April 24

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 at 239 mile marker (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 16 Oxycotin 5-milligram valued at $960, one Diazepam under 1 gram, seven Alprazolam 2 grams and 17 Clonazepam 3 grams.

-Noise compliant from the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast.

-Found property/returned property from the 900 block of Falling Star Lane. Recovered was a black leather wallet with contents.

-Disorderly conduct/fighting in public from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail.

-Domestic violence investigation/domestic violence/harassment from the 600 block of 10th Avenue Southwest.

-Damage to property from the 200 block of Primrose Drive. Damaged were a carport support in the amount of $200 and a gutter down spout in the amount of $50.

-Criminal mischief/burglary from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged were a Forest River enclosed utility trailer, an AHSAA regulation goal post, two storage buildings and one concrete storm drain.

-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (school, college). Damaged was a 2008 Bluebird Bus (back door glass broken) in the amount of $200 and a 2003 American Bus windshield chipped.

-Damage to property from the 500 block of Green Meadows, Maylene. Damaged was a left side rear bumper in the amount of $500.

-Noise complaint from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road.

-Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol from the 400 block of 13th Street Northwest.

-Damage to property from County Road 11 at Fifth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Damaged was a 2000 Honda Odyssey van front right fender.

-Criminal mischief from the 1564 block of Kent Dairy Road. Damaged was a Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $600.

-Disorderly conduct from the 400 block of Hill Top Road.

April 26

-Information only from the 100 block of Cohill Drive. Stolen were a car radio valued at $250, a rear speaker box with speakers valued at $250, a cell phone valued at $35 and a stereo amplifier valued at $500.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Industrial Road at County Road 95 (highway, street). Damaged was a rear bumper of a 1997 Honda Civic in the amount of $50.

-Found property from Wal-Mart parking lot (supermarket). Recovered was a purse.

-Found property from the 100 block of Parliament Road, Maylene. Recovered were 94 Perry Ellis products and 200 Women Reserve perfume.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Recovered were a glass pipe used to smoke narcotics valued at $10 and a pack of small zip lock bags used to package narcotics for resale valued at $5.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of “1st Southwest” (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a cigar stuffed with a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Theft of property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Stolen were a wallet valued at $10, an unknown number of credit cards, $1,900 in checks and $100 in U.s. currency.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of U.S. Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen Crest tooth paste and night paste valued at $6.25 and $3.75, Dove bath wash valued at $4.33, Coffee-Mate French Vanilla valued at $3.99 and a Bounce item valued at $4.69.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized was a clear Baggie containing marijuana weighing approximately 1.3 grams valued at $5.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol/fugitive from justice from County Road 98 at State Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Public intoxication/unlawful possession of controlled substance from Wal-Mart Store (supermarket). Confiscated, seized were five white circular tablets (pill marked 54142) Methadone-10 milligram (1 gram).

-Unlawful possession of prescription medications from Veterans Park (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were three Tizanidine (white round pill).

May 2

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Second Street (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2002 Toyota Tacoma in the amount of $600.

-Harassment from the 600 block of 12 Street Northwest (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 68 and County Road 11 (highway, street). Recovered was a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Information only from Alabaster (parking lot, garage). Damaged were the front bumper, passenger side fender, passenger side doors, and passenger rear view mirror and passenger side headlight assembly on a vehicle.

-Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance/unlawful possession of a controlled a controlled substance from Bruno’s parking lot, First Street Southwest.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Reese Drive.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card/recovered property from Kent Stone Boulevard (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited was a Regions Bank Card valued at $29.

-Unlawful breaking and entering/theft of property from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were a cell phone case valued at $10, a Blue Tooth valued at $45, a clipboard valued at $10 and a lunch box valued at $15. Damaged was a driver’s side window in the amount of $250.

-Breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from Thrift Store parking lot. Stolen was a black and white Shih Tzu dog wearing Auburn collar and a tag with the name Teddy valued at $400.

Recovered were a plastic bag containing approximately 1 gram of suspected cocaine valued at $20 and loose suspected marijuana leaves and seeds valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from Interstate 65 North near exit 247 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were three suspected 1-milligram Clonazepam tablets (light green) valued at $15 and one Baggie containing approximately 2 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $10.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Rockbrook Lane. Damaged in the amount of $150 was a Yokohama tire.
