-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. Highway 31 at Instructional Services parking lot. Recovered were a Baggie containing a green leafy substance identified as marijuana and a homemade fashioned pipe made with aluminum foil used to smoke marijuana.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered was an air line quick disconnect coupling believed to be used to smoke marijuana.

-Criminal mischief from Municipal Park (other, unknown). Damaged was a bathroom wall in the amount of $50.

-Information only from the 900 block of Highway 31 (church).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from 11th Avenue Southeast at 12th Avenue Southeast. Recovered were 11.7 grams, “One cellophane bag and a cigarette wrapper containing several cellophane bags containing what they believed to be crack cocaine.”

-Theft of property from undisclosed (bank). Stolen was U.S. currency in the amount of $200.

-Harassing communications from the 1200 block of First Avenue West.

-Runaway juvenile from the 500 block of Warrior Court (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/unlawful possession of prescription medication from State Highway 119 at Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a glass marijuana pipe with residue, a plastic bottle water bong with residue, one half Xanax pill and seven 12-ounce bottles of Bud Light beer.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Chandalar Drive/Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two suspected 0.5-milligram Alprazolam (Xanax) tablets valued at $10.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3500 block of County Road 52 West. Stolen were a messenger bag style purse valued at $30, a Kodak digital camera valued at $100, two Regions Bank Visa debit cards, two Regions Bank check books and a Social Security card.

-Property damage-vehicle from between mile marker 247 and 246 of Interstate 65 southbound. Damaged were nine area of paint on a 2007 Mazda Miata in the amount of $250.

-Property damage-vehicle from County Road 361/Eagle Cove. Damaged was a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $2,000.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Business Center Drive. Stolen was a Compaq computer valued at $1,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from 208 McCallan Drive. Confiscated, seized were a glass pipe valued at $5, a metal pipe valued at $5, a large glass pipe valued at $5, a plastic and metal homemade pipe and a plastic bag with approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Calloway Terrace. Confiscated, seized were five light blue oval pills marked G3721 valued at $25 and a plastic Baggie containing approximately 2 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $10.
