Nov. 23

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Berkeley Drive, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

Nov. 24

-Assault from County Road 337, Chelsea (school, college).

-Theft of property/shoplifting from Highway 280, Chelsea (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered was an LG cell phone valued at $92.88.

-Criminal mischief from the 2200 block of Highway 70. Damaged was a 1992 Chevrolet van.

-Suicide attempt from Morris Estates Drive, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5400 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store).

-Traffic complaint from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Menacing from Autry Drive, Chelsea.

-Vehicle fire/property damage from the 10000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Damaged was a 1990 Geo Tracker.

Nov. 25

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Woodcrest Circle, Chelsea. Damaged were four windows and a windshield on a 1996 Jeep Cherokee.

-Damage to property from the 1500 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper.

-Harassing communications from the 4700 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.

-Allow dogs to run at large from the 5000 block of Little Turtle Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1900 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham (government, public building).

-Harassing communications from the 3200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage).

-Structure fire from Maske Lane, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from Monte Bello Circle, Montevallo.

-Theft from Barnett Street, Montevallo. Stolen was an air conditioner valued at $108 and two radiator heaters.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Blacksmith Lane, Wilsonville.

-Disorderly conduct from the 100 block of Shelby Forest Road, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from Hebb Road/ Mountain View Drive, Wilsonville (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from the 1300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 58000 block of Highway 25, Dunnavant (convenience store). Damaged was an exterior door in the amount of $1,500.

-Criminal mischief from Highway 206, Montevallo. Damaged was a 2007 dodge Durango in the amount of $200.

-Suicide attempt from Camp Branch Circle, Saginaw.

-Property damage from the 3000 block of Bradford Place, Birmingham. (Suffix 02). Damaged was a brick mailbox in the amount of $1,500.

-Property damage from the 6000 block of Brookhill Circle, Birmingham. (Suffix 03). Damaged were a brick mailbox and a brick retaining wall.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were a synthetic leather bomber jacket valued at $20 and a pair of tennis shoes valued at $11.

-Harassment from Kewaw Drive, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 5900 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (bar).

-Public intoxication from the 5100 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham. (Suffix 02).

-Domestic investigation from the 5100 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham. (Suffix 01).

-Assault from the 200 block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication/possession of drug paraphernalia from Ford Drive, Columbiana.

Nov. 28

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 800 block of Heather Wood Circle, Birmingham. Recovered were 25 Zanex pills in a clear plastic bottle.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Dana Drive, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from Church Drive, Montevallo. Damaged was a power box in the amount of $100 and a cable cord attached to a residence in the amount of $10,000.

-Property damage-vehicle fire from Interstate 65 betw3een 235/236 Alabaster (highway, street). Damaged was a motor home.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/false information to law enforcement officer from Interstate 65 at mile marker 235, Calera (highway, street).

-Theft of property from Joiner Town Road, Columbiana (FOP Hunt Club) (field woods). Stolen were pieces of tin roof valued at $200 and a metal box valued at $50.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage).

-Juvenile runaway from Single Tree Circle, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 1700 block of Wingfield Circle, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

Nov. 29

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2500 block of Single Tree Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 5300 block of Harvest Ridge Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a 47-inch television valued at $1,100, an RCA 25-inch television, $1,000 in U.S. currency, a Kenwood stereo valued at $1,000 and a Sony digital 8mm camcorder.

-Trespass from the 400 block of Highway 13, Helena.

-Harassing communications from the 15000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Private property accident from the 16000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant). Listed were a firearm, a wallet with $559 in cash and other undisclosed items.

-Harassment from Western Drive, Montevallo.

-Attempted suicide from Lucas Lane, Montevallo.

-Menacing from the 4800 block of Highway 22 (service, gas station).

-Death investigation from the 700 block of Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Letting animals run at large/animal bite from the 1400 block of Camp Branch Road, Alabaster (highway, street). Damaged was a long sleeve shirt.

-Allowing livestock to roam at large from the 7400 block of County Road 280, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Single Tree Circle, Birmingham. Damaged was a basement door (broken).

-Domestic investigation from the 28000 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham.

Nov. 30

-Harassing communications from the 50000 block of Highway 25, Leeds.

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Salser Lane, Columbiana. Stolen were two rolls of cooper, about 35 feet each, three 40 feet items of copper wire and one conductor wire, 30, feet.

-Vehicle repossession/civil dispute from the 100 block of Forest Ridge Circle, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Huntwood Road, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-assault from Haley Acres, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1200 block of Highway 52.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 6200 block of Sioux Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a wallet valued at $25, various cards, and three checks.

-Burglary from the 5100 block of Old Mill Court, Pelham. Stolen were an HP laptop and Xbox and games valued at $600 and a pressure washer.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3000 block of Kinross Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation-hospice from the 900 block of County Road 48, Wilsonville. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Discharging duty weapon from the 7200 block of Cahaba Valley road (highway, street). Damaged was a deer.

-Criminal trespass from Highway 69, Columbiana.

-Found property from Caldwell Mill Road, Jefferson County (highway, street). Recovered was a Remington 870 shotgun valued at $300.

-Menacing from Highway 22 (service, gas station).

Dec. 1

-Theft of property/trespassing from the 10000 block of Highway 280, Westover (commercial). Damaged was a steel cable with lock. Stolen was a 2006 Ford F-350 pickup truck.

-Assault from Ford Drive, Columbiana.

-Sexual abuse from Ruby Drive, Columbiana.

-Sexual abuse from Ruby Drive, Columbiana.

-Found stolen property from Lookout point, Highway 25, Dunnavant/Leeds (field, woods). Recovered was a Casio cash register.

-Domestic violence-attempt from the 1100 block of County Road 9, Wilsonville.

-Sexual abuse from Indian Crest Drive, Pelham.

-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of credit card or debit from the 1000 block of Eagle Point Cove, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited was a Visa debit card valued at $109.90.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 8800 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Merrell Lane, Shelby.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5000 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 100 block of Merrell Lane, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Merrell Lane, Shelby. Confiscated, seized were half a marijuana cigarette .5 grams and .4 grams of marijuana.

-Civil dispute from the 10000 block of County Road 55, Sterrett.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a rear bumper and left rear quarter panel of a 2004 Honda Civic.

-Property damage from Highway 280 West, Harpersville. Damaged was the right side of a sleeper compartment in the amount of $6.000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 2900 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham. Recovered was a clear sandwich bag containing 2 grams of green leafy substance, suspected marijuana, valued at $20.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Seale Drive, Calera. Damaged were a 2004 GMC Sierra and a license plate in the amount of $50.

-Missing person/miscellaneous information from a hunting club at the intersection of Highway 51 and Jackson Farm Road, Wilsonville (other, unknown known).

-Property damage from the 5400 block of Spring Creek Road, Calera (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Ford Taurus in the amount of $1,500.

-Harassing communications from Roberlyn Lane, Montevallo.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle/harassment from the 5300 block of Highway 280, Harpersville (specialty store).

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.s. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen was a Casemate Signature case for a Blackberry Curve valued at $34.96.

-Assault from the 1400 block of County Road 43, Chelsea.

-Suicide attempt from the 600 block of Cooper Drive, Pelham.

-Harassment from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (highway, street).

Dec. 2

-Domestic violence investigation from the 1300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.
