Man arrested for child sex abuse

Shelby County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a man for child sexual abuse.
Gary Daniel Allen was arrested Sunday on three charges of sodomy, one degree of rape and one degree of sexual abuse.
He is being held in the Shelby County Jail on $255,000 bond.
Sheriff’s department spokesperson Capt Ken Burchfield said the suspect had previous relationships with his victims.
Burchfield said he could not reveal any other information about the victims at this time.

Mr. Allen has been a thorn in law enforcements side for many years. If he in fact is guilty of this crime, which would not surprise me, then he needs to be put away. Vandiver would be a better community.

THIS IS HIS EX-WIFE. I KNOW THAT HE DID THIS. HE DID IT TO ALL THREE OF OUR CHILDREN. I DO AGREE WITH THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE FIRST COMMENT. HE DOES DESERVE TO BE SENT AWAY FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE. I ALSO KNOW WHO ELSE HE MOLESTED. HE SPENT THE LAST THREE YEARS IN VENTRES PRISON FOR MOLESTING HIS OWN DAUGHTER. HE ONLY GOT THREE YEARS FOR THAT. NOW MAYBE HE WILL NOT GET OUT TO DO IT AGAIN. THERE WAS THREE OTHER PERSONS WHO FINALLY STEPPED UP TO HOPEFULLY HE WILL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY AGAIN. HIS MOTHER MUST BE TURNING OVER IN HER GRAVE.....

Please help us pray for the Lord's favor on this situation, and for all of Gary's victims. He needs to be behind bars for the rest of his life. So that we will have a safer community, and he will have no other victims. Some of the people working in our system to keep criminals off of our streets and out of our communities are not doing their job!! He has been freed from numerous criminal situations while being represented by a "so called" lawyer, who now holds a higher office. What does that tell you? Gary should have been put away over 30 years ago, and would not have had as many victims as he has had. We feel that there are many more victims who have not yet come forward, so pray that they will be led to come forward so justice will be done. All of his charges are real and there are many more people who are experiencing what our family is going through. If you are a victim of such a "perverted" crime as Gary has done just know that the Lord is the only one who can deliver you from such pain and suffering. Call on him and he will bring you through it. Counselling helps also, but true deliverance comes by calling on our Lord. We don't know what the future holds but I pray that our future will hold justice being done. And also....Tammy know that our prayers are with you and the kids.
