-Harassment/theft of property from 850 Third Avenue Northwest. Stolen was a Motorola Zion cell phone valued at $350.

-Criminal mischief from 105 Big Oak Drive. Damaged were a glass windowpane in the amount of $25 and wood flooring in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen was a Hewlett-Packard computer valued at $923.76.

-Domestic incident from the 1400 block of Arrowhead Trail.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 900 block of Shelby County Road 87, Calera. Damaged in the amount of $250 were a front door and home weather stripping.

-Damage to property (motor vehicle) from the intersection of Highway 31 North/First Street Southwest (highway, street). Damaged were a left rear fender, tail light and bumper on a 2008 Chevrolet.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Mangrove Drive. Damaged were two tires.

-Violation of protection order from Kentwood Terrace (highway, street).

-Information from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive.

-Assault from the 700 block of First Street South (parking lot, garage).

-Identity theft from the state of New York and online.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the area of Thompson Road and Warrior Drive (highway, street). Damaged were a driver’s side mirror and side panel.

-Information only (damage to property) from Highway 17 and Cedar Grove (highway, street). Damaged were a driver’s side headlight assembly and a hood.

-Information only from the 1200 block of Bunting Drive.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized were two items (a modified Sharpie Pen and Mountain Dew bottle used to ingest marijuana and one clear baggie containing 1.6 grams of marijuana valued at $5.

-Minor in possession of cigarettes from Highway 31/Interstate 65 (highway, street0. Confiscated, seized was a pack of USA Gold Light 100s cigarettes.

-Runaway/recovered juvenile from Highway 31 at Intestate 65 (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Highway 31 South (supermarket). Recovered with stolen values were three cans of dog food valued t $3.56, a meat entre valued at $3.89 and one vegetable valued at $4.99.

-Harassing communications from cell phone (restaurant).

-Domestic incident from the 2200 block of Tahiti Lane.

March 14

-Recovered property from Industrial BP, Industrial Road (convenience store). Recovered was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Noise complaint from the 900 building of Wellington Manor.

-Possession of marijuana from the 500 block of Ole Towne Lane. Confiscated, seized was one plastic baggie containing less than 4 grams of marijuana.

-Minor in possession of cigarettes from Highway 31 at Buddy’s BBQ (highway, street). Recovered was a pack of Kool filter kings cigarettes.

-Domestic dispute/information only/attempted suicide from Olde Towne Circle.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at Buddy’s BBQ (highway, street). Recovered was a metal pipe used for smoking marijuana with residue.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Big Oak Dive (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $500 was a brick mailbox.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were bottled drinks, bags of chips and snacks.

-Theft of property/forgery from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a comforter set valued at $79.99,and $822.16 in cash. uForged and recovered was a check drawn on First Citizens Bank.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Eagle Circle.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the parking lot of Am Star Theater. Damaged in the amount of $2,500 was a 2004 Toyota.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Fulton Springs Road (commercial). Recovered were 3 grams of marijuana.

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Weatherly Club Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Found property from the 200 block of Ninth Avenue Southeast (storage facility). Recovered were a sweater and two women’s black leather high heel boots.

-Information only from Whataburger (restaurant).

-Harassment from the parking lot of Colonial Promenade.

-Theft of property from Taco Bell (restaurant). Stolen were a duffle bag valued at $40, a Nike T-shirt valued at $30, Nike jogging pants valued at $15, two Nike shoes valued at $150, a gold chain with cross emblem valued at $300 and a pair of Foster Grant sunglasses valued at $20.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 4 grams of green leafy substance in a clear evidence bag believed to be marijuana and a wooden pipe with burnt marijuana residue.

March 15

-Theft of property from Cambridge Point Drive. Stolen were a Social Security card, vehicle key valued at $1, $5 in cash, driver’s license and a Visa card.

-Assault from the 3000 block of Highway 31 (supermarket).

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were one Fox Horn merlot wine valued at $6 and one case of Bud Light beer valued at $18.

-Noise complaint from the 100 block of Allen Drive.

-Information only from Navajo Trail.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were a CD valued at $13.99 and two movies valued at $19.99 each.

-Noise complaint from 1785 A Simmsville Road.

-Damage to property from Side Traxx (parking lot, garage). Damaged were in the amount of $300, a rear spoiler, and in the amount of $200, a rear bumper.

-Noise complaint from the 100 block of Second Avenue Southwest (parking lot, garage).

-Minor in possession of cigarettes from Interstate 65, mile marker 236 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was one pack of Newport cigarettes.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia/possession of marijuana from Interstate 65, mile marker 236 (highway, street (suffix 01)). Confiscated, seized were five small plastic baggies containing what is believed to be marijuana (46 grams), digital scales, High Point 9 mm handgun and seven packs of Newport cigarettes.

-Minor in consumption/carrying pistol without permit from Interstate 65, mile marker 236 (highway, street) (suffix O2). Confiscated, seized were small plastic baggies containing what is believed to be marijuana (46 grams), digital scale, High Point 9 mm handgun and a pack of Newport cigarettes.

Stolen were a purse valued at $50, jacket valued at $40, $640 in cash, a Wachovia check book, a Compass check book and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $20. Damaged in the amount of $200 was a driver’s side window.
