-Theft of property from the 11000 block of Highway 119 (other, unknown). Stolen were a Phillips 32-inch LCD television valued at $747.18 and a Toshiba laptop computer valued at $1,234.68.
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument/theft of property from the 1500 block of Windsor Court. Stolen was a Moneygram money order valued at $445.
-For information only from the 100 block of Eagle Rock Drive.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of prescription medication from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized were marijuana in a clear plastic wrap (weighing .4 grams) valued at $5, five white and yellow pills (Celebrex 200-milligram capsules), three green leaves that are packaged in clear wrap to appear to be marijuana and two clear bags containing unidentified white substance closed by a tied knot.
-Property damage from the U.S. Post Office, 10011 Highway 17, Maylene (government, public building. Damaged were a front window, door and brick wall.
-Criminal use of noxious substance from the 200 block of Wildflower Trail.
April 7
-Animal complaint from Cedar Meadows Drive (restaurant).
-Domestic violence/harassment/domestic violence investigation from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road.
-Information only from County Road 95 at Third Avenue Northwest (highway, street).
-Damage to property/city of Alabaster equipment from Smokey Road (highway, street). Damaged was a patrolman badge.
-Death investigation from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from 1053 Independence court. Damaged was a mailbox and post in the amount of $50.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/possession of drug paraphernalia from Goldwire (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were an empty cigarette pack containing one crack rock weighing 3 grams and one large metal crack pipe.

April 7
-Theft (motor vehicle)/breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 800 block of Daventry Lane. Stolen was a Nissan hatchback.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Summerchase Parkway (highway, street).
-Harassing communications from the 160 block of Apricot Drive.
April 8
-Theft/criminal mischief from 800 10th St. (other, unknown). Stolen was a cast aluminum stand valued at $700. Damaged was a chain link fence in the amount of $1,000.
-Theft from 11028 Alabama Highway 25 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was Wild Irish Rose red wine valued at $2.36.

-Possession of marijuana from 100 Calera Eagle Drive (school, college). Listed was a small plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana 1 gram.
-Theft/criminal trespass from Cates Drive (construction). Stolen was a Yellow Cat tracked excavator valued at $250,000.
-Theft from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen was $660 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1600 block of Middle Street. Stolen were a Dell desktop computer valued at $1,200, cable modem valued at $80, Privia PX 575 keyboard valued at $800, lamp valued at $5 and computer speakers valued at $100.
-Possession of controlled substances/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Wilson Drive. Confiscated seized were two cellophane bags containing marijuana, four marijuana smoking pipes, one marijuana scale and 12.5 various pills.

Listed were 160 80-milligram Oxycontin pills, 160 350-milligram Carisoprodols pills, two prescriptions for 350-milligram Soma or Carisoprodols pills and 60, 80-milligram Oxycontin pills.

March 21
-Onging case: Leaving the scene of an accident-occupied/driving under the influence of alcohol from Industrial Park Drive (highway, street). Damaged was as 1997 Toyota Camry in the amount of $8,000.
April 6
-Theft of property from Susan Schein Dodge Chrysler, 3311 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2008 Chevrolet Impala valued at $13,900.
April 7
-Theft of property from unknown in the Pelham area. Stolen were two checks.
-Harassing communications from telephone of business on Valleydale Road (bank).
-Theft of property from Wal-Mart (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was $60 in U.S. currency (three $20-bills).
-Theft of property from ABC Store No. 146 (liquor store). Stolen was a bottle of Don Cossack Vodka valued at $7.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the parking lot of Burger King, Cahaba Valley Road. Confiscated, seized was a bag of marijuana, approximately 15 grams, valued at $25. Suffix 00.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance (Lorcet)/carrying concealed pistol without license from the parking lot of Burger King, Cahaba Valley Road. Confiscated, seized were a .22-caliber revolver valued at $50 and three Lorcet tablets valued at $10.Suffix 01.

April 9
-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 700 block of Cahaba Manor Trail. Recovered were a FedEx welcome packet, envelope tracking, two Provident State Bank checks and an American Express credit card transaction report.

-Switched tag from Pelham Parkway at Southgate Estates (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama license plate valued at $25.
-Certain person forbidden to possess pistol from Oak Mountain Lodge parking lot. Confiscated, seized was a Taurus .38 special and six bullets valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Overhill Lane. Stolen were $70 in U.S. currency, a gold ring with diamond valued at $800, a “Snap On” jacket valued at $300, three Social Security cards and a wallet valued at $38.

-Giving false name to law enforcement from 340 Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street).

-Death investigation from the 900 block of Haddington Dale.
April 13

-Switched tag from Commerce Parkway at Purple Onion (parking lot, garage). Recovered was an Alabama license plate valued at $35.
-Criminal mischief from MacAllan Drive. Damaged in the amount of $500 was a left rear glass for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
