-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of credit card or debit card from the 100 block of South Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen and recovered were a Sony PlayStation 3 valued at $499,99, a Toshiba satellite laptop computer valued at $749.99, an Xbox 360 Elite valued at $399.99, an Xbox controlled valued at $49.99, an Xbox wireless headset valued at $59.99 and a Samsung Series 4 television valued at $387.99.

April 9

-Domestic incident from the 2000 block of Windsor Court.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic violence/reckless endangerment from First Street North (restaurant). Damaged in the amount of $1,500 was a Lincoln Town Car.

-Theft of property/attempt from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Recovered were a CD-R in store recording, Western Digital exter4nal hard drive valued at $150, a Toshiba batter pack valued at $125, Sony battery pack valued at $125, Phillips portable DVD screen valued at $20 and four power cords valued at $30. Damaged was a commercial display in the amount of $100.

-Domestic incident from the 60 block of Maylene Drive, Maylene.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Airpark Industrial Drive (commercial). Damaged was an exterior window law in the amount of $10, an interior window lock in the amount of $10 and a glass window in the amount of $250.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Buck Creek Circle. Damaged was grass.

-Criminal mischief/domestic incident from the 100 block of Mt. Olive Road (highway, street). Damaged was a passenger side rear quarter panel on a 2005 Nissan Altima.

-Harassment/harassing communications from the 100 block of Oak Street, Maylene.

April 11

-Damage to property from County Road 68 (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $250 was a metal street sign.

-Reckless endangerment from Windsor Court (highway, street).

-Public lewdness from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Apartments parking lot.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of North Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $200 was a 2004 Saturn VUE.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings (restaurant). Stolen were a purse valued at $50, two credit/check cards, a checkbook, driver’s license, Social Security card and cell phone.

-Damage to property from Wal-Mart parking lot. Damaged was a driver’s side rear bumper on a 2006 Pontiac G6.

-Forgery/negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from the 10000 block of Highway 119 South (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a check valued at $2,980.

-Lost property from the city of Alabaster at large (other, unknown). Listed was a Mexican identification card.

-Identity theft from the 500 block of Highway 119 south (convenience store). Listed were a bank debit card and purchases made from debit card in the amount of $417.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized were two clear bags of marijuana weighing approximately 3.5 grams valued at $20.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Maple Drive. Stolen were an Xbox with accessories valued at $200, a Sony home stereo valued at $300, case full of CDs valued at $600, set of Taylor Made golf clubs valued at $1,100, a Burner driving club valued at $250, two Calloway driving clubs valued at $250 and a 17-inch television flat screen valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Independence Drive. Stolen was prescription medication.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic incident from Highway 31 at City Hall (highway, street).

-Forgery from the 250 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Forged, counterfeited were forged checks in the amount of $322.76 and $300.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Nissan Maxima.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Chandler Drive. Stolen were two envelopes containing four checks.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the parking lot of Woodbrook Apartments. Confiscated, seized were 1 gram of marijuana and less than 1 gram of marijuana.

-Recovery of lost property from the Alabaster Police Department (other, unknown). Recovered were $181 in U.S. currency, three Wachovia credit cards, two MasterCards, one wallet with various non-negotiable contents.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 1300 block of Seventh Street Southwest (school, college). Damaged was a rear bumper.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a Bosch 12-volt Max Combo tool kit valued at $179.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Amberly Woods Trail. Stolen were a Sony Cybershot camera valued at $180 and a memory stick duo adapter card valued at $25.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1400 block of Caribbean Circle. Recovered were a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and one socket believed to be used to smoke marijuana.

-Theft from the 300 block of Crisfield Circle. Stolen was a 5 foot by 10 foot utility trailer valued at $600.

-Theft of property from the 3100 block of Lee Street (parking lot, garage). Stolen was approximately $15 in quarters.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from undisclosed (parking lot, garage). Recovered were 1 3/4-poounds of suspected marijuana valued at $1,700, a glass smoking pipe with suspected marijuana residue valued at $15 and $905 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Criminal mischief from the 2500 block of Royal Way. Damaged were a front bumper on a Mercedes in the amount of $2,000 and the passenger side of a vehicle in the amount of $600.

-Unlawful possession of control substance from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a plastic bag containing four green pills scored OC on one side and 80 on the other valued at $300 and a plastic bag containing 10 red pills scored OC on one side and 60 on the other valued at $600.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Hayesbury Court. Recovered were one orange, glass bowl pipe with green leafy substance in the bowl valued at $20 and 4 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $10.

-Property damage from the 700 block of Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Damaged was pump 11 at rear of Kangaroo Express.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of County Road 361. Stolen were 32, 40-milligram Oxycontin pills.

-Suspicious behavior (failure to identity)/resisting arrest from Raceway parking lot on Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage).

-Ordinance violation-abandon vehicle from Pelham Chevron, 2500 Highway 52 (convenience store). Abandoned was a 1993 Ford Escort.

-Property damage/vehicle from Interstate 65/Pelham city limits (highway, street). Damaged was a rear bumper on a 2004 Honda Accord in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from 981 Dow St. (commercial). Stolen was a vehicle wheel straightener valued at $3,000.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Chandafern Drive. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance -marijuana/unlawful possession of marijuana from the parking lot of Veriazon Wireless Music Center. Confiscated, seized were a piece of plastic containing approximately 2 grams of marijuana valued at $30 and an unlabeled prescription bottle containing approximately 2 grams of marijuana valued at $30.
