Aug. 16

-Driving under the influence-alcohol/unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 47 and Highway 42, Shelby. Recovered were .2 grams Lortab.

Aug. 20

-Death investigation from the 3000 block of buckhorn Cove, Birmingham.

-Vehicle fire from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road (highway, street). Damaged was an engine compartment.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Joe White Road, Shelby. Stolen was a vehicle valued at $1,500.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo. Stolen was a Taurus revolver valued at $170.

-Unlawful breaking entering vehicle from the 800 block of Meadow Ridge Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were an envelope of money in the amount of $140, sunglasses valued at $260, a Samsung device and business cards.

-Miscellaneous information from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver.

-Assault from the 2600 block of Highway 20, Calera.

-Burglary from Shelby. Stolen were a finish nailer valued at $220, a sawz-all valued at $140, sawz-all blade set valued at $40, circular saw valued at $60, a cordless drill valued at $60, a sawz-all with battery valued at $40 and a battery charger valued at $40.

-Burglary from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen were spray pumps valued at $624 and $1,513.

Aug. 21

-Harassing communications from Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville.

-Sodomy from Robertson Lane, Westover.

-Unclassified complaint from Shelby County High School (school, college).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Hillsdale Drive, Columbiana (highway, street). Recovered were .5 grams of marijuana in a clear plastic bag.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2200 block of Highway 31, Calera.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college). Recovered were 7.4 grams of Oxycodone, 2.1 grams of Oxycodone and .1 grams of Clonopin.

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Highway 280, Westover (parking lot, garage). Stolen were two catalytic converters valued at $700.

-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant). Stolen was an item valued at $130.

-Domestic investigation from Liberty Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from Chelsea.

-Criminal trespass from the 4000 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Birmingham.

-Firearm recovery from protection from abuse from 10th Avenue Southeast, Alabaster. Recovered were an Astra .380 valued at $150 and a magazine for the firearm valued at $20.

-Assault/theft of property from Brantleyville Court, Maylene stolen were beer valued at $15 and a small baseball bat valued at $15.

-Child in need of supervision from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton (restaurant).

Aug. 22

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Hunter Hills Circle, Chelsea (department store). Forged, counterfeited was a license valued at $20.

-Criminal mischief from Chelsea. Damaged were a doorknob lock in the amount of $200 and a metal door and wooden doorframe in the amount of $400.

-Burglary from Monte Tierra Trail, Montevallo (storage facility). Stolen were a chainsaw valued at $150 and a hedge trimmer valued at $70.

-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Landview Road, Pea Ridge (construction). Stolen were 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $3,000, scrap iron and 18 bulldozer rollers.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Cameron Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 5800 block of Loblolly Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a device valued at approximately $500 and $3 in U.S. currency.

-Death investigation-hospice from Lokey Lane, Wilsonville.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Southledge, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from unknown (other, unknown). Stolen were an engagement ring valued at $299.

-Discharged weapon from the 11000 block of Highway 41, Dunnavant (highway, street).

-Burglary/theft of property from the 7400 block of Highway 51, Sterrett (convenience store). Damaged were a window in the amount of $250 and an ice chest in the amount of $30,. Stolen were 60 Marlboro cigarette packs.

-Harassing communications from the 5100 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham.

-Violation of protection order from the 2100 block of Highway 77, Columbiana.

-Overdose from Deerwood Lake Drive, Westover (lake, waterway).

-Civil dispute from the 27000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville.

-Criminal trespass from the 4700 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Fire investigation from Old 280, Chelsea. Damaged was a house (total loss).

-Possible overdose from Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (restaurant).

Aug. 24

-Theft of property from the 49000 block of Highway 25, Sterrett (service, gas station). Stolen were $30 in U.S. currency, two Medicaid cards, a driver’s license, Visa card and Social Security card.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Katy Circle, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Heatgherbrook Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $500 was a 2004 Kawasaki motorcycle.

-Domestic investigation from the 6000 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4800 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 1500 block of Oak Park Drive, Helena. Stolen were a device valued at $293, an iPod valued at $250 and a garage door opener valued at $300.

-Domestic violence (assault)/menacing from the 100 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Rosewood Drive, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were 30, 20-milligram Adderall pills valued at $13.50.

-Criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Oak Park Drive, Helena. Damaged in the amount of $1,000 was a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible roof.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 400 block of Highway 270, Maylene. Involved a 1990 Jeep Cherokee.

-Property damage-injured dog/letting dog roam at large from the 2500 block of Highway 17, Montevallo.

-Damage to property from the 1400 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $300 was a windshield on a 1999 Toyota.

-Domestic investigation from the 3800 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville.

Aug. 25

-Recovered property from Patton Creek Shopping Mall, Hoover (restaurant). Recovered was a check card/debit Visa.

-Identity theft from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (bank).

-Identity theft from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (bank).

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Stolen was money for a vehicle through E-Bay in the amount of $4,998.

-Burglary from the 300 block of Otis Farm Road, Montevallo. Stolen were a Smith and Wesson firearm valued at $350, five paintball guns valued at $1,000 and Keebler chocolate cookies valued at $4.97. Damaged in the amount of $100 was a back door glass.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. Stolen was a Kodak digital camera valued at $175, a men’s ring valued at $608, a Citizen Skyhawk watch valued at $363, Sprint phone valued at $350 and a Motorola item valued at $400.

-Animal cruelty from the 800 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham.

-Found property from between Highway 97 and County Landfill on Highway 70, Columbiana (highway, street). Recovered were various cards and personal papers.

-Runaway juvenile from the 4000 block of County 47, Shelby (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville. Stolen was a $10-bill.

-Domestic investigation/trespass warning from the 3300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Lydias Lane, Wilsonville.

-Drug overdose from Madison Apartments.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 300 block of Highway 446, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 300 block of Bent Pine Drive, Helena (residence, home, restaurant).

-Found property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Recovered was ladies’ wallet and $7 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from Thorn Berry Drive, Birmingham. Damaged were a lamp post/mailbox post in the amount of $250 and a mailbox in the amount of $30.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Eagle Nest Circle, Birmingham.
