-Damage to property from the 200 block of Second Street Southwest (department store). Damaged was a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Brentwood Drive. Damaged in the amount of $1,000 was a garage door.

-Promoting prison contraband/possession of marijuana from Alabaster Holding Facility (jail, prison). Confiscated, seized was one small plastic baggie containing 3 grams of marijuana.

March 17

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of First Street Southwest (parking lot, garage).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Allen Drive (church). Damaged in the amount of $100 was a windowpane.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road. Stolen were $1,000 in cash, unknown loose change, boots valued at $50, a gold bracelet and a case of CDs valued at $300.

-Information from the 100 block of Cambridge Terrace.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 11 and Bare Tree Lane (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a cellophane baggie containing 11 grams of green leafy substance appearing to be marijuana.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from unknown. Stolen were two Alabama Power Credit Union check card charges valued at $83.38.

-False reporting/information to officer from 630 Colonial Promenade (department store).

-Trespassing from the 1400 block of Willington Manor Apartment (other, unknown).

-Information from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive.

March 18

-Property damage from County Road 12. Damaged was a 2004 Honda Accord.

-Violation of leash law from Third Avenue Northwest.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen was a Compaq computer valued at $400.

-Suicide attempt from Jasmine Drive.

-Information only (welfare concern) from the 100 block of Lighthouse Drive.

-Information only from the 100 block of Cedar Grove Mobile Home Park.

-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of First Street North (specialty store). Stolen were three Nextel business signs valued at $12,000.

-Harassment/damage to property from Highway 31 at Industrial Drive (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $150 was a rear bumper.

March 19

-Information only from the 1200 block of County Road 11.

-Theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen were a 14-month-old Pit Bull female puppy and a 12-month-old Pit Bull male puppy valued at $1,000 each.

-Damage to property from the 2000 block of First Avenue West. Damaged in the amount of $45 was a metal mailbox.

-Information only from the 2500 block of Windsor Court.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were a knife valued at $8.97, men’s shorts valued at $18 and a pre-paid Verizon wireless phone valued at $59.87.

-Criminal mischief from the 120 block of Ashford Lane. Damaged was a patio chair.

March 20

-Recovered drug paraphernalia from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive. Recovered were a glass marijuana pipe valued at $5, a metal marijuana pipe valued at $5 and a purple Crown Royal bag valued at $1.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Buck Creek Plaza (convenience store). Stolen was $2,000 in cash.

-Damage to property fro the 100 block of Ashford Lane. Damaged in the amount of $400 was a section of privacy fence.

-Information from 13th Street Northwest.

-Information from the 1300 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Treymoor Lake Circle. Stolen was an Alabama tag valued at $200.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were seven CD valued at $60.52, two packages of AA batteries valued at $11.74 and one package of medium black ink pens valued at $5.88.

-Information only from the 100 block of Winter Haven (restaurant).

-Violation of protection order from the 500 block of Warrior Dive.

-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $200 was a Ford Focus front and rear quarter panel and door.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Cambridge Pointe Drive.

March 21

-Noise complaint from the 100 block of Blue Grass Drive.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/resisting arrest from Industrial Drive at County 95 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a cellophane bag containing a rock substance believed to be crack cocaine.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. Highway 31 at Southern Consignment (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Lincoln.

-Domestic incident from the 1300 block of First Avenue West.

March 22

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/driving under the influence (alcohol) from Sixth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 18 .5-milligram Alprazolam.

-Domestic incident from the 500 block of Grove Hill Trail.

-Information from King James Lane.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Dilcey Daniels Drive. Damaged was a chrome sidestep and brackets in the amount of $200.

-Criminal mischief from 855 10th St (school, college). Damaged in the amount of $400 was a Honda Pilot SUV.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 100 block of Hermitage Lane. Stolen were tools valued at $1,030.

-Theft/burglary from 100 Shady Hills Circle. Stolen were tools and a generator.

-Theft from 8081 U.S. Highway 31 (commercial). Stolen a Shiatsu valued at $100.

-Burglary/theft from the 1800 block of Deborah Drive. Stolen was a Sanyo television valued at $1,397.

-Theft from 113 Hermitage Lane. Stolen were two air conditioning condensing units valued at $10,000.

March 14

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/possession of marijuana from Camden Cove Circle and Flagstone Drive (highway, street). Recovered were a small pipe used for smoking narcotics and four small bags of marijuana.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 1300 block of Wooten Spring Road. Stolen was a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix valued at $8,000.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Recovered were items of clothing valued at $159.50, a tote valued at $12 and snacks valued at $4.96.

March 15

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle /theft from 1800 17th St. Stolen was a Kenwood CD player valued at $300. Recovered was a Pontiac Grand Am.

-Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance from the 100 block of Dogwood Lane (field, woods). Recovered were six plastic soda bottles of white substance (salt solution), multiple pieces of plastic tubing, multiple empty blister packs of ephedrine, multiple AA batters with lithium strips removed, multiple coffee filers with white residue and a plastic bottle of lighter fluid.

March 16

-Criminal trespass/theft from the 100 block of Leray Drive. Stolen were 25 flowers and plants valued at $250 and three flower pots valued at $30.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 200 block of Holcombe Lane, Columbiana. Stolen was a 2003 Toyota Camry valued at $5,000.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were three CDs valued at $27 and a key chain valued at $2.50.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were six swimsuits valued at $120 and two swimsuits valued at $24.

