other, unknown). Recovered were four Hydrocodone 7.5 milligram.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham. Stolen were a computer, hard drive and computer bag.

-Civil dispute from Great Pine Road, Leeds.

-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Highway 59, Vincent. Damaged was a decorative pillow.

-Public intoxication from the 400 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a knife with a wooden handle.

-Domestic investigation from the 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

-Assault from the corner of Highway 25 at Highway 43, Sterrett (convenience store).

-Civil dispute from the 2100 block of Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham. Damaged in the amount of $300 was a mailbox.

-Harassment from the 2200 block of Highway 31, Calera.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Warren Road, Alabaster.

-Criminal mischief from Grant Street, Wilton (parking lot, garage). Damaged was an automobile.

-Attempted suicide from Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 4600 block of Highway 47, Shelby.

-Theft of property from the 6700 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville. Stolen was a 2002 Honda TRX four-wheeler.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 1400 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 4600 block of Highway 47, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 800 block of Tara Drive, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Huntwood Road, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of County Road 40, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 2600 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Donaldson Road, Columbiana. Stolen was electrical power.

-Civil dispute from the 1200 block of Highway 41, Leeds.

-Miscellaneous information from U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant).

-Criminal mischief/criminal littering from the 100 block of Southledge, Birmingham. Damaged in the amount of $10 was a metal mailbox.

-Disorderly conduct/harassment from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Merrywood Lane, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from Brantleyville Court, Maylene. Stolen were a tool set valued at $200 and assorted shoes and shirts valued at $100.

Oct. 20

-Reckless endangerment from the 3300 block of Highway 28, Columbiana (two reports).

-Harassment from the 3300 block of Highway 28, Columbiana (three reports).

-Burglary from the 200 block of South River Road, Shelby. Stolen were a white ceramic water pitcher full of loose change valued at $400 and a dress drawer full of jewelry of unknown value.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Surry Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a 1986 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight valued at $1,500.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 11, Pelham. Stolen were copper wiring and pipe and a Ducane air conditioning unit.

-Structure fire from the 700 block of Highway 270, Maylene. Burned was the residence.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Paradise Circle, Shelby. Stolen was a 2004 Club Car valued at $2,195.

-Burglary from the 300 block of South River Road, Shelby. Damaged was a door and frame. Stolen was various jewelry.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5100 block of Selkirk Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Stolen was a Sirius satellite radio valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5100 block of Selkirk Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Stolen was a baby car seat valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (convenience store). Stolen were $630, two cartons of cigarettes valued at $64.66, three cartons of cigarettes valued at $104.52 and 10 single packs of cigarettes for $30.

-Burglary from the 5800 block of Highway 25, Leeds. Stolen were a Remington Wingmaster 12-guage shotgun valued at $900, a Marlin 30-30 valued at $400, a Sony video camcorder valued at $800, a class ring valued at $2,500, a jewelry box and jewelry valued at $100 and a cocktail ring valued at $600.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Peach Street, Montevallo (field, woods).

-Medical call from the 10000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Pin Oak Drive, Chelsea.

-Property damage-vehicle from the 10000 block of Highway 41, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Toyota Highlander.

-Property damage/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Lorrin Lane, Westover. Damaged in the amount of $400 were two windows.

-Assault from the 100 block of Sterrett Drive, Sterrett (highway, street).

-Assault from the 100 block of Sterrett Drive, Sterrett (highway, street).

-Hospice death investigation from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (other, unknown). Listed was damaged or destroyed were various medications.

-Burglary from Diamond Lane, Wilton. Stolen were a Nikon digital camera valued at $150, three gold coins valued at $400, $50 in U.S. currency, a fireproof safe with assorted papers valued at $30 and collectable coins valued at $10.

-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of First Street South, Alabaster (school, college). Damaged was a schoolbook in the amount of $49.98.

-Driving under the influence from State Highway 25 at County Road 139, Wilton (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $1,500 was a 2005 Ford Mustang.

-Theft of property from Highway 280, Westover (commercial). Stolen was a Vizio 37-inch LCD HD television valued at $1,000.

Oct. 21

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were jewelry items valued at $7,265

-Domestic violence-harassment from Waxahatchee Lane, Shelby.

-Theft of property from the 2800 block of Paho Kee Trace, Birmingham. Stolen was a 1994 Chevrolet GMC pickup valued at $4,700.

-Theft of property/recovery stolen property from the 200 block of Marwood Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was $413 in assorted U.S. currency. Recovered was a Dell laptop computer valued at $1,500.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of 4-H Road, Shelby. Stolen was a 12-gauge pump shotgun valued at $400.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Lorrin Lane, Westover. Damaged were a glass exterior door and two windows.

-Theft of property from the 11000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (construction). Stolen Bush Master brush cutter valued at $3,200.

-Burglary from the 13000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (service, gas station). Damaged in the amount of $300 was an exterior door.

Oct. 22

-Identity theft from the 1100 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Domestic violence-harassment from County Road 61, Columbiana. Damaged was a metal front door.

-Burglary from Highway 17 at Martin Road, Maylene (church). Damaged was a back door in the amount of $200.

-Burglary from Highway 17 at Big Oak Circle, Maylene (church). Damaged in the amount of $200 was a side door.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Cheshire Drive, Sterrett.

-Property damage from the 13000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $2,500 was a diesel fuel pump.

-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Highway 270, Maylene.

-Miscellaneous information from Wilsonville (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 3300 block of Highway 28, Columbiana.

-Property damage from U.S. Highway 280 West, Westover (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $500 was the windshield of a 2003 Chevrolet Impala.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college).

-Property damage from the 9000 block of County Road 51, Westover (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 GMC Yukon.

-Domestic investigation from the 3700 block of Shoals Court, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from Idlewood Drive, Wilton.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from unknown. Stolen were a checkbook and checks valued at $20 and $220.

-Burglary/theft of property from Evan Circle, Chelsea. Stolen a 46-inch Sharp and $26-inch Westinghouse LCD televisions valued at $1,548.99 and $500,four credit cards and a Wii game system valued at $300.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Old Lokey Ferry Road, Wilsonville. Damaged was a green plastic lawn chair in the amount of $20.

-Burglary from the 4800 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Damaged in the amount of $1,000 was a doorframe. Stolen were various medications.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5200 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen were $35 in U.S. currency, a bottle of pills valued at $10 and three pieces of scrap car parts valued at $50.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea. Damaged in the amount of $500 was an exterior doorframe.

Oct. 23

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Stone Ridge Trail, Columbiana. Forged, counterfeited were credit card items valued at $8.99, $58.27, $39.95, unknown, $49.95, $29.91 and $4,903.72. An item for $49.95 was listed under recovered.

-Miscellaneous information from Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 200 block of West College Street, Columbiana. Forged, counterfeited was a $20-bill.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham.-Burglary from the 100 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds. Stolen were two 10-ounce Coca-Colas and two slices of pizza.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 400 block of Meadow Ridge Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were funds from Red Mountain Bank in the amount of $319.67.

-Identity theft from the 1300 block of Highway 463, Vincent.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 900 block of Clay Pit Road, Montevallo (storage facility). Damaged was a doorframe. Stolen was an older model Ford.

-Domestic investigation from the 5100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Hill House Lake Drive, Leeds. Damaged was a 14-inch Sumitomo tire in the amount of $25.

-Miscellaneous information from the Walt Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Miscellaneous information from the 3000 block of County Road 28, Columbiana.

-Civil dispute from the 1400 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana (other, unknown).

-Failure to pay for gasoline purchase from the 5400 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana (convenience store). Stolen was gasoline valued at $54.
