Incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office from Nov. 13-22.

Nov. 13

-Destruction of state property from the 300 block of McDow Road (jail, prison).

Nov. 17

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Highway 483, Vincent. Stolen were Sears items including a refrigerator valued at $800, a stove valued at $500 and a washer valued at $250. Also stolen were an air conditioning unit valued at $200, tools and two bicycles valued at $800.

-Unlawful imprisonment from the 9400 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.

Nov. 18

-Property damage from U.S. 280 at Leaf Drive east bound, Harpersville (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Toyota Camry.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1997 BMW.

-Missing person (juvenile) from the 5200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college, residence, home).

-Harassment from the 2000 block of Highway 31, Calera.

-Violation of protection order from Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby. Stolen were a Roper top load washing machine and a Roper front load dryer valued at $150 each.

-Theft of property/shoplifting from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were two bottles of wine valued at $7, gum valued at $1 and balloons valued at $2.

-Property damage from McDow Road, Columbiana (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $250.

-Law enforcement assist from the 100 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett.

-Death investigation from the 700 block of Paradise Point Drive, Columbiana. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Domestic investigation from the 5100 block of Chesapeake West, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 10600 block of County Road 55, Westover.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4500 block of Heritage view Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Forest Meadows Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was gold jewelry valued at $1,645.

-Theft of property from Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a money gram valued at $802.

-Burglary from Dusty Way, Harpersville. Stolen were 100 quarters, seven $100 bills and a Crown Royal bag to hold quarters.

-Harassing communications from Auburn Road, Indian Springs (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from Sutton Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information (animal attack) from the 1100 block of County Road 41, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Sheffield Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 1400 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

Nov. 19

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were a Wii 2GB card valued at $9.96 and a 8GB USB flash drive valued at $19.88.

-Property damage from the 3100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a fiberglass light pole and an AT&T junction box.

-Miscellaneous from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.

-Property damage from Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Toyota Camry in the amount of $1,500.

-Theft of property from the 24000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana. Stolen was an air conditioner valued at $100.

-Harassing communications from the 1100 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham. Listed was a Visa credit card.

-Domestic investigation from the 2400 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 500 block of Old Millhouse Lane, Wilsonville.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 3400 block of Highway 13, Helena. Stolen was a debit card valued at $478.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 7800 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (commercial). Stolen was an estimated $75,000 in cash.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 500 block of Salser Lane (storage facility). Stolen a Homelite Ranger chainsaw valued at $139 and a Port-A-Cable circular saw valued at $130.

-Burglary from the 4000 block of Highway 30, Wilsonville. Stolen were tools valued at $1,400.

-Miscellaneous information from Forest Road, Vandiver.

Nov. 20

-Domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of South Hill Drive, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 800 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Salser Lane, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 2600 block of Brook Highland and Highway 280 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was paint and dented was a right rear quarter panel on a 2007 Ford Explorer in the amount of $500.

-Harassment from the 5200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 11000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (other, unknown).

-Theft of property (shoplifting) from the 2400 block of Highway 25, Wilton (service, gas station). Stolen were 13 candy bard valued at $21.22.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen were 57 pair of socks valued at $40 and five South Pole pair of boots valued at $$150.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280/Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). (Suffix 02). Damaged was a 2004 Acura.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Narrows Creek Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from the 500 block of Ozley Road, Saginaw.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Apartments, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 1998 GMC Jimmy.

-Burglary from the 51000 block of Highway 25, Leeds. Stolen were two totes full of items, clothing valued at $30, a Piggy Bank item valued at $60, yarn valued at $3 and cross stitch items valued at $250.

-Burglary from the 300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were two jackets valued at $50, three pair of shoes valued at $200 and a blue belt valued at $15.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Linwood Road, Sterrett. Listed were electronic items valued at $5,849.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 400 block of Whisenhunht Road, Chelsea. Damaged was a center console and radio in the amount of $300. Stolen were items valued at $1,525.

Nov. 21

-Menacing from the 200 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville.

-Civil dispute from the 600 block of Meadow Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Camelia Lane, Maylene.

-Harassing communications from the 2600 block of Highway 37, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from Sandy Wood Circle, Sterrett.

-Leaving the scene of an accident/property damage from the 3500 block of County Road 331, Columbiana (other, unknown). Damaged was plastic, synthetic fencing, including concrete posting in the amount of $200.

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton.

-Burglary from the 3400 block of County Road 26, Columbiana. Damaged was an aluminum entrance door to a mobile home in the amount of $50.

-Child abuse from the 3400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. (Suffix 02).

-Child abuse from the 3400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. (Suffix 01).

-Theft of property/civil dispute from the 100 block of Solomon Drive, Wilsonville. Stolen were a washing machine and dryer valued at $75 each, a refrigerator valued at $200 and furniture items.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 500 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. Stolen were Costa Del Mar sunglasses valued at $120.

-Theft from the 100 block of New Hope Mountain Road, Indian Springs (other, unknown). Stolen were two credit cards.

Nov. 22

-Property damage from Brook Highland Parkway and Brook Highland Drive (highway, street).

-Theft from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station). Listed as stolen was $40, Visa debit card.

-Criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a Suzuki 2006 GSX, a motor cycle cover and water damage to blinkers on bike.

-Criminal mischief from Fulton Lake Road, Saginaw. Damaged was a FAAC electric gate arm.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of County Road 442, Westover.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 200 block of Millers Farm Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 3600 block of Robin Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 5200 block of South Shades Crest. Stolen a one each Sony and Canon digital cameras valued at $200 each, a 37-inch Sony flat screen television valued at $2,000 and household goods valued at $500.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of New Hope Road, Indian Springs. Stolen was miscellaneous jewelry valued at $30,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4200 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2000 Nissan Maxima.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Two Lakes Trail, Columbiana. Stolen were a chainsaw valued at $1,000 and a Tom Tom global positioning system valued at $325.

-Juvenile runaway from Monte Tierra Trail, Montevallo.
