-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Timber Leaf Circle (field, woods). Recovered was a small black and white dog.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. Highway 31 at Instructional Services parking lot. Recovered were a Baggie containing a green leafy substance identified as marijuana and a homemade fashioned pipe made with aluminum foil used to smoke marijuana.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered was an air line quick disconnect coupling believed to be used to smoke marijuana.

-Criminal mischief from Municipal Park (other, unknown). Damaged was a bathroom wall in the amount of $50.

-Information only from the 900 block of Highway 31 (church).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from 11th Avenue Southeast at 12th Avenue Southeast. Recovered were 11.7 grams, “One cellophane bag and a cigarette wrapper containing several cellophane bags containing what they believed to be crack cocaine.”

-Theft of property from undisclosed (bank). Stolen was U.S. currency in the amount of $200.

-Harassing communications from the 1200 block of First Avenue West.

-Runaway juvenile from the 500 block of Warrior Court (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/unlawful possession of prescription medication from State Highway 119 at Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a glass marijuana pipe with residue, a plastic bottle water bong with residue, one half Xanax pill and seven 12-ounce bottles of Bud Light beer.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Blue Springs Place. Confiscated, seized were a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, marijuana resonated glass pipe and a silver grinder.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a Sanyo cell phone valued at $300.

-Identity theft from 317 Savannah Club Drive (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a Discover credit card account.

-Criminal mischief from 10491 U.S. Highway 31 (convenience store). Listed was interior and structural damage to a building in the amount of $3,000.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Windsor Circle. Stolen was a Gateway laptop computer valued at $800.

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 3100 block of Lee Street. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Public intoxication from County Road 35 near State Park Road (highway, street). Damaged was a speed limit sign and pole in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were four rolls of copper wire valued at $8,000.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument from Pelham BP, 2260 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were a forged Social Security card, nine live .25-caliber rounds valued at $2 and one live .22-caliber round.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered was a pair of boxer shorts valued at $5.

-Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance/distribution within three miles of a school from Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (supermarket). Recovered were 10 round tablets (green, red, blue, orange and yellow MDMA valued at $100, two CDs valued at $2 and one CD valued at $1.

May 6

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Chandalar Drive/Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two suspected 0.5-milligram Alprazolam (Xanax) tablets valued at $10.

-Theft of property from the 9400 block of Helena Road (drug store). Stolen were two cartons of Marlboro King cigarettes valued at $83, a carton of Marlboro Light cigarettes valued at $41, a Mountain Dew soft drink valued at $3 and a Soft Soap 7.5-ounce bottle valued at $3.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Greenpark South Mobile Home Park. Stolen were $360 in cash and one gold wedding band valued at $150. (Suffix 00).

-Unlawful distribution of controlled substance from Rue Maison Apartments, Homewood. Recovered were one clear bag of green leafy material (marijuana) approximately 1 ounce valued at $90 and one CD valued at $1.

-Theft of property from Green Park South parking area next to park (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama vehicle tag valued at $20.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stratford Place. Stolen was a lockbox, Superkey brand, valued at $100.

-Criminal mischief from Kraft Pizza Company, Cahaba Valley Parkway North (other, unknown). Damaged was a Chateau lock in the amount of $20.

-Change bills circulating from Oak Mountain BP Station (commercial). Forged, counterfeited was one United States currency.

-Burglary from undisclosed. Stolen were an RCA color television valued at $600, a Dell Inspiron laptop computer valued at $650, $200 in cash and a box of United States coins valued at $400.

-Driving under the influence/alcohol/fleeing/attempting to elude from Pelham Parkway at Chandalar Drive (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3500 block of County Road 52 West. Stolen were a messenger bag style purse valued at $30, a Kodak digital camera valued at $100, two Regions Bank Visa debit cards, two Regions Bank check books and a Social Security card.

-Public intoxication from a business on Cahaba Valley Road.

-Obstructing justice using false identity from Pelham Parkway at Mid Ridge Lane.

-Theft of property from Pelham City Cemetery, Bearden Road. Stolen were two decorative flowerpots with custom rebar framing valued at $25.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 at Cahaba Valley Road. Damaged was a 2007 Toyota R4 in the amount of $1,500.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Eagle Cove Drive.

-Property damage-vehicle from between mile marker 247 and 246 of Interstate 65 southbound. Damaged were nine area of paint on a 2007 Mazda Miata in the amount of $250.

-Property damage-vehicle from County Road 361/Eagle Cove. Damaged was a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $2,000.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Business Center Drive. Stolen was a Compaq computer valued at $1,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from 208 McCallan Drive. Confiscated, seized were a glass pipe valued at $5, a metal pipe valued at $5, a large glass pipe valued at $5, a plastic and metal homemade pipe and a plastic bag with approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Calloway Terrace. Confiscated, seized were five light blue oval pills marked G3721 valued at $25 and a plastic Baggie containing approximately 2 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $10.
