-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered was an air line quick disconnect coupling believed to be used to smoke marijuana.
-Criminal mischief from Municipal Park (other, unknown). Damaged was a bathroom wall in the amount of $50.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from 11th Avenue Southeast at 12th Avenue Southeast. Recovered were 11.7 grams, “One cellophane bag and a cigarette wrapper containing several cellophane bags containing what they believed to be crack cocaine.”

Confiscated, seized were a glass marijuana pipe with residue, a plastic bottle water bong with residue, one half Xanax pill and seven 12-ounce bottles of Bud Light beer.

Confiscated, seized were a glass pipe valued at $5, a metal pipe valued at $5, a large glass pipe valued at $5, a plastic and metal homemade pipe and a plastic bag with approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana valued at $10.
