Incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office from Sept. 9-14.

Sept. 9

-Harassment from the 800 block of Highway 89, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville. Stolen was a Social Security card.

Sept. 10

-Miscellaneous information from Goldenlocks Lane, Maylene. Listed was a wallet with I.D. and miscellaneous items.

-Property found from the 300 block of McDow Road (government, public building). Recovered were 2.5grams of crack cocaine and 6 grams Extasy tablets.

-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville. Stolen was a driver’s license valued at $18.

-Property damage from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea. Damaged in the amount of $500 was a concrete trash container.

-Damaged property from Highway 280 near Highland Lakes (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Pontiac.

-Property damage from Highway 119 at Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (highway, street). Listed were a right front headlight and a left front bumper.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of Wingfield Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a MacBook Pro with 15-inch screen valued at $400.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a driver’s license, leather wallet valued at $20 and $9 in cash.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 4000 block of Kinross Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was an Apple iPod valued at $250.

-Burglary from the 4900 block of Windwood Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was an unknown amount of jewelry and damaged was back glass French door.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Buttermilk Road, Montevallo. Recovered were 3 grams of marijuana seeds, three pipes with marijuana residue, a wire with marijuana residue, makeup mirror with residue and popsicle stick with residue.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 1000 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville.

-Runaway juvenile from the 100 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

-Community notification violation from the 12000 block of Highway 41, Leeds.

-Miscellaneous information from the 8000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of El Camino Real, Chelsea. Stolen were two brown handmade violins valued at $3,000, two red handmade violins valued at $4,000, a three quarter size brown violin valued at $500, a refurbished brown violin valued at $500 and a Yamaha electric keyboard with keynotes handwritten on each key valued at $1,000.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 8200 block of Highway 10, Pea Ridge (church. Damaged were a windowpane in the amount of $100 and a rug in the amount of $100.

-Miscellaneous information from County Road 9, Wilsonville.

Sept. 11

-Property damage from Highway 280 West at County Road 47 (highway, street). Damaged was a rear bumper on a 2005 Crown Victoria.

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Eagle Crest Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 5000 block of Longleaf Lane, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 5600 block of Kirkwell Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of County Road 400, Shelby. Listed as confiscated/seized was a 1997 Mitsubishi.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Dana Drive, Montevallo. Stolen was a check valued at $156.

-Miscellaneous information from Blacksmith lane, Wilsonville.

-Identity theft from the 700 block of Narrows Point Circle, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the 2300 block of Wood Land Circle, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from Walthall Swamp Road, Harpersville. Recovered were various medications.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Weeping Circle, Westover. Stolen was an American Standard heating and air conditioning unit valued at $2,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Greystone Park Shopping Center, Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen was $500 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 600 block of Shelby Forest Tr., Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot garage). Stolen were a 1994 Chevrolet pickup valued at $6,000 and $400 in cash.

-Death investigation from the 200 Building of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Damaged/destroyed were various medications.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Highway 219, Montevallo. Stolen were a central heating and air conditioning unit valued at $2,500 and steel stairs.

-Domestic violence (assault)/public intoxication from the 2000 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Death investigation from the 2600 block of Valleydale road, Birmingham. Listed as damaged/destroyed were various medications.

-Domestic investigation from Hobbs Circle, Wilsonville.

-Forgery from the 6500 block of Old 280, Sterrett.

Sept. 12

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $48.85.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of County Road 223, Montevallo.

-Civil dispute from Montevallo (government, public building).

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Crest Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was 40 feet of Number Two copper valued at $60.

-Civil dispute from the 700 block of Hidden Ridge, Chelsea. Stolen were a La-Z-Boy recliner valued at $1,500, a Daisy bb gun valued at $40 and two neck roll throw pillows valued at $20.

-Harassing communications from the 800 block of county Road 69, Chelsea.

-Assault from the 2200 block of County Road 61, Columbiana.

-Counterfeiting from Wendy’s, Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Listed as forged/counterfeited was a $10-bill.

-Civil dispute from the 300 block of Highland View Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from Monte Bello Lane, Montevallo. Damaged were two Bridgestone tires in the amount of $500 and body damage to a vehicle in the amount of $1,000.

-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of Eagle Crest Court, Birmingham.

-Trafficking stolen identities from the 6500 block of Highway 280 East, Harpersville (highway, street). Confiscated/seized were seven Social Security cards and a permanent resident card.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 2000 block of Eagle Crest Court, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of a credit card from the 3000 block of Memory Brook Circle, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 400 block of Highway 17, Montevallo. Damaged were a wooden screen door in the amount of $60 and a metal door and bolt locks in the amount of $200. Listed as stolen were two pit bulls valued at $500.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 6300 block of Sioux Drive, Birmingham.

Sept. 13

-Harassing communications from the 4000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonvi8lle.

-Miscellaneous information from the 15000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Chickering Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were two gallons of regular automotive fuel valued at $7.20.

-Domestic investigation from the 2500 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Animal cruelty from the 300 block of Alexander Road, Leeds.

-Domestic investigation from the 3600 block of County Road 49.

-Civil dispute from the 2000 block of Eagle Creek Circle, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from Cahaba Beach Road (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 1600 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a convertible fabric top for a BMW valued at $1,500 and a driver’s side window in the amount of $400,

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a bumper for a 2004 Mercedes E 500W.

-Harassment (domestic violence) from the 2000 block of Eagle Creek Circle, Birmingham (hotel, motel).

-Theft of property/criminal littering from the 2100 block of County Road 46, Shelby (government, public building). Stolen was a metal pipe valued at $1,300.

Sept. 14

-Assault from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Felony leaving the scene-outside agency assist from Highway 280 at Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 100 block of Aaronvale Circle, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged were a left rear taillight assembly and a left rear fender and trunk area in the amount of $400.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1400 block of Highway 7 Wilsonville.

-Domestic incident from the 5700 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville.

-Safekeeping of property-firearm from Highway 280 at Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Ruger p97 automatidc pistol.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Whitfield Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Townes Court, Birmingham.

-Violation of protection order from Spider Lily Lane, Maylene.

-Burglary/assault from the 1000 block of Townes Court, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Waxahatchee Road, Shelby.

-Theft of property from Green Lane, Shelby. Stolen was a 1997 Ford Taurus LX.

-Civil dispute from the 2200 block of Highway 31.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Chestnut Lane, Helena.
