-Attempting to commit trafficking in illegal drugs/unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 8000 block of U.S. Highway 31, Calera (drug store). Listed were 60, 80-milligram Oxycontin pills, 60, 350-milligram Carisoprodols pills and forged, counterfeited was a prescription for 60, 80-milligram Oxycontin pills and 60, 350-milligram Soma or Carisoprodols pills.

-Commit trafficking in illegal drugs (two counts)/unlawful possession of controlled substance (two counts) from the 8000 block of U.S. Highway 31, Calera/700 block of Maple Street, Montevallo (drug store), listed were 120, 80-milligram Oxycontin pills and 120, 350-milligram Carisoprodols pills and forged, counterfeited were two prescriptions for 60, 80-milligram Oxycontin pills, 60, 350-milligram Soma or Carisoprodols pills, 60, 80 milligram Oxycontin pills and 60, 350-milligram Soma or Carisoprodols pills.
