-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were four DVD movies valued at $30, shaving razors valued at $11.44, two DVD movies valued at $10 and two batteries valued at $12.

-Burglary/theft from the 3400 block of County Road 16. Stolen were a Super Bee trailer valued at $1,100, a JVC radio valued at $100, Advant speakers valued at $100 and two compressors valued at $600.

-Obstructing justice using a false identity from the 9000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Burglary from the 8100 block of U.S. Highway 31 (convenience store). Damaged was a glass door.

-Burglary/theft from 1014 14th St. (commercial). Stolen was a cash register valued at $500. Damaged was glass door (shattered) in the amount of $400.

-Burglary/theft from 1361 10th Avenue, Suite A (commercial). Stolen was cash from a cash register in the amount of $108.

-Burglary/theft from 1361 10th Avenue, Suite G (commercial). Stolen were an HP laptop valued at $1,200, cash in the amount of $520, a camera valued at $400 and two hoop necklaces (silver) valued at $20.

-Driving under the influence (controlled substance)/unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 42 at Highway 25 (highway, street). Listed were two pipes common used to smoke marijuana, one cut straw commonly used to snort illegal narcotics, a small plastic bag containing a white powder substance (methamphetamines) Amphetamines/meth 2 grams and a Ford Explorer.
