-Damage to property from the 600 block of Park Forest Lane. Damaged in the amount of $50 was a mailbox.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Forest Parkway.

-Identity theft from the 1300 block of Arrowhead Trail.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were four key rings valued at $8, two earrings valued at $7, two lip color/liner valued at $5.94, assorted Halloween items valued at $5.50, a sticker valued at $9.62, shirt top, skirt, two pair of socks valued at $41.82 and a pencil sharpener valued at $2.94.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade (specialty store). Stolen were an Elmo doll valued at $12, three souvenirs valued at $10.41, two Blue October valued at $25.76, panties valued at $1.98, music CD valued at $5, five ladies socks valued at $7.50 and a neck medallion valued at $2.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were a woman’s top valued at $3, baby doll set valued at $10, two women’s socks valued at $3, a woman’s dress valued at $16.74, neck medallion valued at $4, five souvenirs valued at $17.45 and panties valued at $1.98.

Oct. 14

-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of West Grand View Lane.

-Information only from the 90 block of Winterhaven Drive.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 1400 block of Arrowhead Trail.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Mt. Olive Road.

-Endangering welfare of a child from the 900 block of Burnt Pine Drive, Maylene.

-Domestic incident from the 2200 block of Tahiti Lane.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Airview Lane (storage facility).

-Domestic incident from the 30 block of Knox Mobile Home Park.

-Theft of property from the 60 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were a Radio Shack Pro 528 scanner valued at $112.47 and a Radio Shack Pro 164 100 channel scanner valued at $219.99.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 400 block of Eighth Street Northwest (highway, street). Recovered was a glass pipe believed to be used to smoke marijuana.

Oct. 15

-Domestic incident from the 900 block of Highway 31 South.

-Runaway juvenile/recovered juvenile from the 1100 block of Sequoia Trail.

-Theft of property from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (commercial). Stolen were unknown DVD movies.

-Assault from the 70 block of 12th Avenue Southeast.

-Information only from Highway 17 (other, unknown). Damaged in the amount of $350 was a tombstone.

-Information only from the 600 block of 11th Avenue Northwest.

-Information only from the 100 block of Industrial Road (service, gas station).

-Abandoned vehicle/traffic hazard from Highway 31 at Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Recovered was a 1995 Mercury Tracer.

-Theft of property (deception) from the 200 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Damage to property from Thompson Road and Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $300 was a driver’s side rear quarter panel.

-Information only/attempted unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Winterhaven Cove/90 block of Winterhaven Drive.

Oct. 17

-Disorderly conduct from the 100 block of Hill Top Road.

-Assault/public intoxication from the 300 block of First Street Southwest (bar).

-Information only from Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant).

-Assault from Thompson High School (school, college).

-Criminal tampering/criminal mischief from the 300 block of Dogwood Trail (restaurant). Damaged was a Bell South/AT&T telephone service box.

Oct. 18

-Harassment/harassing communications from the 100 block of Mt. Olive Road.

-Civil dispute/harassment from the 100 block of Mt. Olive Road.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Acer Trail (commercial). Stolen was a 5-foot fiberglass post valued at $50.

-Theft of property from 9200 Highway 119 (commercial). Stolen were three Healthy Sexy Hair products valued at $11.95, $12.95 and $13.95.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Hillwood Park South (commercial). Damaged was an outside concrete wall effaced with graffiti.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Brenda Drive. Stolen were an unknown amount of coins in plastic covers and unknown amount of jewelry.

Oct. 19

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of 13th Street Southwest (other, unknown). Damaged in the amount of $50 were three lengths of chain link fence and in the amount of $10, nine to 12 chain link fence fasteners.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered were eight cellophane bags containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Sugarhill Lane.

-Domestic violence-investigation/domestic dispute from the 200 block of Weatherly Club Drive.

-Selling alcohol to minors from Side Traxx 355, First St. S.W. (bar).

