-Information only from the 800 block of First Street North, Highway 31 (specialty store). Listed were a Remington firearm, a Colt AR15 firearm, a Beretta M-9 firearm and a Dan Wesson firearm valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen were clothing items valued at $3,750.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from Blue Sky Lane.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from America Thrift Store (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were two Oxycodone, three Methadone and 13 Lortab.

-Theft of property from America Third Store (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were five assorted clothing items valued at $8.03.

-Property damage from the 130 block of Blue Spring Place. Damaged was grass in the backyard of 132 Blue Spring Place.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 southbound at mile marker 235 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Dodge Ram truck.

-Harassment/harassing communications from the 2100 block of Windsor Court.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were three jewelry items valued at $76, a Fossil wallet valued at $45 and three articles of clothing valued at $39.99.

-Theft by fraudulent leasing or rental from the 11000 block of Highway 119 (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered was a 32-inch Sony flat screen television valued at $824.67.

-Burglary/theft from 100 Metro Drive (storage facility). Stolen were a refrigerator valued at $150, two crystal lamps valued at $300, a “Gold Stamper” valued at $50 and a notary stamp valued at $200.

-Domestic incident from the 2000 block of Kensington Court.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from 1000 Highway 107.

-Harassment from 8154 U.S. Highway 31 (department store).

Nov. 1

-Attempting to elude law enforcement/carrying concealed weapon: vehicle from Interstate 65, mile marker 234 (highway, street). (Suffix A). Recovered was a Taurus .25 caliber handgun.

-Criminal trespass by motor vehicle/criminal mischief from 1440 County Road 89, Montevallo (field, woods). Damaged were a roadbed in the amount of $800 and chain link gates and poles in the amount of $100.

-Incident/found property from 8370 U.S. Highway 31 (drug store). Listed was a metal measuring spoon.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 95 (highway, street). Listed were a small black pipe, a black purse with Brillo inside and a white rock lick substance in a clear Baggie “crack cocaine 1 not reported.”

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Marydale Lane.

-Criminal trespass from Camden Cove Parkway.

-Theft from the 300 block of North County Road 304 (hotel, motel). Stolen were items valued at $253.

-Theft from the 1300 block of Woodbine Avenue.

Oct. 29

-Illegal possession of drug paraphernalia from Deborah Drive. Recovered were seven syringes, two spoons with residue and a straw with residue.

-Criminal mischief from Washington Street (government, public building). (Suffix 02). Damaged were an interior storage closet and various contents defaced with spray paint.

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Highway 70. Stolen was $500 in cash currency.

Oct. 30

-Harassing communications/criminal mischief from the 21000 block of Highway 25 (convenience store). Listed as damaged in the amount of $50 was a BF Goodrich tire.

-Theft of property from a dirt construction driveway next to the 22000 block of Highway 25 (highway, street). Stolen was a rock crusher attachment (hydraulic powered for a Bobcat).

Oct. 31

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 200 block of Mizzell Road.

-Theft of property from the 22000 block of Highway 25. Stolen was $330 in checks and currency. Recovered was $300 in checks and currency.

Nov. 3

-Theft of services/criminal trespass from the 21000 block of Highway 25 (specialty store).

-Theft of property from West College Street (supermarket). Listed were park chops, ribs, stain remover, Oxi Clean, Skintastic for kids and grilling accessories valued at $33.08.

-Reckless endangerment/discharging firearm in city limits from the 22000 block of Highway 25. (Suffix 01). Damaged was a metal door in the amount of $300. Listed were a Browning 9 mm, a Beretta .25-caliber, a Ruper .357-caliber, a .40-caliber fireman and a Remington 12-gauge.

-Unlawful break and enter motor vehicle/theft of property from the 700 Block of Bloch Street. Stolen were a health card, Visa card, debit card and a digital camera valued at $250.

-Property damage from the 4300 block of Highway 25 (highway, street). Damaged was a driver’ s side door (three-inch scratch with a one-inch dent) in the amount of $200.

-Domestic incident from Scott’s Village.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 200 block of Commerce Street. Damaged were a glass window and a wooden doorframe.
