Suspects sought in theft cases

Pictured are the suspects believed to be involved in thefts at Wal-Mart on U.S. 280 and Publix Supermarket at Lee Branch.

Hoover police are searching for two suspects involved in thefts at Wal-Mart on U.S. 280 and Publix Supermarket at Lee Branch.

The suspects, two white males and one white female, stole a wallet from the purse of a Wal-Mart customer. They then went to Publix to purchase gift cards using the victim’s credit card. One of the males was pushing a stroller with a baby in it.

The suspects are believed to be driving a maroon colored car.

Anyone with information about the suspects’ identity is urged to call Detective Donnie Prier at 444-7620.
