-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Cohill Drive (highway, street). Recovered were .5 grams, a white cellophane bag containing cocaine.

-Found property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Regions debit card.

-Harassment from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Information from Stoney Trail.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (department store). Stolen were one Fruit of the Loom T-shirt two-pack valued at $6 and one Gildan socks valued at $5.

-Theft of property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $124.83.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were items valued at $774. Damaged was an iPod charger in the amount of $30.

-Child in need of supervision from the 7800 block of Highway 17.

Nov. 16

-Robbery from the 50 block of Bare Tree Drive. Stolen was $4,000 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic violence/harassment from 908 Burnt Pine Drive, Maylene (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 9200 block of Highway 119, Suite 1200 (supermarket). Stolen was a cheesecake valued at $4.99. Stolen and recovered were items valued at $56.93.

-Information only from Bed, Bath and Beyond (specialty store).

-Harassment from undisclosed.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 700 block of Highway 17, Maylene. Stolen was an electronic device valued at $1,500. Damaged was a front door in the amount of $350.

-Theft of property from the 60 block of Mission Hills park (commercial). Stolen as scrap metal (approximately 1,360 pounds) valued at $136.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of First Street North (commercial). Stolen was a Pearl abrasive 14-inch masonry saw valued at $1,500.

-Property damage from the 500 block of Fifth Avenue Southwest. Damaged was a mobile home roof.

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen wee a wallet valued at $20, a driver’s license, bankcard and $20 cash.

-Animal complaint from 10th Street Southwest at Old Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Allen Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a front bumper in the amount of $550.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Allen Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 200 block of Grand View Circle, Maylene.

-Theft of property from 400 Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was $320 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered was a George black jacket valued at $40.

-Operating without a business license/disorderly conduct from the 700 block of Old Towne Circle.

-Theft by fraudulent leasing or rental of property from the 11000 block of Highway 119 (department store). Stolen were a Toshiba 47-inch HD, LCD television valued at $847 and a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator valued at $870.

Nov. 20

-Leaving the scene of an accident/damage to property from Wal-Mart from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket). Damaged was a 2006 Ford Expedition in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Douglas Drive (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was 4.8 grams, clear plastic Baggie containing marijuana.

-Noise complaint from the 700 block of Treymoor Lake Circle.

-Criminal mischief/damage to property from the 900 block of Navajo Trail. Damaged was an antique mirror (approximately 100 years old) in the amount of $400.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were 11, 30 milligram Adderall (4.1 grams).

Nov. 18

-Identity theft from the 400 block of Oakwell Cove (bank). Stolen was a Regions bank card valued at $3,000.

-Criminal mischief from 8454 U.S. Highway 31 (school, college). Damaged was a Shelby County School Bus in the amount of $1.

-Theft/burglary from the 3000 block of County Road 20. Stolen were items valued at $2,048. Damaged was a garage door in the amount of $400.

-Receiving stolen property from 10848 Highway 25 (other, unknown). Recovered was a Craftsman electric generator valued at $1,200.

-Criminal mischief from the 2100 block of Village Lane. Damaged was a 2004 Nissan Frontier.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Alabama Highway 25 at County Road 89 (highway, street). Listed was a green bag containing a unknown powder substance.

-Receiving stolen property/obstructing justice using a false identity from Interstate 65/234 mile marker (Highway, street).( Suffix B) Recovered was a Taurus .25-aliber automatic firearm, a .28-caliber Special firearm and a Browning Arms .22-caliber firearm.

-Theft/breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an iPod valued at $350.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from 132 Highway 87 (convenience store). Stolen were 6.987 gallons of gasoline valued at $17.46.

-Burglary from the 900 block of County Road 89. Damaged was a door glass.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from 10605 U.S. Highway 31 (service, gas station). Stolen was gasoline valued at $54.

-Theft from the 100 block of Union Station Drive. Stolen were 50 roofing shingles valued at $750.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from 121 Supercenter Drive (supermarket). Stolen were 20 Nabumetone 750 milligram valued at $285.40, 15 Hydrocodone 7.5 milligram valued at $54.90 and 30 Methocarbamal valued at 202.20.

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Main Street (other, unknown). Stolen checks cashed and used from a Regions account in the amount of $14,025.40.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Scott’s Village parking lot. Confiscated, seized were 26 clear plastic bags of marijuana, a digital scale and $700 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 3000 block of Highway 25 (supermarket). Forged, counterfeited was a Regions check in the amount of $24.31.

-Property damage from the 4500 block of Highway 25 (convenience store). Damaged was the coupling and sleeve for a large diameter fuel hose in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful break and enter motor vehicle/theft of property from Lucky’s Foodland or Piggly Wiggly or Texaco (parking lot, garage). Stolen was $850, four Social Security cards, make-up valued at $30, 16 Amoxicillin, 46 Tessalon pearls and 69 Xanax 2-milligram.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/outside agency assist (law enforcement) from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 241 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were nine used hypodermic needles valued at $5, a metal spoon valued at $1, an empty pill bottle with a powder residue and two “balls” valued at $5.

-Theft of property from Wal-Mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen and recovered were assorted clothing valued $213.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Racquet Club Parkway at Highway 52 East (highway, street). Recovered was a clear Baggie containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $20.

-Theft of property - by deception from the 600 block of Stuart lane (other, unknown). Stolen was $5,000 in U.S. currency.

Nov. 20

-Cruelty to animals from Shine Drive (highway, street).

-Property damage from cul-de-sac of Amanda Place (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Hyundai Elantra.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Wal-Mart Supercenter (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were a prescription bottle containing suspected marijuana -approximately 10 grams valued at $25 and a rolled marijuana cigarette - less than 1 gram valued at $10.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Windsor Lane. Stolen was a semi-automatic stainless Beretta firearm valued at $800.

-Theft of property from McDuff’s Pub, 201 Canyon Park Drive (bar). Stolen was a 1992 Mazda B2200 pickup valued at $6,000.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Huntley Parkway (supermarket). Listed was a 7.61-pound whole tenderloin valued at $91.

Nov. 22

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/public intoxication from Sommersby Circle. Confiscated, seized were a plastic bag containing approximately 5 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $25 and a wooden box containing a pipe and a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $10.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Recovered were 15 movie DVDs valued at $312.

-Death investigation-hospice from 544 Crosscreek Trail. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/ICE Detainer from Pelham Parkway at Mi Pueblo grocery store (highway, street). Recovered were four white oblong pills scored M358 suspected Hydrocodone valued at $60, a white oblong pill scored M360 suspected Hydrocodone valued at $15, a beaded gang necklace valued at $20, a cloth gang belt valued at $10 and a Lexar digital video card valued at $10.
