-Miscellaneous information from Wilsonville Town Hall, Wilsonville (government, public building).

April 26

-Forgery from the 4000 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited were checks for $225 and $405.

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Highway 221, Montevallo. Stolen were a Rockford Fosgate 1 Farad Capacitor for a car stereo valued at $100 and one Alpine car stereo valued at $250.

-Assault from Starboard Drive, Shelby.

-Abandoned vehicle from the 100 block of Chelsea Park Drive, Chelsea (other, unknown).

April 27

-Theft of property from Cardwell Road, Wilsonville. Stolen were 100 Hydrocodone (Norco-10).

-Burglary from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 2500 block of County Road 71, Shelby. Recovered was an H&R Firearms Model 732 .32-caliber pistol valued at $200.

-Identity theft/fraudulent use of credit card from the 100 block of Pinedale Circle, Columbiana. Stolen were credit Visa items in amount of $10, $123.33 and $29.85.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 100 block of Solomon Drive, Wilsonville. Stolen were credit card items in amount of $30 and $6,000.

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Highway 478, Leeds.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Highland Lakes Cove, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered were $200 in U.S. currency, two check books, a debit card, two credit cards and a purse valued at $180.

-Property damage from the 4800 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a bumper on a 2008 Honda Odyssey in the amount of $500.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of County Road 483, Vincent.

-Domestic investigation from Morris Estates, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 1900 block of Highway 61, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 53000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver.

-Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (field, woods). Damaged were a Master Lock key lock for a gate in the amount of $15, a cable to a chain fence in the amount of $60 and a fence post in the amount of $25.

-Trespass from Trot Lane, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 8400 block of Mahaska Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Stillwood Lane, Vandiver.

-Harassing communications from the 2300 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information-civil dispute from the 200 block of Hollybrook Road.

-Domestic investigation from the 5600 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham.

-Minor in possession of tobacco from Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Property damage from the 5800 block of Highway 119, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Property damage from the 1300 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. (Suffix 01).

-Property damage from the 1300 block of Brook Highland Lane. (Suffix 02).

-Structure fire from the 1300 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Damaged were Book Highland Apartments.

-Miscellaneous information from Alabama Youth Drive, Westover (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Strickland Road, Columbiana. Stolen was a .38 Smithy and Wesson firearm with wood handle in a black zip up case.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Shaw Drive, Chelsea. Listed were a Sanyo 46-inch television valued at $1,300, a 19-inch Proton flat screen television valued at $300, a Notebook laptop computer valued at $350, a combo DVD/VCR player valued at $100 and Brookstone binoculars valued at $300.

-Burglary from River Birch, Birmingham. Damaged was a window screen for a kitchen nook window.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of motor vehicle from the 7400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (storage facility). Stolen was a CP1230 jackhammer valued at $1,200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from the 7400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (storage facility). Stolen were a wrench valued at $70, 12-inch crescent wrench valued at $40, a climbing belt valued at $300, a double locking safety valued at $120, a gut strap belt valued at $80, climbing spikes valued at $300 and hand tools valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Brookhbill Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were two Browning 20-gauge over/under valued at $1,000 each, a Remington bolt action .22-caliber rifle valued at $300 and a Redfield scope 2 by 7 valued at $100.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 4900 block of Caldwell Mill Lane. Stolen was a CZ-USA AK-47 valued at $969, a Stoeger 12-gauge double barrel shotgun valued at $389.90, a 16-gauge double barrel shotgun valued at $400, a Beretta 9 mm semi automatic handgun valued at $900, a Vizio television valued at $900 and a Sony Playstation 3 valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 89, Montevallo. Stolen as a commercial grade plowing disc valued at $3,000.

-Animal complaint from the 5000 block of Little Turtle Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of North Street, Shelby. Damaged was a right rear passenger window on a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe.

-Structure fire from Mulberry Street, Montevallo. Burned was a mobile home.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Church Lane, Centreville.

-Civil dispute from Highway 478, Leeds. Damaged was a window.

-Structure fire form the 100 block of Deerwood Lake Drive, Harpersville.

-Civil dispute from the 300 block of Wildwood Lane.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).

April 29

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Highland Lake Trail, Birmingham. (Suffix 01).

-Death investigation from the 17000 block of County Road 61, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5500 block of Afton Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Dell 810 laptop computer valued at $1,000, a Blackberry 8310 valued at $300 and a cell phone charger valued at $10.

-Suspicious person from the 21000 block of Highway 155, Sterrett.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Strother Street, Wilton. Stolen were a Smith and Wesson revolver, a .40-caliber Taurus with 9mm conversion kit and two .45-caliber semi-automatic hand guns.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from Tall Oaks Hunting Club, Shelby (other, unknown). Listed as damaged was a hutting house.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle from the 400 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Tom-Tom global positioning unit, a wireless mic to GPS unit, a wireless mic to a Verizon cell phone and a vehicle license plant.

-Theft of property from the 12000 block of Highway 41, Leeds. Stolen were 124 $100-bills for a total of $12,800.

-Suicide attempt from County Road 8, Montevallo.

-Domestic disturbance from Old Buttermilk Road, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was a Tom-Tom global positioning system valued at $275.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Shelby Forest Court, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information -lost property from an unknown location in Mt Laurel Subdivision, Birmingham (highway, street). Listed was an EQUI laptop computer.

-Delinquent juvenile from the 600 block of Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster.

-Civil dispute from the 900 block of County Road 42, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information/civil dispute from the 800 block of North River Drive, Shelby.

-Missing person/domestic violence from the 600 block of Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (commercial). Stolen were a consumable valued at $2,94 and a tool valued at $23.77.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Wal-Mart/Highway 280, Chelsea (other, unknown). Confiscated, seized were a pill crusher, a yellow square pill/blue unmarked bottle, blue pill/orange container, three round light colored pills, two green pills/fish bottle, 18 blue pills/silver container/bottle, and nine pink oval pills/wallet.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college). Recovered was a Dasani bottle with a clear lib.

-Death investigation from the 8400 block of Highway 55, Harpersville.

-Violation of school policy from the 19000 block of Highway 145, Shelby (school, college).

April 30

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of County road 270, Montevallo (construction).

-Identity theft/harassing communications from the 1600 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was automobile carpet next to an interior console and a driver’s side floor mat.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from Chelsea Park Elementary School (school, college).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Auburn Road, Birmingham. Stolen were a leather item valued at $300, leather riding chaps valued at $150 and tall boots valued at $270.

-Theft of property from the 3200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was an $805 income tax refund.

-Death investigation from Coy Drive, Chelsea. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Domestic violence/harassment from Morris Estates, Wilsonville.

-Burglary from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Stolen were about $5,000 in cash and about $500 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 9300 block of Highway 42, Shelby (other, unknown). Stolen was a datsun (daschund) puppy valued at $250.

-Structure fire from the 12000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information (dog attack) from the 1100 block of Highway 60, Vincent.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Perkins Ranch North, Columbiana. Stolen was a Ryobi miter saw valued at $110.

-Driving under the influence/unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two white generic Soma pills each weighing .05 grams.

-Theft of property from Sunrise Lane, Sterrett. Stolen were a 25-horse power Yamaha boat motor and a 20-horse power Mercury Thunderbolt 200 boat motor.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
