-Burglary/theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road. Stolen were $1,000 in cash, unknown loose change, boots valued at $50, a gold bracelet and a case of CDs valued at $300.
-Information from the 100 block of Cambridge Terrace.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 11 and Bare Tree Lane (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a cellophane baggie containing 11 grams of green leafy substance appearing to be marijuana.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card from unknown. Stolen were two Alabama Power Credit Union check card charges valued at $83.38.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/possession of marijuana from Camden Cove Circle and Flagstone Drive (highway, street). Recovered were a small pipe used for smoking narcotics and four small bags of marijuana.
-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 1300 block of Wooten Spring Road. Stolen was a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix valued at $8,000.
-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Recovered were items of clothing valued at $159.50, a tote valued at $12 and snacks valued at $4.96.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle /theft from 1800 17th St. Stolen was a Kenwood CD player valued at $300. Recovered was a Pontiac Grand Am.
-Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance from the 100 block of Dogwood Lane (field, woods). Recovered were six plastic soda bottles of white substance (salt solution), multiple pieces of plastic tubing, multiple empty blister packs of ephedrine, multiple AA batters with lithium strips removed, multiple coffee filers with white residue and a plastic bottle of lighter fluid.

-Criminal trespass/theft from the 100 block of Leray Drive. Stolen were 25 flowers and plants valued at $250 and three flower pots valued at $30.
-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 200 block of Holcombe Lane, Columbiana. Stolen was a 2003 Toyota Camry valued at $5,000.
-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were three CDs valued at $27 and a key chain valued at $2.50.

Confiscated, seized were a small quantity of marijuana and a half-smoked marijuana cigarette, 1.5 Alprazolam 1-milligram, one Temazepam 30-milligram, two plastic bags containing marijuana, a black smoking pipe containing residue and a wooden box with pipe inside that contained residue.

-Lost and found from Highway 22 East at Moore’s Crossroads (highway, street). Recovered were an AT&T Visa credit card, Alabama driver’s license, and a check for $365 from an APCO Employees Credit Union account and a blank check from a Compass Bank account.