-Harassing communications from the 900 block of Meriweather Drive.

-Terrorist threat from 180 County Road 304 (government, public building).

-Harassing communications from the 24000 block of 16th Street.

-Domestic incident from 100 Hermitage Lane.

-Burglary/theft from 11731 Highway 25 (convenience store). Stolen were $1,060 in cash, a VCR valued at $200 and cigarettes.

-Throwing, shooting deadly or dangerous missile into vehicle from Interstate 65, mile marker 235 southbound (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $300 was a Jeep.

-Identity theft from unknown. Stolen were $1,432 in charges on a Parisian’s credit card.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Greenfern Lane.

-Criminal mischief from the 4500 block of County Road 20. Damaged was a Kwik Set lock mechanism in the amount of $35.

-Theft from the 700 block of Merlin Drive. Stolen was pressure washer valued at $400.

-Cruelty to animals from the 800 block of Sixth Avenue, Apartment 1.

-Domestic incident from the 800 block of Sixth Avenue.

-Animal complaint-loud and disturbing noises from the 600 block of Waterford Lane.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $45.38.

-Criminal mischief/theft from the 11000 block of Highway 25 (hotel, motel). Stolen were towels and a washcloth valued at $65, an alarm clock valued at $25 and an ice bucket valued at $20. Included, as damage was a $40 in carpet cleaning.

-Criminal mischief from Old Highway 25. Damaged was the passenger side and rear lift gate of a vehicle in the amount of $2,000.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from Industrial Parkway (commercial). Damaged were interior contents and furnishing by vandalism in the amount of $10,000.

-Theft of property from Highway 26. Stolen were a brown/tan Yorkshire terrier, 14-pounds, valued at $500 and a white/cream Poodle valued at $1,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 52 West at Gunner Lane (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a prescription pill bottle containing marijuana valued at $75, a cigarette cellophane wrapper containing marijuana valued at $30, a glass marijuana pipe valued at $30 and a Glock 9 mm firearm with magazine and 14 rounds of ammunition valued at $370.

March 16

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 4400 block of Englewood Road. Confiscated, seized was a plastic bag containing marijuana.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 400 block of Old Cahaba Way. Involved a 2005 Ford F150.

-Domestic violence from the 1000 block of Longleaf Drive, Bessemer.

-Recovered property from the 800 block of Stonebridge Drive. Recovered were a purse with ID and credit cards valued at $10, six cards from various stores, a Kansas driver’s license valued at $25 and a Mexico ID card valued at $25.

-Recovered property from the 800 block of Stonebridge Drive. Recovered were a purse with assorted contents valued at $35 and two sterling silver bracelets valued at $45. (Suffix B).

-Theft of gasoline from the 4600 block of County Road 17, Chevron (service, gas station). Stolen were 6.590 gallons of unleaded gasoline valued at $13.83.

-Giving false name to law enforcement from Highway 95 at Plantation Pipeline (highway, street).

-Failure to appear-non child support from Cunningham Drive and Lawley Street.

-Illegal possession of prescription medication/unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 17 (parking lot, garage).

-Trespass warning from the 1200 block of Wilkerson Circle (government, public building).

-Receiving stolen property from Highway 17. Recovered was a single-axle utility trailer valued at $750.

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from State Highway 261 and Incahoots (highway, street). Recovered were five orange pills identified as Adderol.

March 18

-Found property from Orr Park (field, woods). Recovered was a brown man’s wallet containing an Alabama ID card, Central Bank card and fingerprint card.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from Middle Street (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a small quantity of marijuana and a half-smoked marijuana cigarette, 1.5 Alprazolam 1-milligram, one Temazepam 30-milligram, two plastic bags containing marijuana, a black smoking pipe containing residue and a wooden box with pipe inside that contained residue.

March 19

-Lost and found from Highway 22 East at Moore’s Crossroads (highway, street). Recovered were an AT&T Visa credit card, Alabama driver’s license, and a check for $365 from an APCO Employees Credit Union account and a blank check from a Compass Bank account.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Main Street (bank).

March 20

-Failure to pay for gasoline purchase from the 300 block of County Road 10 (convenience store). Stolen were 19.45 gallons of gasoline valued at $35.

March 21

-Property damage from Highway 22 and Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $800 was the front bumper to a 2000 Jeep Cherokee.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of County Road 223 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a multi-colored glass smoking pipe containing residue.

-Theft of property from North Pelham Plaza parking lot. Stolen were a Canon digital camera valued at $400, an Apple Nano iPod valued at $100, a $1-bill and a Florida driver’s license.

-Carrying pistol concealed in vehicle without permit from the parking lot of Pelham Chevron. Confiscated, seized were a .357 revolver valued at $150, a Glock .40-caliber pistol valued at $450 and a Hi-Point .40-caliber pistol valued at $200.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Bishop Circle (hotel, motel). Recovered were a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana, approximately 10 grams valued at $50, a plastic bag containing burnt portions of suspected marijuana cigars valued at $5, three brown cigars suspected to contain marijuana valued at $20 and a pipe containing suspected marijuana residue valued at $5.
