-Criminal possession forged instrument from the 630 block of North Colonial Promenade (department store). Forged, counterfeited were nine checks totaling $7, 757.57.

-Damage to property from Ross North Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $20 was a Honda CR-V.

-Theft of property from 630 North Colonial Promenade (commercial). Stolen were miscellaneous items from Wal-Mart valued at $75.03.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Meadowlark Place (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $65 were a mailbox and wooden post.

-Theft of property-yards/criminal trespass from Earth Works Landscaping, 1385 Highway 87 (other commercial). Listed was an 8-foot utility trailer.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property -vehicle from 128 Ridgecrest Road. Stolen were a wallet valued at $40 and a pack of cigarettes valued at $4. Also listed were a driver’s license, Compass Bank debit cards, Capital One Master Card and a Chevron gas card. Involved hands, fists, voice, etc.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property-vehicle from 92 Bonneville Drive. Stolen were Magellan Road Mate 1200 valued at $200 and a binder of compact discs valued at $300.

-Criminal trespass/theft of property-public building from Metro Mini-Storage, 4980 Highway 31 (other commercial). Stolen were a 27-inch JVC television valued at $300, a garnet tennis bracelet valued at $175 and a padlock valued at $12.

Sept. 14

-Forgery-other objects/counterfeiting: passing or circulating paper from The Store BP, 5133 Highway 31 (convenience). Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency. Recovered was a counterfeit American Express cheque.

-Domestic violence from 8010 Highway 31, parking lot. Involved hands, fists, voice, etc.

-Harassment from Holiday Auto Sales, 8010 Highway 31 (other, commercial).

-Assault-non-family from 8010 Highway 31 (parking lot). Involved a motor vehicle.

-Criminal mischief from 415 Hawthorn Drive. Damages of $40 included clean up of colored shoe polish.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from 1355 Ninth Avenue. Involved a 2000 Toyota Sienna.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property-vehicle from 147 Bonneville Drive. Stolen was a Coosa Valley championship ring valued at $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from 9350 Highway 31. Stolen were four Glock magazines valued at $20, a box of lithium batteries valued at $50, $2,280 in U.S. currency and three Wilson magazines valued at $35.

-Criminal trespass from 529 Waterford Lake Circle.

Sept. 15

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property-vehicle from Cahaba Maintenance, 97 Crane Lane (parking lot). Stolen was 175 feet of copper lead valued at $551.25. Involved hands, firsts, voice, etc.

-Burglary-residence/theft of property residence from 1910 18th St. Stolen were a video camera valued at $200 and an Emerson VCR valued at $100.

-Unlawful braking and entering vehicle from 140 Bonneville Drive. Listed were a checkbook and two CDs.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property-vehicle from Birmingham Beverage from 10605 Highway 31 (convenience). Stolen were a Blackberry cell phone valued at $250 and a Nextel cell phone valued at $90. Involved hands.

Sept. 16

-Burglary-residence/theft of property-residence from 50 Highway 4. Stolen was $2,900 in cash.

-Counterfeiting: passing or circulating paper from Calera U Store, 7850 Highway 31 (other commercial). Listed was a $10-bill.

-Domestic violence from 10 Depot Drive. Involved voice, fists and PVC pipe.

Sept. 9

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of South Main Street (commercial). Damaged were aluminum siding (dented) on the front of building and a window glass (broken) in the window on the south side of the front door.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Overland Road. Stolen were two Nikon 35 mm cameras valued at $450.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of County Road 219 South. Stolen were a 1990 GMC Safari valued at $2,000, an electric air compressor valued at $500, air wrenches valued at $600, an impact kit valued at $79 and a floor jack valued at $90.

-Domestic violence/menacing from the 10 block of County Road 223.

-Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance from the 300 block of Highway 10 (service, gas station). Recovered were a silver spoon with white powder substance, coffee filters, pack of Energizer AA batteries, a plastic zip lock bag containing an unknown white powdery substance and a white lubricant eye droop containing an unknown liquid.

-Theft of property from the area of Spring Creek Road and County Road 24 near Highway 119 (highway, street). Stolen was a political sign valued at $40.

Sept. 13

-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Overland Road. Stolen was a laptop computer valued at $1,200, a gold ring with 5-carat diamond valued at $1,000, a gold bracelet with garnet stone valued at $400, a pearl necklace valued at $1,600, a gold ring with diamond studded band valued at $400 and a Wachovia checkbook.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Mi Pueblo (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Panasonic CD/AM/FM stereo valued at $250 and damaged in the amount of $300 was a front passenger window of a 1994 Toyota 4-Runner.

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Pelham Parkway at Wal-Mart (highway, street).

Sept. 8

-Theft of property from Legacy Auto Sales, 2900 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen and recovered was a 1998 Chevrolet Camaro valued at $5,528.

-Miscellaneous information from the store 24 in Dorchester Mass. (service, gas station) Listed was an APCO Employee Credit Union item (forged/counterfeited)

-Theft of property/fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 8000 block of Helena Road (commercial). Listed as forged, counterfeited was a Visa gift card and stolen were five Visa gift cards valued at $100, $25, $100, $100 and $100.

-Leaving the scene of an accident-occupied from Old Montgomery Highway (highway, street. Damaged in the amount of $500 was a rear bumper for $2005 Toyota Camry.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Chase Drive.

-Identity theft from an unknown location in Jemison.

Sept. 9

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/possession of drug paraphernalia from Pacific Pride, 2601 Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Recovered were a crushed Adderall capsule valued at $1, a straw containing Adderall residue valued at $1 and 12 capsules marked Addreall in a prescription pill container.

-Theft of property from Wal-Mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $56.

-Miscellaneous information from 2692 Pelham Parkway (specialty store).

-Foreign felony arrest from the examiner’s office, County Services Building (government, public building).

-Theft of property from parking lot of the 900 Building of Huntley Apartments. Stolen was a 2002 Nissan Maxima.

-Property damage-non criminal from the 500 block of Canyon Park Drive. Damaged was a concrete driveway.

-Obstructing justice using false identity from 3174 Church St. (jail, prison).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Forged, counterfeited was an L & N Credit Union debit card.

-Theft of property from Kangaroo, 715 Cahaba Valley road (service, gas station). Stolen was a utility trailer valued at $2,000 and Alabama vehicle license valued at $25.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Royal Place. Stolen was a weed eater with attachments.