-Domestic violence-investigation/domestic dispute from the 100 block of Redwood Drive, Maylene.

Oct. 20

-Found property from County Road 17 at RR crossing (highway, street). Recovered was $48 in U.S. currency and two Virginia College ID cards.

Calera

Oct. 15

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from 530 Timberline Trail. Stolen were a .38-caliber Smith and Wesson pistol valued at $200 and a small flashlight valued at $20.

Oct. 16

-Theft of property from Calera Animal Hospital (other). Listed were amounts of $60, $80, and $40 in currency.

-Harassment from 10848 Highway 25 (other). Involved hands, fists, voice, etc.

Oct. 17

-Theft of property-shoplifting from Wal-Mart Supercenter, 5100 Supercenter Drive (shopping center). Involved hands. Stolen and recovered were an Alabama jacket valued at $21.83.

-Theft of property-shoplifting from Wal-Mart Supercenter, 5100 Highway 31 (shopping center). Involved hands. Stolen and recovered was an Alabama jacket valued at $21.86.

Oct. 18

-Theft of services from 347 Donaldson Road, Columbiana.

Oct. 19

-Harassing communications from 131 Supercenter Drive (other).

-Animal complaint/incident from 150 Robin St. (involved voice.).

-Harassment from 380 Gould Road, Columbiana (other).

Oct. 20

-Robbery-business/assault-non family from Wal-Mart, 5100 Highway 31 (convenience). Involved hands and fists. Stolen were two Prilosec valued at $27.92 and 12 Gillette Fusion razors valued at $12.94.

Oct. 21

-Theft of property from 129 Waterford Highland Trail. Stolen was an iPod valued at $250.

-Burglary-non residence/theft of property from Victory Baptist Church (church). Damaged in the amount of $300 was a doorframe and repair. Stolen were $125 in unrolled pennies and three plastic water jugs valued at $5.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from undisclosed (bank). Stolen was a debit card valued at $387.97.

-Domestic violence from 737 Highway 42. Involved hands and voice.

Oct. 17

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 23000 Highway 25.

Oct. 19

-Criminal mischief from Depot Street (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $300 was a rear automobile window.

Oct. 20

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Egg and Butter Road. Stolen and recovered was a Sony CD player valued at $350. Also damaged was a faceplate for CD player in the amount of $50.

Oct. 15

-Domestic incident from Rocky Ridge Drive.

-Domestic violence from the 1300 block of Hillsboro Lane.

-Lost property report from the 800 block of King Street. Listed was a wallet with personal items.

Oct. 16

-Failure to appear-expired driver’s license from 816 Highway 52 East (government, public building).

-Theft of property from 3500 Highway 52 West, Helena Intermediate School (school, college). Stolen were an iPod valued at $150, Kodak Easy Share valued at $150, three digital cameras valued at $150 each and an MP3 Player valued at $40.

-Domestic incident from the 500 block of Fieldstone Drive.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Chadwick Drive. Damaged in the amount of $800 was a rear glass window.

-Cruelty to animals from the 1700 block of Native Dancer Drive.

-Damage to property from Morningside Drive. Damaged in the amount of $100 was a metal mailbox and wooden post.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from McDonald’s parking lot (restaurant).

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Old Cahaba Drive. Stolen was a Blackberry Curve cello phone (T Mobile) valued at $360.

-Harassing communications from the 4000 block of Old Cahaba Parkway.

-Criminal trespassing from the 1000 block of Hillsboro Lane.

-Criminal mischief (domestic incident) from the 500 block of Bentmoor Drive. Damaged in the amount of $500 was a 2005 Nissan Sentra.

-Identity theft from the 20000 block of Summerlin Road, Ft. Myers, Fla. (convenience store). Stolen were two transactions at store in Ft. Myers, Fla. valued at $249.12.

-Identity theft from Lathonia and Atlanta, Ga. (department store). Stolen were assorted transactions at stores and a package store in the Atlanta area valued at $1,163.26.

