-Identity theft from the Internet (other, unknown). Stolen was debit card info to make online purchased valued at $796.

-Warrant arrest from the 100 block of Mount Olive Road.

-Lost property (for information only) from Keystone Plaza (supermarket). Listed were a man’s wallet, Alabama driver’s license, work card, Social Security Card and bank information.

-Theft of property from McDonald’s South Promenade. Stolen was $100.

-Information from the parking lot of Best Buy, South Colonial Promenade.

-Information only from 1809 block of Woodbrook Trail (parking lot, garage). Listed as confiscated, seized was a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am valued at $3,000.

-Identity theft/fraudulent use of a credit card (other, unknown).

-Theft of property/fraudulent use of a credit card from Wal-Mart, Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were various items from the department store valued at $108.63 and various items at a service station valued at $72.

-Welfare concern from the 100 block of Pebble Lane. Damaged in the amount of $100 was an entry door and frame.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast (other, unknown). Stolen were a 2007 Ford Focus, a woman’s purse, a debit card, a child’s car seat, an Alabama driver’s license, a Medicare card and a Social Security card.

-Information from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (school, college).

-Harassment from the 10000 block of State Highway 119 (bank).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Old Highway 32. Stolen was a 2004 Kenmore refrigerator freezer valued at $1,200.

-Harassing communications from 42 Long View Circle (commercial).

-Criminal trespassing from the 100 block of Depot Street (government, public building).

-Recovered property from the 90 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (field, woods). Recovered was a Ruger .40 semi-automatic firearm valued at $300 and a bag containing marijuana valued at $20.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of First Street North (restaurant). Damaged was an exterior wall.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of King James Court (restaurant). Damaged was a 3-foot by 4-foot area of grass.

-Damage to property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the rear of a vehicle.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Ashford Lane.

-Domestic violence/reckless endangerment/unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. Highway 31 at Sixth Avenue Southeast (other, unknown). Listed as recovered were a red vile believed to contain methamphetamine and a clear glass pipe believed to be used in smoking methamphetamine.

-Burglary-non-residence from Oliver Park Concession Stand, Highway 25 (other commercial). Stolen were Coke/Pepsi and candy valued at $20.

-Property damage-vehicle from Munchies Chevron, 132 Highway 87 (convenience). Listed was the rear passenger side of a truck.

-Harassing communications from 135 Carrington Lane.

-Domestic violence from 10520 Highway 31. Involved fists and beer bottle.

-Murder-non-family from 4570 Highway 31 (parking lot). Involved a knife.

-Theft of property-shoplifting from Wal-Mart Supercenter, 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (shopping center). Stolen was a pair of Brahma work boots valued at $52.36.

-Reckless endangerment from U. S. Highway 31 and Alabama Highway 25 (highway, street, alley). Involved vehicle.

-Property damage-vehicle from the 400 block of Kensington Manor Drive. Listed was the rear bumper of a vehicle.

-Animal complaint from 103 Southern Hills Parkway.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 52 West at Hillsboro Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a metal keychain scale, a packet of rolling papers JOB and a plastic bag containing marijuana.

Stolen were an Apple iPod valued at $200, an Ingersol-Rand 1/2-inch impact wrench valued at $70, an Ingersol-Rand die grinder valued at $30, a Harbor Freight high speed cutter valued at $15, a pneumatic 3/8-inch impact wrench valued at $10 and a pneumatic 1/2-inch air ratchet valued at $15.

-Theft of property from 1500 McCain Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2008 Quality 50-foot Wedge Trailer valued at $15,000.

-Damage to city property from Cahaba Valley Road near Logan Farms (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria (Police Unit 256).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were an Olympus digital camera valued at $250, a New England version Bible valued at $25 and an AT & T calling card valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief from the 1400 block of Stoneykirk Road (construction). Damaged were 30 feet of piping in the amount of $3,000, 10-square feet of sub flooring in the amount of $200, 10-square feet of insulation in the amount of $100, 250-square feet of hardwood flooring in the amount of $2,500, four light fixtures in the amount of $240, two sheet rock panels in the amount of $300 and four trim boards in the amount of $400.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the entrance to Pelham High School (highway, street). Recovered were two plastic Baggies containing suspected marijuana (approximately 7 grams gross weight) valued at $40.

-Public intoxication from Oak Mountain Lodge (hotel, motel).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from 2846 Pelham Parkway (bar). Confiscated, seized was a clear plastic Baggie containing suspected marijuana (approximately 2 grams grow weight) valued at $5.

-Harassment from Krystals, 240 Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant).

-Giving false information to police/outside agency assist-law enforcement from Ballantrae Parkway and Information Center (highway, street).

-Outside agency assist from 817 Fourth Avenue West (restaurant).

-Criminal mischief from 100 Bishop Circle (Best Western) (hotel, motel). Damaged in the amount of $500 were the door locks on a vending machine.

-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Cahaba Manor Trail.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3400 block of Wildwood Drive. Stolen were a Kel Tec P-32 pistol, .32-caliber valued at $275 and a soft gun case valued at $10.

-Criminal mischief from Kelly Drive. Damaged were the front and rear tires in the amount of $50 and $75 for a Troybilt riding lawnmower.

-Death investigation from the 600 block of Valleyview Drive.

-Miscellaneous information-suspicious activity from 261 Macallan Drive.

-Domestic dispute from the 2600 block of Chandalar Lane.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Pelham Parkway at Commerce Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a counterfeit immigration and naturalization service permanent resident card valued at $50.

Oct. 6

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Brian’s Quick Shop (service, gas station.

-Found property from Rose Nails, 3186-A Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Recovered were a brown purse, six pieces of children’s clothing, a can of shaving cream, a Fusion razor, a bag of baby wipes, two oral syringe and liquid medicine measuring spoons and one bottle each of Tylenol and Triaminic.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Timber Cove. Stolen were a Taurus .38-caliber revolver valued at $350 and cloth holster valued at $30.

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from the Home Depot parking lot.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the E Building of Little Mountain Circle. Confiscated, seized were a permanent resident card believed to be forged, a Social Security Card, a temporary Social Security Card and a drug screening card which has a presumed false Social Security number.
