Dec. 2

-Suicide attempt from Chelsea Park Drive, Chelsea.

-Obstructing justice using false identity from the 3800 block of Highway 25, Montevallo (service, gas station).

-Theft of property from the 13000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (service, gas station). Stolen was a 16-ounce Bud Light beer valued at $1.29.

-Driving under the influence from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Highway 31, Calera.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Fulton Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 21000 block of County Road 55, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1900 block of Highway 48, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from Highway 119 at Highway 25, Montevallo (construction). Stolen and recovered was a Horton 12-foot trailer valued at $20,000.

-Sexual abuse from Highway 119.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were items valued at $4,950.

-Identity theft from Hawthorn Street, Birmingham

-Burglary from the 300 block of Pitman Drive, Vandiver. Stolen were a Dewalt chop saw valued at $400, a Dewalt miter saw valued at $650, a Honda generator valued at $2,400, a 20-inch chainsaw valued at $1,000 and a 16-ineh Homelite chainsaw valued at $350.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5300 block of Harvest Ridge Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 5200 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer.

Dec. 4

-Harassing communications from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Woodbridge Drive, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 600 block of Meadow Ridge, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 5300 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer (highway, street). Damaged were a front grill, marker lamp and driver's side of a vehicle.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham.

-Minor in possession of alcohol from Indian Ridge Drive, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Suicide attempt from Shelby Forest Road, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 100 block of County Road 471 (highway, street).

-Theft of property/recovered property from the 200 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett. Stolen/recovered was an antique folding knife valued at $40.

-Theft of property/recovery of property from the 200 block of Clarimont Road, Sterrett. Stolen was a .380 Lorcin pistol valued at $120, mechanic tools valued at $100, 10 silver dollars valued at $13 each ($130) and a brass flair gun valued at $1,000. Stolen and recovered were assorted knives valued at $100 and 10 Zippo lighters valued at $250.

-Breaking and entering vehicle from the 3600 block of Wyngate Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a Smith and Wesson 9 mm firearm valued at $650, a Nikon D 60 camera valued at $750, a Nikon lens valued at $640, a Nikon Cool Pix camera valued at $200 and a light item valued at $75.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5000 block of Stratford Road, Birmingham. Stolen was an AT & T Blackberry phone valued at $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5000 block of Stratford Road, Birmingham. Stolen was $367 in cash.

-Burglary from the 3900 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham. Stolen were items valued at $1,960.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Day Spring Drive, Chelsea.

-Harassment/dissemination or display of child pornography from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen were a trailer valued at $27,500 and tool items.

Dec. 5

-Public intoxication from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station).

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the entrance of Greystone Ridge, Birmingham (highway, street). Confiscated seized were a clear sandwich wrapper containing 1.4 grams of marijuana, a black and brown pipe used to smoke marijuana and a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana.

-Recovered property from the 100 block of Railroad Avenue, Maylene. Recovered were a driver's license, Social Security card, and two other cards.

-Trespass from the 700 building of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from Shady Branch Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 20000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana.

-Leaving scene of accident from U.S. 280 and County Road 43 (highway, street).

-Unlawfully carrying piston/driving under the influence from Highway 280/Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a Taurus 9 mm firearm.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo.

-Reckless endangerment from the 6900 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (service, gas station). (Suffix 03).

-Reckless endangerment from the 6900 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (service, gas station). (Suffix 02).

-Public intoxication/reckless endangerment from the 6900 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (service, gas station). (Suffix 01).

-Rape from the Osceola Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from the 300 block of Windhcase Trace, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Highway 31 South, Calera. Stolen were a wedding band valued at $700 and an engagement ring valued at $500.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Old. Lokey Ferry Road, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana.

-Attempt to elude/carrying concealed brass knuckles from Highway 17, Montevallo (highway, street). Recovered were black brass knuckles.

-Domestic investigation from Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 31, Alabaster (other, unknown). Stolen was a piece of heavy construction equipment valued at $3,100.

-Domestic violence from the 53000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver.

-Theft of property from Frank's Acres, Vandiver. Stolen were an Echo chainsaw valued at $180, a Stihl chainsaw valued at $350 and a chainsaw valued at $350.

-Death investigation from the 5000 block of Highway 11, Pelham.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Highway 303, Shelby. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Public intoxication from U.S. Highway 280 West at County Road 41 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a Remington Woodsmaster 30.06-caliber firearm.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/minor in possession of alcohol from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a plastic bag containing approximately 4 grams of a leafy vegetable matter believed to be marijuana.

Dec. 8

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham.

-Law enforcement assist from the 800 block of Cahaba Forest Cove, Birmingham (field, woods).

-Theft of property from the 8400 block of Highway 47, Shelby (service, gas station). Stolen was a newspaper vending machine valued at $570 and $70 (approximate) in currency.

-Animal cruelty from the 900 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Endangering welfare of child from Highway 62, Vincent.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver. Stolen was a credit card valued at $50.25.

-Driving under the influence/possession of marijuana from the area of Cheshire Road, Westover (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Medical call from Grant Street, Wilton.

-Domestic investigation from Ridgeview Lake Road, Alabaster.

Dec. 9

-Property damage from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 1800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Tammy's Mountain, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 6800 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham.

-Pubic intoxication/possession of marijuana from the 5000 block of Highway 51, Westover. Listed was a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of County Road 61, Columbiana.

-Property damage/civil dispute from a pasture between two addresses on Highway 47 (field, woods). Damaged in the amount of $100 was 10 feet of barbed wire fence.

-Animal complaint from Brush Creek Farm, Columbiana.

-Leaving the scene of accident from County Road 61 near New Hope Farm, Wilsonville (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Ford F-150 side mirror and driver's door.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4900 block of Meadowbrook Road, Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 3400 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham.

-Unlawful use of credit/debit card from the 5300 block of Highway 280 (convenience store).

-Property located at Oak Mountain Road (field, woods).

-Recovered property from the 53000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Recovered were tools and equipment.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 700 block of Shelby Forest Tr., Chelsea. Stolen were a Browning .300 semi-automatic rifle with Bushnell scope, tools and equipment and a pack of cigarettes all valued at $1,720.

-Burglary from the 1200 block of County Road 74, Chelsea. Stolen were a 55-inch Samsung television valued at $3,700, a Beretta .22-caliber pistol, a HP Notebook computer valued at $1,800, a Cybershot digital camera and two rapid-fire toy guns.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Morris Estates, Wilsonville. Stolen were a Sony PlayStation and PayStation games valued at $260.

-Burglary from the 2800 block of Highway 25 (commercial). Damaged in the amount of $40 were a rope cable and lock. Stolen were 40 catalytic converters and two impact wrenches valued at $3,000.

-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham.

Dec. 10

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 400 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham. Confiscated, seized were a plastic bag containing 4.3 grams of marijuana, a plastic bag containing marijuana seed and cigar with marijuana 0.5 grams, one Adderal, a medicine bottle containing 63 Wellbutrin pills, two syringe needles and a brown wooden marijuana pipe.