-Failure to appear-driving while revoked from the Alabaster Police Department (jail, prison).

-Failure to appear-driving while revoked from Highway 31 at Home Deport, Pelham (parking lot, garage).

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Brooke Line Lane.

-Identity theft from the 800 block of King Street. Stolen were assorted charges to a bank account valued at $125.

-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from Highway 17 at Hillsboro Lane (highway, street). Recovered were eight Oxycodone 5-milligram capsules.

Oct. 21

-Theft of property from Highway 261 and King Street (highway, street). Stolen was a funeral zone street sign with attached chain and lock valued at $100.

-For information only from the 100 block of Tennyson Drive (field, woods).

Montevallo

Oct. 14

-Theft of trademarks or trade secrets from the 3900 block of Alabama Highway 25 (convenience store). Listed as recovered, forged, counterfeited was a Ralph Lauren Polo golf shirt valued at $125.

-Forgery/theft of property from Regions Bank (bank). Stolen were three checks valued at $150 each.

Oct. 15

-Robbery from Orr Park (other, unknown). Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency, a wallet valued at $25 and a cell phone valued at $200.

-Found property from the 400 block of Selma Road. Recovered was a Huffy “Good Vibrations” bicycle valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Main Street (government, public building). Stolen was a Mongoose bicycle valued at $150.

-Burglary/theft of property from Montevallo Small Engines (specialty store). Stolen were six Stihl chainsaws.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Parkers Court. Damaged was a rear window of a Ford Explorer.

Oct. 16

-Property damage from College View Apartments (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Acura RSX in the amount of $1,500.

-Identity theft from the 1100 block of King Street. Listed was a Charter Cable bill valued at $60.

-Found property from the 600 block of Main Street (other unknown). Recovered were a wallet, Alabama temporary driver’s license, Regions Platinum check card, Blue Cross Blue Shield health card, fishing license valued at $12.

Oct. 18

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Oxford Circle.

Oct. 19

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Railroad Avenue (restaurant).

Oct. 20

-Theft of trademark or trade secrets/manufacturer’s name required on package from the 3900 block of Alabama Highway 25 (convenience store). Confiscated were 52 articles of counterfeit clothing, two pair of Nike shoes (suspected of being counterfeit), 28 hats (counterfeit), 18 counterfeit watches, 26 counterfeit pieces of jewelry and 46 counterfeit bottles of perfume.

Pelham

Oct. 13

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Legacy Park.

Oct. 14

-Switched tag from County Road 52 at County Road 35 (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama car tag valued at $25.

-Leaving the scene of an accident-unoccupied from Pelham Police and court parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $1,000 were the paint and a wheel on a 2003 Infinity G35.

-Miscellaneous information from Wal-Mart Supercenter (supermarket). Stolen was a Power Financial Credit Union Visa check card.

Oct. 15

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from Lot 52 Eagle Cove Drive. Damaged in the amount of $100 was a front doorframe. Stolen were a Frigidaire stainless steel range valued at $650 and a Frigidaire stainless steel microwave valued at $350.

-Theft of property from Lot 415 Ridgeview Trail (construction). Stolen was a Coleman Power Mate gasoline generator valued at $500.

-Found property from Pelham Parkway at Highway 68 (highway, street). Recovered were a wallet, $2 in U.S. currency and an MSCU checkbook.

-Theft of property (by deception) from Wachovia Bank, 2261 Pelham Parkway (bank). Stolen was approximately $8,500 in U.S. currency.

-Giving false information to law enforcement officer from County Road 52 at County Road 35 (highway, street).

Oct. 16

-Property damage from the 700 block of Wilderness Road (highway, street).

-Domestic violence-menacing/carrying a concealed weapon from Sunny Food 9249 Helena Road (convenience store). Recovered was a steak knife with 5-inch blade valued at $5.
